Description

整履带车辆底盘
本发明涉及整履带式车辆的底盘,特别是采矿机和装料机的底盘,其中包括可转动地与底盘相联的摇臂和用于履带的支重轮。
特别是关于重型车辆如戽式链轮(构轮)挖掘机,重型装料机以及开凿机等机械。众所周知须要采用具有履带式链条的底盘,通常藉助于二个或四个支重轮支承在摇臂上。如果采用四个支重轮,则用另外插入的摇臂将支重轮支承在一个共用摇臂上,共用的摇臂能旋转地与车架相联接,为了对支承装置进行必要的维修工作而拆卸摇臂时,特别由于裂缝或轴承故障时,在此已知的底盘结构中此履带必须被打开或者履带链节必须被一个一个地分开。
本发明的目的是提供一种可行的方法,使拆卸双轮摇臂或凹轮摇臂时不必打开履带或履带链节。为了解此任务,本发明在摇臂的旋转轴上,至少有一个轴的支架是可拆卸地与车架相联接。基于这个措施此双轮摇臂或四轮摇臂能侧向被拆卸,在移开此轴的支架后不用拆开履带。在此情况及最佳方案中可拆卸的轴支架放置在底盘外侧,这就改善了维修工作的可接近性。
可拆卸的轴支架具有一个法兰边,它基本上是与摇臂的转动轴相平行地伸出,并适于用螺栓将车架与其联接。它从所述轴的支架上弯曲或者焊在其上就能以特别便利的方法实现轴的支架与车架可拆卸的联接。在此方案中垂直作用的支承力须由轴的支架来支承,它以轴的支架的整个截面作用于车架上。可以看到此法兰边的方向基本是设计成平行于摇臂的转动轴,仅需要防止轴的支架在摇臂转动轴的轴线方向上侧向移动。在这种结构中联接螺栓所承受的负载保持很低。
在一个特优方案中,摇臂的转动由螺栓形成,在可拆卸的轴支架的外侧有一螺帽与其配合,并采用一个向内的面对着内轴的支架外侧的一个螺栓头使其轴向固定。可以看到螺栓和螺帽在安装好以后按其旋转方向固紧。此时螺帽可以采用最便利的方式设计成一个锁紧螺帽。可以看到此旋转位置可以采用一个锁紧部件来紧固。此部件可以焊在可拆卸的轴支架的外侧。为了拆卸可以使用一个砂轮来拆开此锁紧元件,此螺栓本身也必须同样地紧固以防止旋转,用来防止此螺栓由于摇臂的旋转运动所造成的从螺帽上松开。由此目的,螺栓头在其园周上至少有一个平面部分与相应的内轴支架外侧的锁紧部件的内面相配合。可以看到锁紧部件能由一个长方块形焊在其上的类似的零件形成。
下面参考附图中所示的实施例进一步对本发明进行解释。
在图1中表示了一个底盘1,在车架2上带有一个驱动轮3用于驱动底盘的连节4,轴的支架5安装在车架2上,装有四轮摇臂7的转动轴6装在轴支架5上,可以看到面对滚动的支重轮8分别支承在可围绕四轮摇臂7上的轴10而旋转的摇臂9上。
上部的连节藉助于固定的滚轮11可支承在车架2上,也可以采用滑块导引。
图2表示用于摇臂7的转动轴6的外支架,具有一个法兰边12,其方向与转动轴6平行,并藉助于螺栓13与相应的车架2的法兰边14相联接。
摇臂7的转动轴是采用螺栓15来形成,它用螺纹16与锁紧的螺帽17相配合,螺栓15的另一端穿过内支架18,具有一个螺栓头19。螺栓15从内支架的孔通过,并在拧紧了锁紧螺帽17以后,螺栓头19和锁紧螺帽17固紧以防旋转。为了固定锁紧螺帽17的位置,在可拆卸的支架5的外侧焊有一个保险元件20,所述的保险元件是插入在锁紧螺帽的槽21内,这在图4中再一次清楚地表示出。
在图3中表示了固紧螺栓15的螺栓头19的防止转动的方法,螺栓头19具有一个局部的平面部分22,与轴的支架18外侧的一个长方块23的内面相配合。
最后在图4中也表示了保险元件20,它是被焊在可拆卸的支架5上,并插入到锁紧螺帽17的槽21中。

Claims (3)

1、整履带式车辆的底盘(1),特别是用于采矿机和装料机的底盘,包括可转动地与车架(2)联接的摇臂(7),及由摇臂(7)轴承式支承的用于履带的支重轮(8),其特征为至少有一个用于摇臂(7)的转动轴(6)的支架(5)可拆卸地与车架(2)联接,且该支架(5)置于底盘(1)的外侧。
2、如权利要求1所述的底盘,其特征是可拆卸的支架(5)具有一个法兰边(12),可以由其弯曲而成或者焊于其上,所述法兰边,其方向基本平行于摇臂(7)的转动轴(6),并采用螺栓和车架(2)相联。
3、如权利要求1或2中任意一个所述的底盘,其特征是摇臂(7)的转轴(6)是用一个螺栓(15)形成的,它与可拆卸的支架(5)外侧的螺帽(17)用螺纹联接,并藉助于螺栓头(19)其内面向着内轴支架的外侧作轴向固定,当把螺栓(15)以及螺帽(17)装上以后就在其旋转的位置上固紧了。
