Abstract

一种手持式心电仪,在壳体的另一端一侧设一夹盖,在夹盖和相应的壳体之间设一椭圆形指孔,在指孔内壁上设第一电极和光电对管,利用第一电极和壳体另一端的第二电极实现心电图测试,在夹盖加压的情况下,指孔内的第一电极与手指紧密接触,增大了接触面积,降低了皮肤阻抗,提高了检测的准确率;同时使用了光电对管,增加了脉率测量和血氧饱和度测量功能,在皮肤阻抗过大或另一电极接触不稳,无法通过心电波形正确测量心率时,可通过光电对管计测脉率;并且可以进行单独的脉率参数和血氧饱和度参数测量,进而判断患者的脉率和呼吸功能是否正常,是为心脏病患者提供的一种简单、实用方便的检查仪器。

Description

手持式心电仪
技术领域
本发明涉及一种心电测量仪器,特别是涉及一种能够同时测量血氧饱和度的手持式心电仪。
背景技术
在心律失常的监测和诊断中,需要测量患者的心电图,一般测量心电图的设备都在医院使用,主要有心电监护仪、holter、遥测心电工作站等设备。目前医院使用的心电设备分为床旁式和便携式两种,床旁的心电监护仪,使用时患者只能24小时卧床才能进行连续的监护,适用于术后和重症病人。便携式心电仪包括holter和无线遥测心电工作站两种心电测量装置,holter使用时佩戴比较麻烦,需要病人带着电极片24小时以上,并且holter心电仪也不能实时显示心电波形和数据,数据回放也需要专门的软件。无线遥测心电工作站的心电装置可以实时显示心电波形,有利于医生对患者及时采取措施,但此装置需要建立功能强大的心电工作站,目前推广使用不多。
而无创血氧饱和度的测量一般都由多参数床旁监护仪测量,和心电血压一起计测。而且以上所述的心电仪都是连续测量,而心律失常等心脏疾病导致的异常心电图却是偶发的,非常不易检查。
便携式心电仪是这些年新涌出的产品,便于患者及时地在任何场合检查心脏状态,实时监测心电波形并存储检查记录。目前所有的便携式心电仪通常都有两个电极,有的产品将这两个电极安置在便携式心电仪的不同侧面,有的是一个电极在便携式心电仪的机体上,另一个用电缆引出为独立的电极。这些产品在使用中都存在电极和使用者肌体表面接触是否良好的问题,就是说一旦接触不好就会引起测量不准。
发明内容
本发明是为了弥补上述便携式心电仪的不足,提供一种使用简单、不易出错的手持式心电仪。
本发明手持式心电仪,包括壳体和设在机壳一端的第二电极,在壳体的另一端一侧设一夹盖,所述夹盖和壳体之间有一椭圆形指孔,所述指孔内壁的下半部分在壳体上,内壁上设第一电极。
本发明手持式心电仪,所述夹盖通过扭簧和壳体连接。
本发明手持式心电仪,所述扭簧套在与壳体连接的轴上。
本发明手持式心电仪,所述夹盖也可以通过U形弹簧片和壳体连接。
本发明手持式心电仪,所述内壁下半部分上的第一电极是半环形。
本发明手持式心电仪,所述指孔内壁的上半部分在夹盖上,所述上半部分内壁上覆半环形软材料层。
本发明手持式心电仪,所述指孔下半部分内壁上设有光电接收管,在所述指孔上半部分内壁上相应位置设置发光二极管。
本发明手持式心电仪,所述的发光二极管的顶面平于所述第一电极,所述光电接收管的顶面略低于所属软材料层的的表面。
本发明手持式心电仪,使用了指孔内的环形或半圆形电极与手指接触,增大了接触面积,降低了皮肤阻抗,提高了检测的准确率;同时使用了光电对管,在皮肤阻抗过大或另一电极接触不稳,无法通过心电波形正确测量脉率时,可通过光电对管计测脉率;并且可以进行单独的脉率参数和血氧饱和度参数测量,进而判断患者的脉率和呼吸功能是否正常。

具体实施方式
为进一步阐述本发明,下面结合实施例作更详尽的说明。
图1是本发明实施例的立体示意图,本实施例为长方体型的壳体1,在壳体1的一个端面上有第二电极10(见图5),为实现仪器的操作和心电波形的显示,在壳体1一个大侧面上设有显示器2和键盘3。
在壳体1的另一个端面的一侧,沿壳体长纵向设一夹盖11,该夹盖11通过轴12上的扭簧13连接在壳体1上,轴12固定在壳体1,确保夹盖11在未受外力掀开时自动压合(见图2)。扭簧13在和夹盖11的连接端横向折一段,夹盖11可以以此为轴转动,确保夹盖11处于最好的夹指状态。
夹盖11和壳体1的连接方式并非唯此一种,也可以用一U形弹簧片,实现夹盖11的自动闭合。
在夹盖11和相应的壳体1之间,开有一个椭圆形指孔6(见图4),该指孔内壁的下半部分14在壳体1上,上半部分15在夹盖11上,指孔6的深度约为能伸入手指的前一到两个指节。该孔6内壁应为绝缘材料,在指孔6下半部分14的内壁表面覆一层半环形良导电材料作第一电极7,在指孔6上半部分15的内壁上覆一层半环形软材料层9(见图2、图3)。
掀开夹盖11,把食指或中指伸入指孔6,由于夹盖11的的自动压合,手指和第一电极7密切接触,此时使端面的第二电极10密切接触胸腹部肌肤,即可测量心电图。
在本发明中,在指孔6的内壁里,还装有光电对管8和8a,该对管在指孔6内壁相对安装,发光二极管8装在指孔6的上半部分15上,光电接收管8a装在指孔6的下半部分14上,其发光二极管8发出的光线经过伸入指孔6的手指后,被对面壁上的光电接收管8a接受。为了避免手指的伸入损坏光电对管,光电接收管8a的顶面应平于第一电极7的内表面,发光二极管8的顶面应略低于软材料层9的表面。本实施例中,发光二极管8装在指孔6的上半部分15上上;光电接收管8a装在指孔6的下半部分14上(见图2、图3)。其实反过来装作用是一样的。
这光电对管,可以测量脉率和血氧饱和度,从而扩大手持式心电仪的使用范围。由于在测血氧饱和度时,要求光电对管要对手指保持尽量短的距离,所以专门设计了夹盖11,以确保在测量过程中保持对手指的适当压紧度。
本实施例中,采用的是长方体壳体,但这不是唯一的选择,其它的形状也同样可以使用;本实施例中仅使用了一对光电对管,同样不意味着只能使用一对光电对管。
本实施例制作的手持式心电仪,具有多功能、使用方便、测量准确的优点,其中的脉率测量、血氧饱和度测量更为患者提供了低成本的便携检查仪器。

Claims (8)

1.一种手持式心电仪,包括壳体(1)和设在壳体(1)一端的第二电极(10),其特征在于,在壳体(1)的另一端一侧设一夹盖(11),所述夹盖(11)和壳体(1)之间有一椭圆形指孔(6),所述指孔(6)的下半部分(14)在壳体(1)上,所述指孔(6)的下半部分(14)上设第一电极(7)。
2.根据权利要求1的手持式心电仪,其特征在于所述夹盖(11)通过扭簧(13)和壳体(1)连接。
3.根据权利要求2的手持式心电仪,其特征在于所述扭簧(13)套在与壳体(1)连接的轴(12)上。
4.根据权利要求1的手持式心电仪,其特征在于所述夹盖(11)通过U形弹簧片和壳体(1)连接。
5.根据权利要求3或4的手持式心电仪,其特征在于所述指孔(6)的下半部分(14)上的第一电极(7)是半环形。
6.根据权利要求5的手持式心电仪,其特征在于所述指孔(6)的上半部分(15)在夹盖(11)上,所述上半部分(15)内壁上覆半环形软材料层(9)。
7.根据权利要求6的手持式心电仪,其特征在于在所述指孔(6)下半部分(14)内壁上设有光电接收管(8a),在所述指孔(6)上半部分(15)内壁上相应位置设置发光二极管(8)。
8.根据权利要求7的手持式心电仪,其特征在于所述的光电接收管(8a)的顶面平于所述第一电极(7),所述发光二极管(8)的顶面略低于所述软材料层(9)的表面。
