背景技术
众所周知的无气标线喷涂机(line striper),使用现有模式需要操作人员大量的计算和活动以得到可用信息。
发明内容
安装在无气气动标线喷涂机上的传感器和交互式显示器为操作人员提供各种不同的工作参数信息。除了通过离合器来控制压力所需的压力传感器/变换器之外,该系统包括一个传感器(在优选实施例中的卷簧开关(reel switch))来计算泵的行程或驱动转数,一个传感器在激活喷枪触发器时进行监视,一个传感器用于监视轮的旋转(在优选实施例中,霍尔效应传感器用于检测从安装在轮上的齿轮得到的脉冲)。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于无气标线喷涂机的控制系统,该标线喷涂机包括一个泵、旋转轮和一个喷枪触发器,所述系统包括:
一个用于计算泵行程或驱动转数的泵传感器;
一个在喷枪触发器激活时监视的喷枪触发器传感器;
一个监视轮旋转的轮旋转传感器;和
一个交互式显示器,为操作人员提供工作参数的多种信息。
2.如权利要求1所述的控制系统,其中所述无气标线喷涂机由一个汽油发动机驱动,该发动机其具有线圈功率为所述控制系统提供动力。
