但是，比如在DVD中记录的受保护的光盘密钥和加密的标题密钥的复制保护信息可以由比如黑客的第三方非法地盗用和分发，允许在DVD的数据区中加密和记录的A/V数据的非法拷贝。因此迫切地需要提供能够充分加强复制保护信息的安全性的有效解决方案，并且特别需要提供一种能够防止非法拷贝通过因特网发送的内容的有效解决方案。
发明内容
因此，考虑上述问题做出本发明，且本发明的目的是提供用于管理记录介质的复制保护信息的方法和设备，其显著增强了复制保护信息的安全性。
本发明的另一目的是提供用于管理记录介质的复制保护信息的方法和设备，其能够有效地防止通过因特网发送的内容的非法拷贝。
本发明的再一目的是提供用于管理记录介质的复制保护信息的方法和设备，其能够控制其中记录包括数字权利管理信息的内容的光盘的播放和复制操作。
根据本发明，通过提供一种关于记录介质的复制保护信息的方法能够实现上述和其它目的，该方法包括：基于记录在记录介质的第一特定区域中的复制保护信息加密数据流，并在记录介质的数据区中记录加密的数据流；和在第一特定区域中记录用于数据流复制或回放的数字权利管理信息，其中用于检测该复制保护信息和解密该数字权利管理信息的隐藏代码被记录在记录介质的第二特定区域中。
根据本发明的另一方面，提供了一种用于管理记录介质的复制保护信息的方法，该方法包括步骤：a)使用隐藏代码检测记录在记录介质的第一特定区域中的数字权利管理信息；和b)使用隐藏代码检测解密在第一特定区域中记录的复制保护信息，并根据检测的数字权利管理信息，选择性地执行解密复制保护信息的操作；和c)使用解密的复制保护信息来解密在记录介质的数据区中加密和记录的数据流。
根据本发明的又一方面，提供了一种在记录介质上记录复制保护信息的方法，其包括：形成数据区，其中记录使用复制保护信息加密的数据流；和形成第一特定区域，其中记录数据流的复制保护信息和数字权利管理信息。
根据本发明的再一方面，提供了用于在记录介质中记录和再现数据的设备，该设备包括：拾取单元，其用于在记录介质中记录数据或从记录介质中读取数据；复制保护信息处理单元，其使用在记录介质的第二特定区域中记录的隐藏代码解密在记录介质的第一特定区域中加密和记录的复制保护信息以及检测数字权利管理信息；数据处理单元，其用于使用复制保护信息解密从记录介质读取的数据或加密要记录在记录介质中的数据；和数字权利管理信息块，其用于分析和更新数据的数字权利管理信息，并基于数字权利管理信息控制复制保护信息的解密，其中使用复制保护信息加密的数据流被记录在记录介质的数据区中，且数字权利管理信息被记录在第一特定区域中。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图详细描述根据本发明的用于管理记录介质的复制保护信息的方法的优选实施例。
图2示出了应用于根据本发明的用于管理记录介质的复制保护信息的方法的光盘驱动器500的配置的框图。如图所示，光盘驱动器500可以包括解密块50、密钥计算块51和DRM(数字权利管理)模块52。
复制保护信息(例如加密的光盘密钥)和DRM信息由内容提供商设定，其将被记录在插入光盘驱动器500的光盘400中设置的密钥锁定器中。另外，用于读取和解密光盘密钥和DRM信息的隐藏代码被记录在光盘400的特定区域中。
以抖动预制凹坑(作为抖动预制凹坑类型)形式或者以具有低频分量的物理抖动的形式在光盘400的特定区域中记录隐藏代码，例如，在光盘400的引入区的预记录(压纹)区域中记录，使得不能够使用比特到比特复制来进行非法拷贝。
DRM信息是用于控制在光盘400的数据区中加密和记录的数据流的播放或复制操作的管理信息。例如，DRM信息是比如允许的回放时间(例如，有效性的周期或时间限制)、复制次数(也就是，拷贝限制)和复制许可/禁止的管理信息，其是提供多种内容的数据文件的内容提供商可选地设置的，以保护数据文件的非法复制。
如图3所示，光盘驱动器500的密钥计算块51可以包括DRM检测单元(没有标记)和加密单元(没有标记)。DRM检测单元使用隐藏代码检测记录在密钥锁定器中的DRM信息，而解密单元使用隐藏代码解密在密钥锁定器中记录的光盘密钥。基于由DRM检测单元检测的DRM信息，解密单元选择性地执行解密光盘密钥的操作。例如，如果在DRM中设置的允许的回放时间(例如，有效性的周期或时间限制)已经期满，则解密单元不执行解密光盘密钥的操作。
通过参考由DRM检测单元检测的DRM信息，该DRM模块52控制密钥计算块51的操作或控制与光盘驱动器500连接的应用设备(例如，个人计算机)中再现和复制数据的操作。
如图4所示，光盘驱动器500通过安全鉴权的信道(SAC)70发送数据到比如个人计算机的应用设备600，并从其接收数据，且应用设备600包括用于解码通过安全鉴权信道70接收的A/V数据的A/V解码器60。
可以不在光盘驱动器500而是在应用设备600中设置DRM模块52。在这种情况下，在应用设备600中设置的DRM模块61通过安全鉴权的信道70接收从密钥计算块51的DRM检测单元读取的DRM信息，并且存储接收的DRM信息。在接收和存储DRM信息之后，DRM模块61通过安全鉴权的信道70控制A/V解码器60的解码操作或控制密钥计算块51的操作，从而防止在光盘的数据区中加密和记录的数据流被非法拷贝或被无限次的再现。
如图5所示，也可以不在应用设备600中而是在光盘驱动器500中设置A/V解码器57。在这种情况下，因为光盘驱动器500通过安全鉴权的信道70输出完全解码的音频和视频数据到应用设备600，相比当将音频和视频数据的比特流直接发送到应用设备600时(如图4所示)，光盘驱动器500能够减少复制保护信息的盗用危险。
如上所示，在光盘中，将光盘密钥和DRM信息一起记录在其密钥锁定器中，且在其特定区域中记录隐藏代码，该光盘可以是一次性写入光盘或可重写光盘。
如图6所示，通过因特网提供的多种内容的数据文件的报头可以包括用于设置是否允许复制的复制标志(Copy_Flag)，用于设置复制次数的信息，以及用于设置允许的回放时间的回放时间信息。
光盘驱动器500在光盘的数据区中记录通过因特网接收的数据文件(数据文件#1，#2，...)，且还在光盘的密钥锁定器中记录在接收的数据文件(数据文件#1，#2，...)的各个报头中包括的多个DRM信息(DRM#1，#2，...)，同时根据数据文件划分多个DRM信息。
当制造光盘时将复制保护信息和隐藏代码预先地记录在光盘中，且在使用复制保护信息加密之后将数据文件记录在光盘的数据区中。为了参考，还能够将在密钥锁定器等中包括的光盘密钥和隐藏密钥一起，以抖动预制凹坑的形式(作为抖动预制凹坑类型)或以具有低频分量的物理凹坑的形式记录在光盘的引入区中。这里，以沿着密钥锁定器中的可记录或可重写区域中的抖动轨道的凹坑形式记录DRM信息。当播放和复制光盘时，该光盘驱动器500更新在光盘的密钥锁定器中记录的DRM信息。
对于其中以上述方式更新和记录数据文件和DRM信息的光盘，光盘驱动器500根据DRM信息执行严格的播放和复制操作。这使得可以防止在光盘中记录的数据文件被非法复制或无限次地再现。
从上述说明可以看出，本发明能够显著改进复制保护信息的安全性。
本发明还能够防止非法拷贝通过因特网发送的内容。
本发明还使得可以控制再现和复制包括数字权利管理(DRM)信息的操作。
虽然为了示例性的目的公开了本发明的优选实施例，本领域普通技术人员将理解在不脱离本发明的如权利要求所公开的范围和精神的情况下，本发明能够做出多种修改、添加和替换。

Claims (28)

1.一种用于管理记录介质的复制保护信息的方法，该方法包括：
基于在记录介质的第一特定区域中记录的复制保护信息加密数据流，和在记录介质的数据区中记录加密的数据流；和
在第一特定区域中记录用于数据流复制或回放的数字权利管理信息；其中
用于检测该复制保护信息和解密该数字权利管理信息的隐藏代码被记录在记录介质的第二特定区域中。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，该记录介质是一次性写入光盘或可重写光盘。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，该数字权利管理信息包括数据流的允许的回放时间、数据流的复制次数和关于是否允许复制数据流的信息。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，该数据流是通过网络接收的数据文件。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法，其中，该数字权利管理信息是从数据文件的报头信息中读取的。
6.如权利要求4所述的方法，其中，该数字权利管理信息在其被根据数据文件划分的同时被记录。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，该隐藏代码被以无法使用比特到比特复制来拷贝的具有低频分量的抖动形式记录。
8.一种用于管理记录介质的复制保护信息的方法，该方法包括步骤：
a)使用隐藏代码检测在记录介质的第一特定区域中记录的数字权利管理信息；和
b)使用隐藏代码解密在第一特定区域中记录的复制保护信息，并根据检测的数字权利管理信息，选择性地执行解密复制保护信息的操作；和
c)使用解密的复制保护信息来解密在记录介质的数据区中加密和记录的数据流。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法，其中，该数字权利管理信息用于控制数据流的复制或回放。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法，其中，该数字权利管理信息在其根据对应于数据流的数据文件被划分的同时被管理。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法，其中，该复制保护信息仅在如果再现或复制的数据文件的信息满足数据文件的回放或复制条件时被解密，而所述数据文件的信息被包括在确认的数字权利管理信息中。
12.如权利要求10所述的方法，进一步包括步骤：如果执行数据文件的回放或复制，则更新在数据文件的数字权利管理信息中包括的、关于执行的回放或复制的信息，并且在第一特定区域中以更新的信息重写来记录更新的信息。
13.如权利要求8所述的方法，其中，所述隐藏代码被以无法使用比特到比特复制拷贝的、具有低频分量的抖动形式记录。
14.一种在记录介质上记录复制保护信息的方法，其包括：
形成数据区，其中记录使用复制保护信息加密的数据流；和
形成第一特定区域，其中记录数据流的复制保护信息和数字权利管理信息。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法，其中，该记录介质是一次性写入光盘或可重写光盘。
16.如权利要求14所述的方法，其中，该数字权利管理信息用于控制数据流的复制或回放。
17.如权利要求14所述的方法，其中，该数字权利管理信息在其根据对应于数据流的数据文件被划分的同时被记录。
18.如权利要求14所述的方法，进一步包括形成第二特定区域，其中记录用于解密复制保护信息和数字权利管理信息的隐藏代码。
19.如权利要求18所述的方法，其中，该复制保护信息和隐藏代码在制造记录介质时被记录在记录介质中。
20.如权利要求18所述的方法，其中，该隐藏代码被以无法使用比特到比特复制拷贝的、具有低频分量的抖动形式记录。
21.一种用于在记录介质中记录和再现数据的设备，该设备包括：
拾取单元，其用于在记录介质中记录数据或从记录介质中读取数据；
复制保护信息处理单元，其使用在记录介质的第二特定区域中记录的隐藏代码解密在记录介质的第一特定区域中加密和记录的复制保护信息以及检测数字权利管理信息；
数据处理单元，其用于使用复制保护信息解密从记录介质读取的数据或加密要记录在记录介质中的数据；和
数字权利管理信息模块，其用于分析和更新数据的数字权利管理信息，并基于数字权利管理信息控制复制保护信息的解密，
其中使用复制保护信息加密的数据流被记录在记录介质的数据区中，且数据流的数字权利管理信息被记录在第一特定区域中。
22.如权利要求21所述的设备，其中，该数字权利管理信息用于控制数据流的复制或回放。
23.如权利要求22所述的设备，其中，该数字权利管理信息在其根据对应于数据流的数据文件被划分的同时被记录。
24.如权利要求21所述的设备，其中，当在数据区中加密和记录包括数字权利管理信息的数据流时，该数字权利管理信息模块从数据流中分离数字权利管理信息，且更新该数字权利管理信息，而拾取单元在记录介质的第一特定区域中另外地记录更新的数字权利管理信息。
25.如权利要求24所述的设备，其中，该包括数字权利管理信息的数据流是通过网络接收的数据文件，且该数字权利管理信息是从数据文件的报头信息中读取的。
26.如权利要求21所述的设备，其中，当再现或复制对应于在记录介质中记录的数据流的数据文件时，拾取单元从第一特定区域读取数据文件的数字权利管理信息；数字权利管理信息模块分析读取的数字权利管理信息以确认是否满足数据文件的回放或复制条件；复制保护信息计算单元仅在如果满足数据文件的回放或复制条件时解密复制保护信息；且数据处理单元使用解密的复制保护信息解密从记录介质的数据区读取的数据流。
27.如权利要求26所述的设备，其中，当执行数据文件的回放或复制时，数字权利管理信息模块更新在数据文件的数字权利管理信息中包括的、关于执行的回放或复制的信息，且拾取单元在第一特定区域中以更新的信息重写来记录更新的信息。
28.如权利要求21所述的设备，其中，所述隐藏代码被以无法使用比特到比特复制拷贝的、具有低频分量的抖动形式记录。
