Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及密封轴承,特别是涉及密封球面轴承。
背景技术
附图1图示说明了具有轴承箱101和球体102的密封球面轴承100。支杆103从球体102延伸。球体102相对于轴承箱101在所有方向上自由转动,唯一的限制是由支杆103提供的制动或球体靠着轴承箱101的部分。一对环形的橡胶密封104安装在轴承箱101和球体102之间的轴承箱的两侧以保护球体102和轴承箱101之间的轴承表面免于如水的液体和污染物微粒的进入。密封104各具有外缘105和内缘106。外缘105被固定地连接到轴承箱101,内缘106以球形头107终止,该球形头107骑坐在球体102和支杆103之间的接合点处形成的沟槽108中(球体和支杆整体地彼此附生形成)。密封104具有一系列的风琴样的同心褶皱109,该褶皱响应于沟槽108朝着轴承箱101和远离轴承箱101的运动而折叠和扩张从而保持沟槽108内球形头107的密封接合。

发明内容
本发明的目的是设法提供改进的密封轴承。
因此,本发明的一个方面提供一种具有轴承箱和位于其中的球体的密封球面轴承,轴承箱具有外座圈、内座圈以及夹在内、外座圈之间的环形的弹性部分。

具体实施方式
参照附图2,应用本发明的密封球面轴承具有轴承箱1和球体2。支杆3从球体2延伸并优选地与球体2作为整体被形成。球体2相对于轴承箱1在所有的方向上自由转动,唯一的限制是由支杆3提供的制动或球体靠着轴承箱1的部分。
一对环形的橡胶密封装置4安装在轴承箱1和球体2之间的轴承箱的两侧以保护球体2和轴承箱1之间的轴承表面使之免于液体,如水,和污染物微粒的进入。密封装置4各具有外缘5和内缘6。
优选地通过将外缘5插入到在围绕轴承箱形成的环形沟槽中然后将其用桩撑持或卷压在适当的位置,外缘5被固定地连接到轴承箱1上。这在外缘5和轴承箱1之间提供密封。内缘6形成球形头7的末端,该球形头骑坐在球体2和支杆3之间的接合处形成的沟槽8中。当关于转动时,头部7通过滑入到沟槽中并跟随由于球体2相对于轴承箱1转动而产生的头部7相对于沟槽8的任何转动自由的骑坐在沟槽中。这样头部7和沟槽8之间存在滑动接触,但头部7保持着与沟槽8的密封接触。
沟槽8各一侧(内侧)是以直立的圆形的唇缘9终止的半圆形槽的形式,在另一侧(外侧)上为直的侧环形壁10的形式。
密封装置4具有一系列的风琴样的同心褶皱11,该褶皱随着沟槽8朝着轴承箱1和远离轴承箱1的运动而折叠和扩张从而保持沟槽8内球形头7的密封接合。
除了图1中描绘的密封104之外,环形的球形头7形成有裙部12,该裙部从球形头7突出并罩在沟槽8外侧的唇缘9上。裙部12从球形头7径向向内定向并从头部的根端至末端逐渐减小。
裙部12接触唇缘9的至少一点,优选地与唇缘9上表面的一个区域接触。接触点或接触区在裙部12和球体2或支杆3之间形成密封线或密封带。此密封线或密封带为头部7和槽8之间的密封线或带之外附加的。这样,此处就提供了两道密封把轴承表面同液体或污染物微粒分开。另外,裙部12提供了液体离开裙部12和唇缘9之间的密封的溢流口,因而进一步增强了该密封的密封性能。优选地,如图2所示,在头部7形成的密封线和裙部12所形成的密封线之间形成空隙。
图2中描绘的轴承是所谓的动静压混合轴承(hybrid bearing)。应该理解,球面轴承不必是带有弹性部分的动静压混合轴承-非动静压混合轴承也得益于密封的改进。
球面轴承可能具有半杯形式的轴承箱,这意味着球面轴承仅有一侧需要密封,在这种情况下仅需要提供单个的密封装置4,见图3。可以将轴承箱的一侧覆盖以致仅需要一个密封装置。
密封装置的外缘被固定地安装在轴承箱上而内缘骑坐在球体沟槽中的机械布置可以被颠倒,从而密封装置的内缘被固定地安装到球体上,而外缘骑坐在轴承箱的沟槽中。
沟槽8在图2中显示为处于整体形成的球体2和支杆3之间的结合处。应该理解,本发明不限于沟槽8处于这个位置。沟槽可以位于更靠近球体2的中心处或进一步靠近支杆3、远离球体中心的位置。

Claims (6)
1.一种密封球面轴承,该轴承具有轴承箱、位于轴承箱中的球体和环形的密封装置,此密封装置具有位于轴承箱和球体之间的内缘和外缘,内外缘中的一个具有头部和悬挂于头部上的裙部,头部位于在球体或轴承箱之一中形成的环形沟槽中,其中头部自由的骑坐在沟槽中,裙部从头部径向向内定向并位于从沟槽直立形成的唇缘上,以在密封装置与球体或轴承箱之一之间形成至少两条密封线,密封装置的另一缘被固定地安装到球体或轴承箱中的另一个上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的密封轴承,其特征是所述沟槽形成于球体中,所述内缘具有头部和悬挂于头部的裙部,而外缘固定地安装到轴承箱上。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的密封轴承,其特征是裙部从头部的根端至末端逐渐减小。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的密封轴承,其特征是直立的唇缘是沟槽的侧壁。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的密封轴承,其特征是在头部形成的密封线和裙部形成的密封线之间具有空隙。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的密封轴承,其特征是裙部使得在直立的唇缘的整个圆周区域上形成密封接触。
