Description
本发明涉及防止羊毛织物或者羊毛混纺织物在水洗操作期间收缩的方法。本发明方法基本上包括用适合的化学产品共混物处理所考虑的织物,所述化学产品的共混物也形成了本发明不可分割的部分。
为了除去油污,通常对羊毛制品或者羊毛共混物制品进行干洗,但是对普通粉尘而言这并不能获得完美的清洁效果,并且令人遗憾地具有使人过敏的害处;此外,在干洗中使用的产品的发散还引起水和大气污染(1996年6月11日的法律nr.315修改的1993年12月28日的法律nr.549)。反过来,水洗确实是更卫生的,但是不能保证羊毛制品或者羊毛混纺制品的结构不被改变。
本申请人现在已经发现,并且本发明的目的在于,借助于用适合的化学产品混合物进行处理,可以赋予羊毛织物或者羊毛混纺织物以尺寸稳定性,所述化学产品混合物也形成了本发明的一个目的。
经过这样处理的用织物制造的制品可以经受在大约30/40℃的温度下、在特定洗衣机或者家庭洗衣机中的水洗,能够防止宏观缩绒。
用于为羊毛制品提供不收缩性的化学方法是已知的,但是它们中只有少数是一般地针对编织或者精梳织物的。用于抗缩绒方法的化学处理基本上是以下这些:

使上述产品本身,或者作为适当百分比的共混物,与要被处理的织物接触,其用量相对于所述织物的总重量为最多50%重量。在制造衣服的物件之前对所述织物进行上述处理,并且所述处理基本上被插入织物的精整步骤中。
本发明的方法包括在几个步骤中处理织物:
-在0℃到100℃的温度范围内用化合物A浸渍所述织物;
-将这样处理的织物经受挤压或者离心,然后干燥;
-将这样获得的织物用化合物BCD在0℃到100℃的温度范围内浸渍。当BCD化合物是共混物时,所述产品以各种百分比率存在,其值由本领域技术人员根据要获得的结果进行选择;
-最后,将所述织物挤压和/或离心,并且干燥。
以下实施例将为本发明方法提供更详细的资料并且有助于更好地举例说明本发明的方法,然而不限制本发明的范围。
实施例
第1步
在一种或多种选自还原性化合物的产品存在下,将处理或者浸轧浴加热到大约20℃到100℃的温度,需要注意不在经纱中产生应力,并且保证所述浴渗透到织物内部,而不是仅仅表面上,随后通过挤压或者篮式离心施加40-50巴的压力。
将织物在110-120℃的温度下、在干燥展幅机(烘干机)上进行干燥。将织物送到展幅机-注意在展幅机中不超过高于精整织物的高度5/10厘米的高度,因为这样将产生过高的应力-直到织物达到其正常的经纱张力,随后就尺寸而言复原到其初始状态(在所述处理的脚步1之前)。
所述织物被干燥后离开展幅机。
第2步
将织物插入间歇桶式蒸呢机中,用“莫利通双面绒”或者“上光精整(glazing finish)”连续地提供蒸汽4分钟,而不用泵,需要注意在经纱或者在KD机中没有锁紧(locking)或者应力。
建议在经向中,在距推出板(headboard)大约1米处标记两个记号。记号之间的相互距离(reciprocal distance)应为100厘米,以控制操作并且防止锁紧或者应力。该控制应该在所有生产中进行,以便发现能够产生不希望有的应力的加工方法,并且因此进行希望的校正。
然后将这样处理的织物送到必要的精整操作。
因此其应该被再次干燥,同时照常防止织物应力(weave stress)和经纱过喂到最大,两个记号的距离被恒定地恢复到100厘米,如上所述。
第3步
对于第二种产品混合物,其包括选自B、C和D的一种或多种产品,再次制备浸轧浴;然后进行在展幅机中的干燥阶段,注意已经在第1步和第2步中提到的所有方法条件和预防事项。将织物蒸发和卷起。
对于所述处理,容器应该装备有最少三个和最多五个圆筒,分别位于:nr.1浸于所述浴中和nr.2在所述浴外面;nr.3浸于所述浴中和nr.2在所述浴外面。浴温度为20到100℃。
织物与圆筒的接触具有吸收(sponge)效果,液体渗透到织物的深处,并且能够确定地用各种形式的设备干燥。
Claims (4)
1.防止羊毛织物或者羊毛混纺织物在水洗处理期间收缩的方法,其包括用还原性产品A对所考虑的织物进行最初浸渍,并且在适当的机械和干法处理之后,使得到的织物与产品共混物进行随后的接触,所述产品共混物包括以下每一组的至少一种化合物:
-乙烯系和丙烯酸系树脂、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯、封闭或者非封闭异氰酸酯、在水和溶剂中封闭或者非封闭多异氰酸酯B;
-在水和溶剂中封闭或者非封闭多异氰酸酯C
-硅乳液、粗乳液、阳离子织物调理剂D。
2.权利要求1的防止羊毛织物或者羊毛混纺织物收缩的方法,其中还原性产品A由一种或多种选自亚硫酸盐、二亚硫酸盐和甲酸盐的化合物组成。
3.权利要求1的防止羊毛织物或者羊毛混纺织物收缩的方法,其中选自A、B、C和D的产品,作为单一化合物或者作为更多化合物的共混物,与所述要被处理的织物接触,其总量相对于所述织物的总重量为最多50%重量。
4.权利要求1的防止羊毛织物或者羊毛混纺织物收缩的方法,其中使用上述产品进行的两种处理在20到100℃的温度下进行。
