Abstract

本发明公开了一种阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池,包括电池本体和胶塞,电池本体上开设有注酸孔,具有一定长度的胶塞上设置有一纵向通孔,胶塞紧紧塞在注酸孔内,所述胶塞的长度为能使当电池倒立时胶塞下端能伸出电池本体内酸液的液面。采用本发明可以防止铅酸蓄电池倒立充电时漏酸的问题,为制造厂商降低生产控制成本,同时提高了电池使用过程中的可靠性,延长了电池的寿命,为使用者降低成本、减少烦恼。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀控铅酸电池的防漏技术。
背景技术
阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池(简称VRLA电池)是近十年来发展很快的产品,VRLA电池以其环保型、维护简便、寿命长等优点被广为使用。对于不同的客户,经常会有一些特殊的要求,因此会出现有特殊设计的电池,基于电池比能量的要求,此类电池设计由于内腔结构紧凑,内部剩余空间过小,受加酸机精度及极板工艺控制的限制,此类电池在倒立充电时个别会出现漏酸问题,从而导致工艺上控制的难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在克服上述现有技术的不足,提出一种能有效防止铅酸蓄电池倒立充电时漏酸的阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池,包括电池本体和胶塞,电池本体上开设有注酸孔,具有一定长度的胶塞上设置有一纵向通孔,胶塞紧紧塞在注酸孔内,所述胶塞的长度当电池倒立时胶塞下端能伸出电池本体内酸液的液面。
所述电池本体包括阀座,在阀座上开设有注酸孔,所述胶塞紧紧塞在位于阀座上的注酸孔内。
所述胶塞的顶部与阀座上注酸孔的顶部平齐。
所述胶塞是纵截面为上大下小的梯形结构。
采用上述技术方案,本发明有益的技术效果在于:1、在不改变电池结构设计的前提下,通过在电池注酸孔中增加一胶塞,胶塞带有一通孔,以用于排气,从而人为地延长并缩小注酸孔,减小酸液外泄的通道,达到防止电池在使用过程中漏酸的目的。2、将胶塞的长度设计为能使当电池倒立时胶塞下端能伸出电池本体内酸液的液面,可完全避免电池因倒立充电而漏液的可能,为制造厂商降低生产控制成本,同时提高了电池使用过程中的可靠性,延长了电池的寿命,为使用者降低成本、减少烦恼。3、由于本发明可以在电池完成充放电工序之后、盖安全阀之前,将胶塞加入,不会影响电池的加酸操作。4、胶塞采用了梯形设计,一是便于将胶塞塞入注酸孔,二是利于生产的脱模。本发明经过在一些特殊设计的电池上多次试验研究,并经过在工厂生产上试用,起到了良好的效果。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池,如图1和图2所示,包括电池本体1和胶塞3,电池本体1包括阀座2和阀盖5,在阀座2上开设有注酸孔(图中未标号),具有一定长度的胶塞3上设置有一纵向通孔4,胶塞3紧紧塞在位于阀座2上的注酸孔内。胶塞3是纵截面为上大下小的梯形结构,胶塞3的顶部与阀座2上注酸孔的顶部平齐,即胶塞3的顶部与阀座2的上端面平齐。另外,为了避免电池因倒立充电而漏液的可能性,胶塞3的长度应足够长,使其当电池倒立时胶塞3的下端能伸出电池本体内酸液的液面。

1.一种阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池,包括电池本体和具有一定长度的胶塞,所述电池本体上开设有注酸孔,胶塞上设置有一纵向通孔,胶塞紧紧塞在注酸孔内,其特征在于:所述胶塞的长度当电池倒立时胶塞下端能伸出电池本体内酸液的液面。
2.根据权利要求1所述阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:所述电池本体包括阀座,在阀座上开设有注酸孔,所述胶塞紧紧塞在位于阀座上的注酸孔内。
3.根据权利要求2所述阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:所述胶塞的顶部与阀座上注酸孔的顶部平齐。
4.根据权利要求1所述阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:所述胶塞是纵截面为上大下小的梯形结构。
