技术领域

发明背景
在许多国家,一般饮食不含有足够量的铁、锌、碘、维生素A或维生素B。铁缺乏问题已被充分地研究。尽管缺铁在美国只是少数营养缺乏中的一种,但它在大多数发展中国家较为普遍。最近的证据显示营养锌的缺乏可能在许多发展中国家的人群中较为普遍,在这些地区人们依靠植物源食物(例如谷物和豆类)生活。由于自我强加的饮食限制、食用酒精和谷类蛋白质,以及日益增加的减少微量矿物质摄入的精致食品的使用,边缘性的锌缺乏甚至可能在美国分布广泛。

与在饮料中同时添加维生素和矿物质相关的问题是公认的。这些问题包括较差的溶解度、稳定性、生物利用度、外观和味道。锌补充物趋向于具有另人不悦的味道,导致味道失真和对口腔的刺激。铁补充物趋向于使食物变色,或感官上不适合。而且,配制包含矿物质,尤其是生物可利用的铁和锌的混合物的产品尤其困难。这些矿物质不仅影响饮料的感官和美学性质,而且令人不悦地影响到矿物质本身的营养生物利用度和维生素与香味剂的稳定性。
递送在饮料混合物中含有维生素或不含维生素的铁和锌混合物存在一些问题。其中一些问题为选择感官上可接受的、生物可利用的、高性价比的且安全的铁和锌化合物。例如,具有最大生物可利用性的水溶性铁和锌化合物导致不可接受的金属余味和香味的改变。此外,可溶性铁络合物常导致不可接受的颜色改变。甚至更进一步,铁络合物自身经常是有颜色的。这使调配在混合物中具有均一的颜色分布的干燥粉末更困难。通常饮料不具有可识别调味剂的合适的颜色。如果粉末、重组饮料的颜色或饮料的香味被基本上改变,该饮料将不能被消费。颜色和味道是获得消费者接受的关键。
发明概述
发明人惊奇地发现,可通过降低水组合物的氧化还原电势来稳定饮用水组合物中的铁离子(Fe2+)。
本发明的第一个方面是提供了饮用水组合物。该饮用水组合物具有约5.0至约9.5的pH值,且包括至少约2ppm的基本上完全为亚铁态的铁化合物,具有小于约200mV氧化还原电势的水组合物。
本发明的第二个方面是提供了矿物强化的饮用水组合物。该饮用水组合物包括至少约2ppm的铁化合物,该铁化合物选自水溶性铁化合物、可分散于水的颗粒铁化合物及其组合物,该铁化合物可进一步选自络合铁化合物、螯合铁化合物、胶囊包封的铁化合物及其组合物,其中该饮用水组合物具有低于约700mV的氧化还原电势,以及约2.5至约9.5的pH值;且其中对于没有添加任选香味剂或甜味剂的饮用水组合物,其味道中没有金属味或余味。

发明详述
本文使用的术语“包括”是指在本发明的饮用水组合物制备中联合使用的各种组分。因此,在术语“包括”中包含术语“基本上由...组成”和“由...组成”。
本文使用的术语“每份”、“每单位份”或“份的大小”指250毫升的成品饮料。
维生素和矿物质的美国推荐每日摄入量(USRDI)在推荐日膳食限额-食品及营养部,国家科学院国家研究委员会(Recommended DailyDietary Allowance-Food and Nutrition Board,National Academyof Sciences National Research Council)中定义和阐明,其是针对一份大小为250ml的饮用水组合物的。本文使用的除铁或锌之外的矿物质的营养性补充量为至少约5%、优选约10%至约200%的该物质的USRDI。本文使用的维生素营养性补充量为至少约5%、优选约20%至约200%、更优选约25%至100%的该维生素的USRDI。

本发明的组合物不仅适用于高等哺乳动物,如灵长类和人类,而且也适用于任何动物和植物。本发明的组合物尤其可通过改变矿物质和/或维生素的存在与否与存在量来特别配制以满足某种具体动物和植物的营养需求。本发明的一种饮用水组合物的非限制性实施例可特别配制用于人类,如婴儿、学龄前儿童和怀孕/哺乳期妇女,另一实施例可配制用于家养宠物例如猫,且又一实施例可特别配制用于室内植物。
铁源
本发明的铁化合物可选自水溶性铁化合物、可分散于水的颗粒铁化合物及其混合物。此外,本发明的铁化合物更优选地选自络合铁化合物、螯合铁化合物、胶囊包封的铁化合物及其混合物。该铁化合物还应为可生物利用的,以提供上文所述的健康有益效果。
可向水源中添加优选的铁化合物,以提供铁强化的饮用水,该饮用水可以减少和优选消除含铁的水和饮料中典型具有的金属味和余味。不受理论的约束,据信通过下列方式可消除金属味:将铁化合物基本上完全维持在亚铁态和将铁化合物装入胶囊,或通过与合适的配体络合或螯合将铁结合成稳定化合物,该配体不允许铁在饮用水中被自由结合。
发明人已发现,维持亚铁态稳定性的关键因素是控制饮用水的氧化还原电势。在饮用水中的各种离子化合物将在一平衡状态下经历氧化还原反应,该平衡状态由水体系的氧化还原电势所支配。在铁的情况下,如果获得或维持约770mV或更低的氧化还原电势,三价铁(Fe3+)可在平衡状态下被化学还原成二价铁(Fe2+)。优选地,氧化还原电势维持在低于约700mV、更优选低于约500mV、甚至更优选低于约300mV、甚至还更优选低于约200mV、仍甚至还更优选低于约150mV。
优选的铁化合物剂型还包括胶囊和络合物,其在饮用水中分散的粒径足够小以致于在溶液中几乎不可见。优选地,分散粒径为约100纳米(nm)或更少、更优选约80nm或更少。尤其优选的铁源为稳定的微米尺度的与焦磷酸盐络合的铁,可以商品名SunActive Iron(Taiyo公司,日本)购得。
适用于本发明之目的的铁化合物形式为装入氢化大豆油基质胶囊的硫酸亚铁,例如CAP-SHURE,得自Balchem Corp.,Slate Hill,N.Y.,和螯合铁(例如,亚铁),其中螯合剂为氨基酸,如FERROCHELAMINO ACID CHELATE,得自Albion Laboratories,Inc.,Clearfield,Utah。可使用其它固体油脂来封装硫酸亚铁,如三硬脂酸甘油酯、氢化玉米油、棉籽油、葵花籽油、牛油和猪油。

本发明中可使用的高度可生物利用的食品级亚铁盐包括但不限于硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、琥珀酸亚铁、葡糖酸亚铁、乳酸亚铁、酒石酸亚铁、柠檬酸亚铁、亚铁氨基酸螯合物,以及这些亚铁盐的混合物。
尤其适合于本发明的强化饮用水的其它的可生物利用的铁源包括某些铁-糖-羧酸盐络合物。在这些铁-糖-羧酸盐络合物中,羧酸盐提供亚铁离子的反离子。这些铁-糖-羧酸盐络合物的全合成包括在含水介质中钙-糖部分的形成(例如,通过氢氧化钙与糖反应);在含水介质中铁源(如硫酸亚铁铵)与钙-糖部分反应,以提供铁-糖部分;和用羧酸(“羧酸盐反离子”)中和反应体系,以提供所需的铁-糖-羧酸盐络合物。可用于制备钙-糖部分的糖包括任何可吸收的糖类物质及其混合物,如葡萄糖、蔗糖和果糖、marmose、半乳糖、乳糖和麦芽糖,更优选蔗糖和果糖。提供“羧酸盐反离子”的羧酸可为任何可吸收的羧酸,如柠檬酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、乳酸、琥珀酸、丙酸等,以及这些酸的混合物。

加入饮用水中的铁化合物的量可依据在最终产品中所需的补充物量和目标消费者而广泛地变化。或多或少依据不同的年龄,女性或男性的铁的USRDI通常为约10mg至约18mg。本发明的铁强化组合物典型地包含至少约2ppm的铁化合物,以便足以递送占从其它饮食源(假定为合理的平衡饮食)可获得的约5%至约100%的铁的USRDI(基于每份饮料)。优选地,所述组合物包含约15%至约50%、最优选约20%至约40%的铁的USRDI。在本发明的的一个实施例中,饮用水组合物包括至少2ppm、更优选至少5ppm的铁。
锌源

本发明的饮用水组合物优选不含某些阴离子,无论是作为铁和/或锌的反离子,或是作为组合物中其它组分的反离子,如铜或锰。优选地,本发明组合物“基本上不合”任何硫化物,即S2-,和碳酸盐,即CO3 2-。“基本上不含”是指以重量计,在本发明的饮用水组合物中存在少于约0.1%的S2-,和少于约0.1%的CO3 2-,更优选少于约0.01%的S2-,和少于约0.01%的CO3 2-,甚至更优选约0%的S2-,和约0%的CO3 2。然而应了解,尽管这些阴离子不是优选的,但是它们仍可存在于本发明的组合物中。
任选成分:
还原剂-这些化合物是有能力通过调节氢化还原电势将会水递送体系的氧化环境转变为还原环境的物质(即,能够将形成的任何高价铁离子还原为亚铁离子的还原剂都可用于饮用水组合物中)。可使用这些还原剂来降低水的氧化还原电势,或作为预备物来还原任何在存储过程中可能返回三价铁态的铁化合物。合适的还原剂包括抗坏血酸、抗坏血酸十六烷酸酯、亚硫酸氢钠、异抗坏血酸、谷胱甘肽、牛磺酸、阿拉伯半乳聚糖、麦芽糖糊精、N-乙酰基半胱氨酸、葡萄糖/葡糖氧化酶及其盐,以及这些还原剂的混合物。关键的要求是添加的还原化合物的标准氧化还原电势应低于被稳定的营养物的标准氧化还原电势并可溶解。优选的还原剂为N-乙酰基半胱氨酸、异抗坏血酸简单多酚/类黄酮和抗坏血酸。
其它维生素和矿物质-本发明的饮用水组合物还可任选地包含除铁和/或锌之外的其它矿物质、维生素和纤维,包括但不限于维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、维生素B12、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素D、叶酸、碘、绿茶提取物、硫胺素、硫胺、烟酸、氟化物、钙、镁、硒、铜、锰和阿拉伯半乳聚糖。一个单位部分(250ml)的饮用水组合物提供约5%至约200%的这些其它维生素和矿物质的USRDI。
多数健康成人当前的USRDI值通常为:维生素C(约60mg)、维生素A作为视黄醇(约1mg)或作为β-胡萝卜素(约3mg)、维生素B2(约1.7mg)、烟酸(约20mg)、硫胺(约1.5mg)、维生素B6(约2.0mg)、叶酸(约0.4mg)、维生素B12(约6mg)、维生素E(约30国际单位)、铜(约1.6)、锰(约2.3mg)和碘约150mg。
市售的维生素C可用于本发明。也可使用胶囊包封的抗坏血酸和抗坏血酸的可食用盐。典型地,在饮用水组合物中使用约5%至约200%的维生素C的USRDI。优选地,在35g饮用水组合物中使用约25%至约150%、最优选约100%的维生素C的USRDI。
饮用水组合物中可掺入市售的维生素A。单份饮料优选地包含约5%至约100%和最优选地包含约25%的维生素A的USRDI。可以以例如维生素A十六烷酸酯(视黄醇十六烷酸酯)和/或β-胡萝卜素提供维生素A。它可以为油剂、小球状或胶囊剂型。本文使用的“维生素A”包括维生素A、β-胡萝卜素、视黄醇十六烷酸酯和视黄醇乙酸酯。
本发明可使用市售的维生素B2(核黄素)。所得饮用水组合物优选包含(每份)约5%至约200%和最优选包含约15%至约35%的维生素B2的USRDI。维生素B2也称为核黄素。本发明使用市售碘源,优选为胶囊封装的碘。其它碘源包括含碘盐,例如碘化钠、碘化钾、碘酸钾、碘酸钠或其混合物。这些盐可装入胶囊。
掺入饮用水组合物中的具有营养性补充量的其它维生素包括但不限于维生素B6和B12、叶酸、烟酸、泛酸、烟酰胺、N-乙酰基半胱氨酸、叶酸、和维生素D和E。典型地,饮用水组合物包含至少5%、优选至少25%、最优选至少35%的这些维生素的USRDI。根据饮用水组合物所面向的消费者的营养需求,也可在饮用水组合物中掺入其它维生素。
在本发明的饮用水组合物中还可包括具有营养补充量的多不饱和脂肪酸(DHA,EPA),和包括精氨酸和谷氨酰胺的增强免疫力的氨基酸。
掺入饮用水组合物的具有营养性补充量的其它矿物质包括但不限于钙化合物、锰(II)化合物和铜(I)化合物。合适的铜(I)源包括但不限于硫酸铜(I)、葡糖酸铜(I)、柠檬酸铜(I)、铜(I)氨基酸螯合物如铜二甘氨酸盐。当存在钙时,优选的钙源为在美国专利4,789,510、美国专利4,786,518和美国专利4,822,847中描述的钙的柠檬酸盐苹果酸盐组合物。合适的锰(II)源包括但不限于硫酸锰(II)、葡糖酸锰(II)、柠檬酸锰(II)、氧化锰(II)、锰(II)氨基酸螯合物如锰二甘氨酸盐。
着色剂-可任选地使用少量着色剂,如FD&C染料(即黄#5、蓝#2、红#40)和/或FD&C色淀。此类着色剂只为美观原因而加入饮用水中,而不是用于掩盖由铁化合物引起的色泽不佳或沉淀。通过将色淀加入其它粉末成分、任何颗粒,尤其是任何铁化合物颗粒中,可完全和均一地着色,从而获得均一着色的饮料混合物。本发明使用的优选的色淀染料为FDA批准的色淀,如色淀红#40、黄#6、蓝#1及类似物。此外,FD&C染料或FD&C色淀染料的混合物可与其它传统食品及食品着色剂组合使用。使用着色剂的精确用量依据使用的试剂和最终产品所需的强度而异。本领域的专业人员可容易地确定可任选的着色剂用量。通常当存在可任选的着色剂时,以组合物重量计,其可以以约0.0001%至约0.5%、更优选约0.004%至约0.1%的含量存在。如果饮用水组合物还含有可任选的香味剂,那么如果使用可任选的着色剂时,典型地选择与香味剂相称的着色剂,例如黄色用于...此外,核黄素和/或β-胡萝卜素可用作可任选的着色剂。
调味剂-饮用水可任选地包括调味剂,该调味剂由任何天然或合成制备的水果或植物香味剂,或植物香味剂与混合果汁的混合物组成。此类可任选的调味剂仅为美观原因而加入饮用水中,而不是用于掩盖由铁化合物引起的金属味或余味。合适的天然或人造水果香味剂包括柠檬、橙、釉子、草莓、香蕉、梨、猕猴桃、葡萄、苹果、柠檬、芒果、菠萝、西番莲果、红莓及其混合物。合适的植物香味剂包括肉豆蔻果核、金盏花、菊花、茶、春黄菊、姜、缬草、育亨宾树、蛇麻子、圣草、人参、越桔、稻、红酒、芒果、牡丹花、柠檬香脂、核果瘤、橡树薄片、熏衣草、胡桃、龙胆、罗汉果、肉桂、当归、芦荟、龙牙草、蓍草及其混合物。调味剂的实际用量依使用的调味剂类型和在成品饮料中所需的香味剂量而定。还可使用其它香味增强剂,以及食用香料如巧克力、香草等。
酸组分-本发明的饮用水组合物中可任选地添加可食用的酸。此类调味剂仅为美观原因而加入饮用水中,而不是用于掩盖由铁化合物引起的金属味或余味。这些酸可单独使用或联合使用。可食用的酸可选自鞣酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、磷酸、乙酸、乳酸、马来酸,及其混合物。
甜味剂-本发明的饮用水中可任选地包括甜味剂。此类调味剂仅为美观原因而加入饮用水中,而不是用于掩盖由铁化合物引起的金属味或余味。合适的颗粒糖可被制成颗粒或粉末,且可包括蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、乳糖及其混合物。最优选的是蔗糖。也可使用人造甜味剂。树胶、果胶和其它增稠剂经常与人造甜味剂一起使用作为增量剂,并对再生干饮料提供结构。可使用糖和人造甜味剂的混合物。
本发明可掺入其它天然或人造甜味剂附加于或替代饮用水组合物中的添加糖。其它合适的甜味剂包括糖精、环己氨基磺酸盐、Acesulfwn-K、L-天冬氨酰基-L-苯基丙氨酸低碳烷基酯甜味剂(如天冬甜素)、公开于Brennan等人的美国专利4,411,925中的L-天冬氨酰基-D丙氨酰胺、公开于Brennan等人的美国专利4,399,163中的L-天冬氨酰基-D-丝氨酰胺、公开于Brand的美国专利4,338,346中的L-天冬氨酰基-L-1-羟甲基烷基酰胺甜味剂、公开于Rizzi的美国专利4,423,029中的L-天冬氨酰基-1-羟乙基烷基酰胺甜味剂、公开于公布于1986年1月15日的J.M Janusz的欧洲专利申请168,112中的L-天冬氨酰基-D-苯基甘氨酸酯和酰胺甜味剂等。尤其优选的可任选的和附加的甜味剂是天冬甜素。
抗氧化剂-饮用水还可包括足量的食品级抗氧化剂以抑制上述物料尤其是类脂的氧化。过度氧化可导致这些成分变味。过度氧化还可导致在混合物中的任何抗坏血酸或其它容易氧化的维生素或矿物质的降解和失活。
可使用已知的或传统的食品级抗氧化剂。此类食品级抗氧化剂包括但不局限于丁基羟基苯甲醚(BHA)、丁基化羟基甲苯及其混合物。技术人员可以很容易地确定选择有效量的食品级抗氧化剂。此量或浓度的限制通常应符合政府的规定。
包装
本发明还涉及包装的饮用水,该包装的饮用水包括用瓶子或其它容器包装的本发明饮用水组合物。优选地,该包装由能提供氧气屏障以防止空气(包含氧气)扩散或泄漏到包装饮用水中的材料制成。该包装可为单组分、复合材料、层压材料或类似物。典型地,该包装将用于单份饮料,即它将包含250ml的本发明的饮用水组合物,然而包含多份饮料的包装,如包含1L本发明的饮用水组合物的包装也在本发明的范围内。
该包装可由任何合适的物料制成。合适的物料包括但不局限于聚合物,如对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、POET及其类似物。
饮用水组合物的制备
本发明的饮用水可使用多种水源制备。最优选的为去离子水、软化水或蒸馏水。该水还可经过过滤,如反向渗透。该水还可进行这些操作的组合,如经过反向渗透的蒸馏水。
本发明提供加工步骤,其中水源经处理以降低其氧化还原电势。一个优选的处理方法包括除去/减少具有比铁高的标准氧化还原电势的组分(Mn4+,Cl2,H2O2,NO3),以及对水进行脱氧处理以减少在水中的氧浓度或消除所有溶解氧。优选的水脱氧方法包括用氮气、二氧化碳或其它惰性气体脱除氧(及其它溶解的气体)。优选作为惰性气体,如氮气。氧含量还可通过把水加热至高温来降低,在高温下其溶解度降低。另外的方法包括将还原剂加入水中,如抗坏血酸。
优选地,在水源中溶解的氧含量典型地减少至少于5ppm、优选少于3ppm、更优选少于1ppm。
脱氧方法典型地也可除去其它增加氧化还原电势的试剂,如任何溶解的卤化物气体如氯气,以及挥发性有机物质。
然后,典型地在温和的搅拌下使所需的营养含量的铁化合物和/或锌化合物混合。优选地,混合步骤在惰性气体保护下进行,以使产品与外部空气和氧气隔离。在此步骤中还可添加任何附加的成分。
将饮用水组合物包装入玻璃或塑料瓶,或其它合适的容器中。优选地,瓶子的塑料是氧气不可渗透的屏障。
最后,在制备完组合物二十四小时后,测量氧化还原电势、Hunter“b”值、浊度和/或pH值。
测量氧化还原电势
氧化还原电势是所有反应物均在标准态(1M)下时,相对于氢的氧化还原反应所测得的电压。离子的标准半反应电势或Ea°是在pH 0、25℃和1atmH2气体下,相对于氢测得的值(即氢反应的Ea°为零)。然而,在一些情况下相对于氢标准的测量是不切实际的。相反,测量在Ag/AgCl参比电极下进行,并且所得结果添加一个转换因子以得到离子的标准半反应电势。例如,当在25℃下,于Ag/AgCl参比电极下测得的氧化还原值,在其上加上199转换因子,以给出相对氢的氧化还原电势,即Ea°。
依据下式计算任何2个氧化还原对的总氧化还原电势或ΔE∶ΔE=E°电子受体-E°电子供体
饮用水组合物的氧化还原电势可使用任何合适的市售仪器测得。
应注意,饮用水组合物的氧化还原电势只能在组合物制备后24小时测量,这一点很重要。
Nephelometric浊度单主(NTU)
浊度是将光穿过水时被悬浮有机和无机颗粒散射的程度定量的量度单位,是水样品浑浊度的量度。它是溶解度和完全分散能力的指标。浊度通常以Nephelometric浊度单位(NTU)测量。有关浊度计的更多信息,可参见美国专利4,198,161。
饮用水组合物的浊度可使用任何市售的仪器如Hach 2100 AN浊度计测得。
应注意,饮用水组合物的浊度只能在组合物制备后24小时测量,这一点很重要。
Hunter色度
本发明可使用公知的Hunter色阶系统测量水的颜色。该系统完整的技术描述可参见文章R.S.Hunter,“Photoelectric ColorDifference Meter,”J.of the Optical Soc.of Amer.,48,985-95(1958)。在公布于1961年10月10日的Hunter等人的美国专利3,003,388中描述了特别设计用于Hunter色阶颜色测量的设备。通常,Hunter色值是基于三刺激色的测量,称为“L”、“a”和“b”。Hunter“b”值测量蓝色和黄色间的色调和色度。Hunter“b”值是样品和标准参比色间的差值。
饮用水组合物的Hunter“b”值可使用任何市售的仪器测得。
应注意,饮用水组合物的Hunter“b”值只能在组合物制备后24小时测量,这一点很重要。

实施例3
在温和搅拌下,氮气鼓泡通过1升的去离子水,并在氮气保护下15分钟。所得水具有少于3ppm的氧。
将15ppm的SunActive(稳定的铁-焦磷酸盐颗粒)加入去除了氧的水中,并在氮气保护下混合。
该饮用水为清澈、无色并没有金属味或余味。
尽管已详细说明和描述了本发明的具体实施例,对于本领域专业人员来讲显而易见的是,可在不背离本发明精神和范围的条件下对其进行各种改变或变化,并且将在附加的权利要求书中涵盖本发明范围内的所有此类变化。
Claims (17)
1.含铁的水组合物,所述含铁水组合物具有5.0至9.5的pH值,包括至少2ppm的基本上完全为亚铁态的铁化合物,所述水组合物具有低于200mV的氧化还原电势;其中该含铁的水组合物不含香味剂或甜味剂化合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的水组合物,其中所述氧化还原电势低于150mV。
3.如权利要求1所述的水组合物,所述水组合物还包括少于3ppm的氧。
4.如权利要求1所述的水组合物,其中所述铁化合物为可分散于水的铁化合物,并具有小于100纳米的分散粒径。
5.如权利要求1所述的水组合物,,所述饮用水组合物还包括氧清除剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的水组合物,所述饮用水组合物还包括少于3ppm的溶解氧气,并基本上不含增加氧化还原电势的试剂,所述试剂选自含氧阴离子盐、溶解的卤化物气体和有机物质。
7.如权利要求1所述的水组合物,所述饮用水组合物还包括至少2ppm的锌化合物,所述锌化合物选自络合锌化合物、螯合锌化合物、和胶囊包封锌化合物、及其混合物。
8.如权利要求7所述的水组合物,所述饮用水组合物还包括至少一种选自下列的物质:碘、氟化物、Cu+盐、Mn2+盐、维生素C、维生素B12、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素D、维生素E、叶酸、烟酸、维生素A/β-胡萝卜素、钙、镁、葡糖胺、硒、多不饱和脂肪酸和绿茶提取物。
9.矿物质强化的饮用水组合物,所述饮用水组合物包括至少5ppm的铁化合物,所述铁化合物选自水溶性铁化合物、可分散于水的颗粒铁化合物、及其混合物;所述铁化合物还选自络合铁化合物、螯合铁化合物、胶囊包封铁化合物、及其混合物;其中所述饮用水组合物具有低于200mV的氧化还原电势,和5.0至9.5的pH值;且其中没有添加非必要的香味剂或甜味剂的饮用水组合物没有金属味或余味。
10.如权利要求9所述的饮用水组合物,其中所述可分散于水的铁化合物具有小于100纳米的分散粒径。
11.如权利要求9所述的饮用水组合物,所述饮用水组合物具有低于150mV的氧化还原电势。
12.如权利要求9所述的饮用水组合物,所述饮用水组合物包括至少2ppm的锌化合物,所述锌化合物选自下列物质:络合锌化合物、螯合锌化合物和胶囊包封锌化合物、及其混合物,所述化合物还选自水溶性锌化合物和可分散于水的颗粒锌化合物。
13.矿物质强化饮用水组合物,所述饮用水组合物包括至少5ppm的铁化合物,所述铁化合物选自水溶性铁化合物、可分散于水的颗粒铁化合物、及其混合物,其中所述铁化合物还选自络合铁化合物、螯合铁化合物、胶囊包封铁化合物、及其混合物,而且其中所述饮用水组合物不含香味剂或甜味剂化合物,且其中所述饮用水组合物没有金属味或余味;具有5.0至9.5的pH值;Hunter比色计“b”读数少于5.0;NTU浊度值低于5.0。
14.如权利要求13所述的饮用水组合物,所述饮用水组合物具有低于200mV的氧化还原电势。
15.如权利要求13所述的饮用水组合物,所述饮用水组合物还包括选自下列的至少一种物质:锌化合物、碘、锰(II)化合物、铜(I)化合物、维生素A、维生素C、维生素B12、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素D、维生素E、烟酸和叶酸。
16.包装的饮用水,所述包装的饮用水包括:
a.至少2ppm的铁化合物,所述铁化合物选自水溶性铁化合物、可分散于水的颗粒铁化合物、及其混合物,其中所述铁化合物还选自络合铁化合物、螯合铁化合物、胶囊包封铁化合物、及其混合物,其中所述饮用水组合物不含香味剂或甜味剂化合物,且其中所述饮用水组合物没有金属味或余味;具有5.0至9.5的pH值;Hunter比色计“b”读数少于5.0;低于200mV的氧化还原电势;和
b.阻挡氧的包装。
17.如权利要求16所述的包装的饮用水,其中没有添加非必要的香味剂或甜味剂的所述饮用水组合物没有金属味或余味。
