盘盒的加载装置
技术领域
本发明涉及容纳盘盒并将盘盒加载于驱动器中的装置,特别是涉及具有阻止以相反方向加载盘盒的机构的加载装置。
背景技术
一般地,盘驱动器包括一具有光学拾取器的主体,该光学拾取器执行记录和/或再现,一加载装置,用来容纳盘盒,并将盘盒加载于主体中,以及一用来覆盖主体的盖部。因此,当盘盒被容纳在盘托上,且盘托被推进主体时,在主体的内部,盘盒的活门被打开,使得光学拾取器可以接近盒中的盘。
为了执行上述正常操作,必须插入盘盒,使得盘盒具有活门的部分首先进入。如果使用者前后颠倒地,即以相反方向插入盘盒,在主体中的元件和盘盒可被严重损坏。
发明内容
为了解决上述和/或其它问题,本发明提供了一种具有阻止以相反方向插入盘盒的机构的加载装置。
此外,本发明提供了一种可以稳定地容纳盘盒和裸装盘的加载装置。
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明利用盘盒的形状。也就是,盘盒具有能够在其一侧开启/关闭的活门。活门的安装区域对应于活门的厚度被凹进地形成。也就是,盘盒在安装活门侧的特殊区域(在下文中的下部区域)和剩余区域(下文中的基准区域)之间具有预定的台阶。下部区域不仅包括在活门的开启/关闭中的移动范围,而且还包括与移动范围不相关的区域。
本发明的典型特征是当盘盒以相反方向被插入时,通过使用盘盒表面上的台阶,盘盒的相反插入预先被阻止,从而避免了故障。
优选地,具有对应于盘盒台阶高度的突出部分在一位置处形成在盘托的上表面上,其中该位置对应于当盘盒被正常地插入时不包含在盘盒下部区域的活门的移动范围中的区域。当然,当盘盒以相反方向插入时,形成突出部分与基准区域重叠。因此,当盘盒以相反方向插入时,盘盒的一侧被突出部分抬起。因此,由于盘盒被主体上的盘托入口的上部卡住,盘盒不能被加载,从而可以避免由于故障造成的损坏。
所述突出部分可以在对应区域中形成预定的区域或形成凸起的形状。

具体实施方式
参照图1,采用根据本发明一个实施例的加载装置的盘驱动器包括主体200。该主体200包括其上安装有转台和光学拾取器230,其中该转台上容纳盘D,该光学拾取器230对盘D进行记录和再现。该主体还包括盘托240,其容纳包含盘D的盘盒20,并将盘盒20加载进主体200;以及盖部201,其覆盖主体200。开启杆221和夹持器220安装于盖部201上,其中开启杆221开启和关闭所述盘盒20的活门21,夹持器220将盘D夹持在转台210上。
形成在盘托240上的阻碍凸起244被设置成作为阻止前后面的反向插入的单元。该阻碍凸起244利用一部分盘盒较低地形成具有台阶d的事实,其中台阶d与活门21的厚度一样深。阻碍凸起244具有与台阶的深度d相同或稍微小一点的高度。阻碍凸起244不在对应于盘盒移动范围的区域中,这样不会阻止活门21的开启和关闭。所示的阻碍凸起244形成在当盘盒20以相反方向进入时与盘盒20的基准表面接触且位于基准表面下部的区域中。
因此,当盘盒20被成功地加载,由于阻碍凸起244被设置在由台阶d形成的空间内,所以盘盒20不受阻碍凸起244的影响。但是,如图2所示,当由于盘盒20的前后侧被颠倒,盘盒20的活门21的相反侧首先进入时,盘盒20被阻碍凸起244抬起。在此状态下,即使试图强制地将盘托240插入主体200,由于盘盒20的上部与盖部201接触,盘托240不能被插入。因此,当盘盒的前后侧被颠倒时,盘盒的插入被阻止。
工业适用性
如上所述,在根据本发明的盘驱动器的盘托中,由于提供了防止颠倒盘盒前后侧插入单元,所以盘盒总是可以以正确的状态进入,从而可以防止误操作对装置造成的损坏。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于加载容纳在驱动器中盘托上的盘盒的装置,所述盘盒的一表面具有一基准区域及一下部区域,所述下部区域凹陷地形成为低于基准表面从而具有一预定的台阶,所述下部区域相对于正常插入方向位于内侧,该装置包括:
一凸起的阻碍部分,在盘托的上表面上突出且具有一个对应于台阶的高度,所述阻碍部分相对于正常插入方向位于内侧,
其中,当盘盒正常地被插入时,所述阻碍部分与不属于活门在盘盒的下部区域中移动范围的区域接触,并且当盘盒以相反方向被插入时,所述阻碍部分与所述基准区域重叠使得盘盒被抬高而与驱动器接触而不能插入。
