Abstract

一种带可调式比例阀的制动主缸，制动主缸上设置可调式比例阀，比例阀位于制动主缸的出口，比例阀的输出端设置有调整螺杆和调节弹簧，调整螺杆与调节弹簧一端接触，调节弹簧另一端与比例阀的活塞的后端接触。通过调整螺杆改变调节弹簧的抗力，间接改变比例阀弹簧作用在活塞上的大小，从而最终达到调整拐点的目的，实现按不同类型的不同分配相应的制动力，适用于不同轴距或不同载重量的车型的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于汽车后轮的液压制动主缸，尤其涉及一种带可调式比例阀的制动主缸。
背景技术
汽车液压制动比例阀一般是串联于汽车液压制动后轮制动管路中，其作用是维持前、后轮制动器管路之间的比例，防止汽车在制动时发生后轮抱死而产生甩尾现象。许多车辆的比例阀与制动主缸设置在一起，代替单独的比例阀总成。这种制动主缸有两个独立或双比例阀，每个比例阀位于一个通向后制动器的主缸出口，与单独的比例阀的零件相同。一般带比例阀的制动主缸只有一个拐点，它只适合一种车型。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以满足不同车型后轮制动的带可调式比例阀的制动主缸。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是在制动主缸上设置可调式比例阀。具体说：本发明包括比例阀和制动主缸，比例阀位于制动主缸的出口，比例阀的输出端设置有调整螺杆和调节弹簧，调整螺杆与调节弹簧一端接触，调节弹簧另一端与比例阀的活塞的后端接触。通过调整螺杆改变调节弹簧的抗力，间接改变比例阀弹簧作用在活塞上的大小，从而最终达到调整拐点的目的，实现按不同类型的不同分配相应的制动力。
由于本发明在制动主缸上设置了可调式比例阀，可以根据不同的车型的轴距，通过手动调节调节螺杆，与其相适应，以达到理想的制动效果。因此，本发明带可调式比例阀的制动主缸可适用于不同轴距或不同载重量的车型的需求。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的实施例，比例阀1设置在制动主缸2的出口，比例阀1包括阀体3、活塞6、阀座7、阀门8、阀门弹簧9、比例阀弹簧10。比例阀1的输出端设置有调整螺杆4和调节弹簧5，调整螺杆4与调节弹簧5一端接触，调节弹簧5另一端与比例阀1的活塞6的后端接触。调整螺杆4设有密封圈11。
本发明带可调式比例阀的制动主缸在装车时，根据不同的车型调整可调式比例阀：在汽车空载或当阀用于小型车时，用六角扳手拧紧调整螺杆，压缩调节弹簧，使调节弹簧在比例阀的输出端施加一定压力；当汽车制动时，由制动主缸输出的制动液经比例阀活塞小孔并通过制动管路传递至后轮缸，由于比例阀是采用差径式结构的活塞，输入端活塞直径小于输出端活塞直径，根据帕斯卡定律，则有F出＞F入，又因为调节弹簧已在输出端施加了一定压力，故液压增加至不高时，活塞就后移将阀门关闭，此后输出端的压力将按比例增长；当汽车满载或当阀用于大型车时，用六角扳手拧松调整螺杆，使调节弹簧在输出端作用力减弱，故制动液压需增加至较高值时，活塞才开始右移将阀门关闭，此后输出端的压力也将按比例增长。

Claims (2)

1、一种带可调式比例阀的制动主缸，包括比例阀(1)和制动主缸(2)，比例阀(1)位于制动主缸(2)的出口，其特征是所述的比例阀(1)的输出端设置有调整螺杆(4)和调节弹簧(5)，调整螺杆(4)与调节弹簧(5)一端接触，调节弹簧(5)另一端与比例阀(1)的活塞(6)的后端接触。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带可调式比例阀的制动主缸，，其特征是调整螺杆(4)设有密封圈(11)。
