本发明涉及一种乙醇汽油及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上出售的汽油,基本上是由石油提炼而成的,生产工工艺复杂;在生产会产生较多的有害物质,不利环境保护,随着全球石油资源的不断减少,消耗量的增加,石油价格不断上涨,造成汽油价格不断攀升。对发展经济、人民生活等方面带来了一定的负面影响
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种乙醇汽油及其制备方法。本发明的乙醇汽油具有生产工艺简单、设备投资小、易于生产、生产成本低;生产中不排放有害物质,对环境无污染,价格便宜。
本发明的技术方案:乙醇汽油,其特征在于:该乙醇汽油原料组份的配比如下,用量为体积份;
乙醇            35~60份,石油醚          1~3份
甲苯            35~60份,环己烷          1~3份。
在上述的乙醇汽油中,比较好的原料组份的配比是;
乙醇            45~50份,石油醚          1~3份
甲苯            45~50份,环己烷          1~3份。
前述的乙醇汽油的制备方法,其特征在于:按下述步骤制作;
a、将乙醇、环己烷混合拌匀,得到A品;
b、将甲苯、石油醚混合拌匀,得到B品;
c、将A品与B品混合拌匀,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种新的乙醇汽油及其制备方法。本发明的乙醇汽油原料价格低廉,生产工艺简单,设备投资小、易于生产、生产成本低、价格便宜、生产中不排放有害物质,对环境无污染。本发明的乙醇汽油外观透明,无浑浊、燃烧热10-11;挥发速度在25℃的情况下,15分钟挥发不超过5ml;沸点或馏程80~150℃、闪点10。
具体实施方式
实施例1。按下述步骤制作乙醇汽油。
a、在1#综合罐中加入500升乙醇、15升环己烷,经混合搅拌均匀,得到A品;
b、在2#综合罐中加入465升甲苯、20升石油醚,经混合搅拌均匀,得到B品;
c、将A品和B品加入合成罐中,经混合搅拌均匀,得到成品。
实施例2。按下述步骤制作乙醇汽油。
a、在1#综合罐中加入450升乙醇、30升环己烷,经混合搅拌均匀,得到A品;
b、在2#综合罐中加入500升甲苯、20升石油醚,经混合搅拌均匀,得到B品;
c、将A品和B品加入合成罐中,经混合搅拌均匀,得到成品。

Claims (3)

1、一种乙醇汽油,其特征在于:该乙醇汽油原料组份的配比如下,用量为体积份;
乙醇        35~60份    石油醚        1~3份
甲苯        35~60份    环己烷        1~3份。
2、根据权利要求1所述的乙醇汽油,其特征在于:所述的配比如下;
乙醇        45~50份    石油醚        1~3份
甲苯        45~50份    环己烷        1~3份。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的乙醇汽油的制备方法,其特征在于:按下述步骤制作;
a、将乙醇、环己烷混合拌匀,得到A品;
b、将甲苯、石油醚混合拌匀,得到B品;
c、将A品与B品混合拌匀,得到成品。
