Description

具有多个抽吸电动机的抽吸设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抽吸设备,特别是吸尘器,具有两个或者多个抽吸电动机。
背景技术
在已知的一个该种方式的实施形式中,两个抽吸电动机与相同的排气孔相连,通过一个公共的脏物容器的一个进气孔吸入空气。在此,每一抽吸电动机配备有一个单独的过滤器。在此无论进气孔还是排气孔都可以单独地或者一起通过截止阀关闭。在抽吸设备的工作状态下,两个阀打开,执行通常的抽吸过程。然而为清洁过滤器,两个阀关闭,由此然后交替使它们运行。于是由此受迫的环流首先从内部向一个然后在切换抽吸电动机后向另一个过滤器自由吹风,然而在过滤器清洁期间不可能继续正常的抽吸过程。此外,经验表明,尽管这种清洁方式,过滤器在运行期间越来越堵塞,使得施加在运行的抽吸电动机上的压力不再能自由吹向相应另一个过滤器。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,使用一种开始所述类型的抽吸设备一方面实现有效的过滤器清洁,另一方面在过滤器清洁时维持正常的抽吸操作。
根据本发明该任务如下实现,每一抽吸电动机的排气孔配备有一个单独的截止阀,并且每一过滤器设置有一个自己的过滤器清洁装置。在正常操作运行时所有截止阀打开,电动机既可以以全功率也可以以较小功率、在两个抽吸电动机的场合特别是以半功率工作。
如果要清洁其中一个抽吸电动机的过滤器,则使其停止,并关闭其截止阀。此时至少一个其余的抽吸电动机以打开的截止阀和全功率继续工作,以便抽吸过程能够不中断地继续运行。在这期间停转的电动机的过滤器通过一个附加的过滤器清洁装置清洁。以这种方式,在正常的抽吸工作继续进行期间按顺序清洁每一抽吸电动机的过滤器。
根据本发明的另一个特征,截止阀构成为止回阀。以这种方式可以节省为单个截止阀的附加的控制装置。亦即只要一个抽吸电动机停转,则其截止阀通过由另一个运行的抽吸电动机在脏物容器中产生的负压自动关闭。与此相反,在所有工作的抽吸电动机中的阀由空气压力保持打开。以这种方式可以以任意多个抽吸电动机工作,因为通过其余的其截止阀自动关闭的抽吸电动机的停止,使得没有任何次级空气可以进入。
根据本发明的另一个特征,过滤器清洁装置构成为振动器,因为根据本发明,机械振动过程在过滤器清洁时具有最好的作用度。
抽吸没备装备一个用于抽吸电动机的开关装置是适宜的,在此它具有下面的开关状态:
a)两个抽吸电动机以全功率工作,此时各截止阀自动打开,
b)两个抽吸电动机以较小功率特别是一半功率工作。此时电压相应下降,截止阀始终自动保持打开,
c)交替地,至少一个抽吸电动机以全功率工作,而另一电动机随着过滤器清洁装置的启动被切断,并且相应的截止阀自动交替地打开和关闭。

具体实施方式
抽吸设备1包括一个脏物容器2和一个带有伸入到脏物容器2内的抽吸电动机3和4的罩5。每一抽吸电动机3和4配备有一个单独的过滤器6和7,两个过滤器6和7都设置有一个自己的振动装置8、9。
脏物容器2具有一个进气孔10,而罩具有两个排气孔11和12,通过这两个排气孔可以排放由抽吸电动机3和4吸入的空气13。在每一抽吸电动机3、4的排气孔上设置一个止回阀14、15作为截止阀。
在本实施例中,抽吸电动机3以正常功率运行,此时止回阀14由于排出的空气13的压力自动打开。与此相反,抽吸电动机4停止,由此止回阀15由于在脏物容器2中存在的负压被强制关闭。于是在这一状态下,振动装置9工作,它在箭头16的方向上使过滤器7上下运动,使得灰尘17可以落入到脏物容器2中。
亦即正常的抽吸操作还不因过滤器清洁中断,而可以以一个电动机的全功率继续运行。只要过滤器7的清洁过程结束,通过把抽吸电动机4接通、把抽吸电动机3切断,另一个过滤器6的清洁以同样方式执行。在此止回阀14和15再次自动关和开。在过滤器清洁结束后,那时两个抽吸电动机3、4重新进入运行,之后止回阀14、15打开,于是两个电动机支持抽吸过程。在此两个电动机仅以一半的电力运行已足够。仅当要处理特别大数量的灰尘时,也可以用全电力运行两个抽吸电动机3和4。

Claims (6)

1.抽吸设备,具有两个或者多个与相同的排气孔(11,12)连接的抽吸电动机(3,4),它们通过一个公共的脏物容器(2)的一个进气孔(10)吸入空气,其中,每一抽吸电动机(3,4)配备有一个单独的过滤器(6,7),其特征在于,每一抽吸电动机(3,4)的排气孔配备有一个单独的截止阀(14,15),并且每一过滤器(6,7)设置有一个自己的过滤器清洁装置(8,9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抽吸备,其特征在于,截止阀(14,15)构成为止回阀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抽吸设备,其特征在于,过滤器清洁装置(8,9)构成为振动装置。
4.根据前述权利要求之一项所述的抽吸设备,其特征在于,具有一个用于抽吸电动机的开关装置,它具有下述开关状态:
a)两个抽吸电动机(3,4)以全功率工作,此时截止阀(14,15)打开,
b)两个抽吸电动机(3,4)以较小功率工作,此时截止阀(14,15)打开,
c)交替地,至少一个抽吸电动机(3)以全功率工作,而至少另外一个抽吸电动机(4)随着过滤器清洁装置(9)的启动被切断,并且相应的截止阀(14,15)自动交替地打开和关闭。
5.按权利要求1所述的抽吸设备,其特征在于,所述抽吸设备为吸尘器。
6.按权利要求4所述的抽吸设备,其特征在于,在所述开关状态b)中,使两个抽吸电动机(3,4)以一半功率工作。
