技术领域：本发明涉及中药，特别是脉管炎、静脉炎、静脉曲张等血栓闭塞疾病的中药。
背景技术：目前用于治疗脉管炎、静脉炎、静脉曲张、雷洛斯病、末稍神经炎等疾病的还没有疗效显著的药物，患此病的人都很痛苦，病情严重的患者还需要截肢，为了解决这一问题人们做了多种努力，提出了多种中药配方、如中国专利：“00129961、1”号公开了一项名称为“一种治疗脉管炎的药粉及制备方法”的技术，该药对缓解较轻的症状有一定的作用，对于重症患者则没有疗效，解决这一问题已成为急需。
发明的内容：克服现有技术存在的不足，提出一种治疗效果极佳、疗程短、费用低的能根治脉管炎、静脉炎、静脉曲张、雷洛斯病、末稍神经炎等疾病的中药。该中药由以下成份构成：川军、白芷、花粉、赤芍、蒲黄、丹参、乳香；其各成分的重量配比为：川军10-20份、白芷10-20份、花粉10-20份、赤芍10-20份、蒲黄10-20份、丹参10-20份、乳香10-20份。其生产工艺是：将川军、白芷、花粉、赤芍、蒲黄、丹参、乳香七味药研磨成100目的细末，混合均匀加入凡士林制成软膏即可。本发明的中药由于含有川军，能利水，有散瘀活血功能，使皮下组织将渗液排出，加快皮下组织的恢复；由于含有花粉，具有多种维生素及微量元素，能清除人体过多的自由基，保持细胞的活性和活力，处进新陈代谢；含有白芷，具有散寒通窍、祛风止痛、消肿排脓的作用。含有花粉、含有赤芍，具有清热凉血、祛瘀止痛的作用。含有蒲黄，具有止血、活血的作用。含有丹参，具有活血化瘀、凉血消痈的作用。含有乳香，具有活血止痛、生肌的作用。上述各位药综合作用的结果使本发明的中药具有活血化瘀、通经活络、提毒解热、消炎镇痛、去腐生肌的功能，治疗脉管炎、静脉炎、静脉曲张等疾病效果极佳、疗程短、费用低。
具体实施方式：取川军10g、白芷10g、花粉10g、赤芍10g、蒲黄10g、丹参10g、乳香20g，研磨成100目的细末，混合均匀加入凡士林制成软膏即得。

使用方法：外用药，涂于患处皮肤表面，一次4g，一日1次。
为了评价本发明的中药的临床药安全性，对其进行了毒性实验研究，报告如下：
1.受试品：一种治疗脉管炎、静脉炎等血栓闭塞疾病的中药每日1次，每次4克。
2.试验动物：昆明种的小白鼠，体重18-22克，雌雄兼用。
3.剂量与试验药品的制备：取一种治疗脉管炎、静脉炎等血栓闭塞疾病的中药4克，置乳钵中加10.0ml蒸馏水分散均匀，制成溶液。给药方式为灌胃给药。
一、半数致死量的测定
取小鼠9只，分三组，但未能找出100％动物死亡的剂量。选用体重20±2g的健康小鼠50只，雌雄各半，随机分为五组，一次口服灌胃给药，剂量按等比级数，最高剂量以能够接受的最大体积计算。给药后观察7天，结果无一死亡。
二、最大耐受量试验
选择健康小鼠20只，雌雄各半，正常饲养1日后，24小时内给药1次，连续观察7日，未见不良反应和死亡情况，可认为该药口服无毒性。最大耐受量倍数计算如下：
如果按成人每日用；用量4克计算，结果为正常临床剂量的240倍，说明一种治疗脉管炎、静脉炎等血栓闭塞疾病的中药具有安全性。
一种治疗脉管炎、静脉炎等血栓闭塞疾病的中药临床总结一组对脉管炎、静脉炎、静脉曲张等疾病的病人临床观察资料中的统计该组5％病例为观察治疗的病人。其中男子43例，女16例，年龄40-50岁10例，51-60岁30例，61岁以上19例，其中治疗方法是随机将患者分为两组，治疗组39例，使用本发明的中药，每日1次，每次4克，30天为一疗程。对照组20例，服其它药，30天为一疗程，治疗前后均做检查，结果表明服用本发明的中药的治疗组有效率为98％，而对照组没有明显的效果。

1、一种治疗脉管炎、静脉炎等血栓闭塞疾病的中药，其特征在于该中药由以下成份构成：川军、白芷、花粉、赤芍、蒲黄、丹参、乳香；其各成分的重量配比为：川军10-20份、白芷10-20份、花粉10-20份、赤芍10-20份、蒲黄10-20份、丹参10-20份、乳香10-20份。
2、如权利要求1所述的治疗脉管炎、静脉炎等血栓闭塞疾病的中药，其特征在于其生产工艺是：将川军、白芷、花粉、赤芍、蒲黄、丹参、乳香七味药研磨成100目的细末，混合均匀加入凡士林制成软膏即可。
