Description

具有振动器的过滤装置
设有带振动器的过滤装置的吸尘装置是已公知的,在过滤器过多的污物负载时该装置通过振动将进一步释放污物,以便重新达到吸尘装置的全部吸尘作用。为了在振动情况下以简单方式达到特别高的效率,一方面紧贴或放置在振动盘上的过滤器另一方面被可移动地支承在外壳中,其中过滤器通过滑动密封圈或类似部件紧贴地放置在壳壁上。以此方式,可在振动时达到较大的行程,并由此使效率提高。最好,密封圈由一个放置在向壳壁张开的腔中的环圈体组成。在上下偏移运动时,密封圈则总是在两上方向上同步偏移,而不会失去对壳壁的接触。
根据本发明的另一特征,构成圆柱面的过滤器被支承在与振动盘相连接的过滤器筐上。在此情况下,振动盘或与其相连接的部件相对于一个或多个电磁铁通过弹簧被支承着。这时,该磁铁将用相应的频率控制,以使得振动盘在相应的距离上被磁铁吸引或被弹簧重新排斥。因为振动盘及过滤器筐同样合理地由塑料作成,振动盘将设有一个或多个与电磁铁相互作用的金属盘。
至今通常电磁铁的控制是基于半波整流实现的。为了进一步地改善振动效果及做到与污物的容积无关,现在采用脉冲技术进行全波控制。通过在过滤器上施加短脉冲群,可以使除尘得以实质性的优化,因为在每个振动过程中可以在过滤器上得到完整的行程及最大的加速度。
附图表示本发明的一个实施例,它是通过一个吸尘装置剖割的横截面图。
在电动机壳1中支承着一个风机电动机2。在壳1上连接着一个可在箭头方向3上移动地支承的、由塑料构成的过滤器筐4。该筐具有在横截面中彼此隔开的、约为U形的环体6和7,在其中支承着原有的过滤器5。从壳1到过滤器5延伸着一个环形壳壁8。在该壳壁上紧贴地放置着一个密封圈(Rolldichtung)9,它被置于朝壁8张开的腔10中,该腔本身通过连接片11与过滤器筐4相连。以此方式,可以实现过滤器筐4与过滤器5一起较大的运动行程,其中通过密封圈可实现完善的密封。
在壳1上,一个振动盘12可纵向移动地支承在销13上。在此情况下,振动盘12通过弹簧14相对壳1支承,其中通过一个螺栓15保持的圆盘16起到止挡作用。壳1还具有一个电磁铁17,它和与其对立放置的金属盘18相互作用,后者被固定在振动盘12上。过滤器筐4本身通过连接机构19固定在振动盘12上。通过对电磁铁17的相应控制使金属盘18并由此使振动盘12被吸引,及然后通过弹簧14重新推斥,以使得过滤器筐4及同时过滤器5获得上下偏移运动。通过密封圈9实现了过滤器极佳的无摩擦性能,并由此使清洁效果显著地提高。

Claims (6)

1.具有振动器的过滤装置,其特征在于:一方面紧贴或放置在振动盘(12)上的过滤器(4,5)另一方面被可移动地支承在壳(8)中,其中过滤器(4,5)通过滑动密封圈(9)或类似件紧贴地放置在壳壁(8)上。
2.根据权利要求1的过滤装置,其特征在于:密封圈(9)由一个放置在向壳壁(8)张开的腔(10)中的环圈体(Rollkoerper)组成。
3.根据以上权利要求中一项或两项的过滤装置,其特征在于:构成为圆柱面的过滤器(5)被支承在与振动盘(12)相连接的过滤器筐(4)上。
4.根据权利要求3的过滤装置,其特征在于:振动盘(12)或与其连接的部件(18)相对于一个或多个电磁铁(17)通过弹簧(14)被支承着。
5.根据权利要求4的过滤装置,其特征在于:振动盘(12)设有一个或多个与电磁铁(17)相互作用的金属盘(18)。
6.根据权利要求4或5的过滤装置,其特征在于:电磁铁(17)与电子装置相连接,以便用脉冲技术来全波控制。
