变速控制装置
技术领域
本发明一般涉及自行车变速控制装置,特别地涉及一与多个链轮和拨链器一起使用的液压操作的自行车变速机构。
背景技术
在典型的自行车变速装置中,变速控制绳缆将骑车者操作的致动部件的力传递至被布置成与链轮邻接的拨链器。为了保护缆绳免受由环境条件如脏物或潮气引起的损坏,一般在变速控制绳缆上设置一套管。然而,即使使用套管,部分变速控制缆绳如缆绳套管的端部和拨链器之间的部分绳缆,仍然露出易于受到损坏。这特别对部分变速控制缆绳是不利的,因其足够靠近地面,使得脏物和泥土从地面沉淀在绳缆上。持续暴露至道路上使得脏物积聚在变速控制绳缆上,其最终会阻碍绳缆运动出或运动入绳缆套管。结果是,可用大的力或根本不用力就可移动变速机构。
绳缆操作变速系统的另一个缺点是,变速控制绳缆过一段时间后会趋向于扩展,于是就得调节拨链器机构以使正确变速。另外,绳缆会频繁地变得生锈或磨损,因此会在试图变速时断裂。变速绳缆的安装和维护复杂且不需要可能在绳缆和套管之间导致附加摩擦力的绳缆扭结和折弯。
为了克服绳缆操作变速系统的缺点,已提出液压操作系统。然而,公知液压变速系统的问题是,用于标示变速的机构不够精确和准确。因此,希望提供一种液压变速机构,其具有一提供用于标示变速的精确定位的控制装置。
公知液压操作变速系统的缺点是,如果该系统需要一调节,则在从动柱体组件上制一端点调节,以调节从动柱塞的起始位置。假定从动柱体组件位于拨链器附近,自行车骑车者在该位置进行调节是不方便的。因此,希望在骑车者易于接近的位置提供一调节器。
发明内容
本发明公开一种有用于控制主柱体组件的柱塞的运动的定位机构的自行车的液压变速机构,其中主柱体组件与从动柱体连通,用于操作拨链器。该定位机构最好包括一与把手间隔开的枢转轴、一可绕枢转轴旋转的旋转部件、一用于使旋转部件沿第一方向旋转的推动部件以及一用于使旋转部件沿第二方向旋转的回位部件。推动机构最好包括一第一闩部分,其与相应的推动棘爪接合使旋转部件旋转。回位机构最好包括一第二闩部分以及一回位棘爪,该回位棘爪具有交替地与第二闩部分接合的一第一卡爪以及一第二卡爪。旋转部件最好可操作地与主柱体的柱塞接合,其中旋转部件的旋转变为柱塞杆的轴向运动。在本发明的较为优选的实施例中,调节器柱塞螺纹地与主柱体组件接合,用于调节从动柱塞的起初位置。

具体实施方式
图1示出本发明的如连接到自行车把手200上的变速控制装置100的优选实施例。在本发明的优选实施例中,变速控制装置100包括一支架或基部部件110、一主柱体组件300以及一定位机构400。把手200最好是一为柱形体的扁杆式把手,其基本沿把手轴线210延伸。用螺栓螺母组件121把支架110固定到自行车的把手200上。流体管路500把主柱体组件300连接到从动柱体组件上,如下所述。

图2和3示出本发明的定位机构300的优选实施例。在优选实施例中,定位机构400包括一固定地连接到支架110上并从其向上延伸的枢转轴410。最好把枢转轴410垂直地压配入支架110的底部平面中,然而,也可使用其它公知的方法把枢转轴连接到支架上。小齿轮420、垫片430以及闩板440可旋转地支撑在枢转轴410上并彼此固定。小齿轮420、垫片430以及闩板440最好由弹簧S1沿顺时针方向偏置。
齿条传动450最好可滑动地支撑在支架110的轨道111中。盖板451定位在齿条传动450的上方并固定到支架110上以可滑动地把齿条传动450夹持就位。盖板451最好用螺栓453固定到支架110上,然而也可用其它公知的紧固件。齿条传动450包括许多使其尺寸为与小齿轮420啮合的齿轮齿452。通过小齿轮与齿条传动450的齿轮齿452的啮合,将小齿轮420的旋转变为齿条传动450的轴向运动。如图3所示,齿条传动450与主柱体组件300的柱塞杆332连接。齿条传动450的轴向运动导致主柱体组件300的柱塞杆332的相应运动。
参照图2及3,定位机构400最好包括一固定板480以及一操作板490。在本发明的优选实施例中,把固定板480固定到支架110上而把上支撑481固定地连接到固定板480上。将操作板490可旋转地支撑在主枢转轴410上,并由弹簧S4偏置向空档位置。控制杆405最好与操作板490形成为一体,使得控制杆405和操作板490在操作控制杆405时一起绕枢转轴410旋转。

图4示出本发明的主柱体组件300的优选实施例。主柱体组件300最好刚性地连接到支架110上,在优选实施例中,主柱体组件300包括一主室311、一通气端口313、一调节室314以及一连接端口312。主柱塞320放置在主室311中并用橡胶环321密封。把主室塞体315螺纹拧入主室311中用于密封主室311,并可滑动地支撑柱塞杆322。柱塞杆322最好与柱塞320分立。通气接头340最好插入通气端口313。
调节柱塞330放置在调节室314中并用橡胶环331密封。调节室塞体316螺纹拧入调节室314用于密封调节室314,并支撑调节柱塞杆332。调节柱塞杆332最好外部攻有螺纹,其螺纹与调节室塞体316的内部螺纹相应并与其啮合。调节柱塞杆332最好连接到调节柱塞330上,使得把柱塞杆332螺纹拧入或拧出调节室塞体316会改变调节室314中的调节柱塞330的位置。
主柱体组件300和从动柱体组件700经由流体管路500流体地连通。流体管路500最好在连接端口312处连接到主柱体300上。因为主柱体组件300和从动柱体组件700流体地连通,所以可以通过改变调节室314中的调节柱塞330的位置来调节从动柱塞的起始位置。例如,如果把调节柱塞330进一步螺纹拧入调节室314,流体穿过管路500,流至从动柱体组件700,使得把从动柱塞推回。本发明的一个优点是可以在把手上方便地实现从动柱塞的端点调节。
如图5所示,在本发明的优选实施例中,变速机构包括一四杆联动型拨链器600,其具有一基部部件610、一变速部件640、一外连杆620以及一内连杆630。该基部部件可固定地安装在自行车车架上,变速部件640经由外连杆620和内连杆630连接到基部部件610上。变速部件640最好由放置在四杆式连杆(未示)的内侧的弹簧偏置向自行车的中心线。枢转地连接到变速部件640上的滑轮罩650可旋转地支撑一导向滑轮651以及一张力滑轮652。
从动柱体组件700可操作地连接到拨链器600上。在本发明的优选实施例中,从动柱体组件700的第一端701可枢转地支撑在基部部件610上而从动柱体组件700的第二端可枢转地支撑在形成于外连杆620上的臂部621上。从动柱体组件700最好包括一从动柱体室710。流体管路500最好在连接端口711处连接到从动柱体组件700上。从动柱塞720放置在从动柱体室710内并用橡胶环721密封。从动柱体塞体713可密封地与从动柱体室710接合并可滑动地支撑从动柱塞杆730。从动柱塞杆730最好与柱塞720分立并不与其刚性地连接。

图6a示出本发明的在空档位置的定位机构400。为了推动主柱体柱塞杆322,把操作板490沿反时针方向或推动方向旋转。如图6b所示,操作板490的旋转使推动棘爪470滑离固定板斜台484。因为把推动棘爪470偏置向闩板440,因此推动棘爪与推动闩441的一个齿啮合。在推动棘爪470已与推动闩441的一个齿接合时,操作板490的旋转变为闩板440的旋转。
如图6c所示,由推动棘爪470驱动的闩板440的旋转使回位棘爪460的第一卡爪463与定位闩齿442脱离接合。在使闩板440进一步旋转时,回位棘爪460移向与先前啮合齿邻接的定位闩齿的一个齿。因为闩板440固定地连接到小齿轮420,小齿轮420与闩板440同时沿反时针方向旋转。小齿轮420的旋转驱动齿条传动450使柱塞杆322进一步延伸入主室311,于是把主柱体组件300中的流体位移。

在本发明的优选实施例中,把本发明的定位机构400构形成骑车者一次变换不止一步,更好地一次变换三步。为了完成多步缠绕操作,自行车骑车者把控制杆405进一步沿推动方向P旋转。定位机构400按如上所述运行,其中推动棘爪470与把推动闩沿推动方向P驱动的推动闩441接合。回位棘爪460与定位齿442脱离接合而与先前啮合齿邻接的齿啮合。然而,在多步操作中,自行车骑车者继续使控制杆405旋转,使闩板440进一步旋转而使回位棘爪460继续与邻接齿442接合直至闩板440停止旋转。在本发明的优选实施例中,操纵杆405沿推动方向的旋转角度由操作板490上的贴靠件494与固定板480上的凸起485的接触限制。
图7a至7d示出沿回位或减速方向的定位机构400的操作。为了沿回位方向R操作定位机构400,使控制杆405沿回位方向或顺时针方向旋转。如上所述,在本发明的优选实施例中,释放方向R限定为控制杆405从空档位置远离把手的方向。为了便于理解,把与减速操作无关的元件从图中去除。

Claims (5)

1.一种变速控制装置,其包括:
可连接到一个把手上的支架;
主柱体;
枢转轴,其与所述把手间隔并固定地连接到该支架上;
旋转部件,其可绕该枢转轴沿第一方向和第二方向旋转,且可操作地与所述主柱体连接;以及
控制杆,其可操作地与该旋转部件连接并被偏置在空档位置,其中所述控制杆从所述空挡位置开始可在所述第一方向和所述第二方向上运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的变速控制装置,其还包括主柱体组件,该主柱体组件包括一其内放置有主柱塞的主室和一其内放置有调节柱塞的调节室。
3.如权利要求2所述的变速控制装置,其还包括从动柱体组件,该从动柱体组件具有从动柱塞,所述主柱体组件与该从动柱体组件流体连通。
4.如权利要求3所述的变速控制装置,其中所述从动柱体组件具有一个初始位置,所述调节柱塞在所述调节室具有的深度可以调节,以改变所述从动柱塞的初始位置。
5.如权利要求1所述的变速控制装置,其还包括:
推动机构,其可操作地与所述旋转部件连接;以及
回位机构,其可操作地与所述旋转部件连接所述推动机构的操作使所述旋转部件沿第一方向旋转,所述回位机构的操作使所述旋转部件沿第二方向旋转。
