Description

本发明是关于整履带式车辆的履带托架,特别是采矿机和装料机的履带托架,其中包括可转动地与履带托板相联的摇臂和用作履带链节的轴承式支承的滚柱。
特别是关于重型车辆如戽式链轮(杓轮)挖掘机,重型装料机以及开凿机等机械,众所周知须要采用具有履带或链条链节的履带托架,通常藉助于二个或四个支承滚柱支承在摇臂上。如果见有四个支承滚柱,则用另外插入的摇臂将支承滚柱支承在一个共同摇臂上,共用的摇臂能旋转地与履带的托板相联接,为了对支承装置进行必要的维修工作而拆卸摇臂时,特别由于裂缝或承载能力不足时,在此已知的履带托架的结构中此履带链条必须打开或者履带链节必须一个一个地分开。
本发明的目的是提供一种可能性,使拆卸双轮摇臂或四轮摇臂时不必打开履带链节或链条链节。为了解此任务,本发明是在摇臂的旋转轴中,至少有一个轴承挡板是可移动地与履带托板相联接。基于这个措施此双轮摇臂或四轮摇臂能侧向被拆卸,在移开此轴承挡板后不用打开履带链。在此情况及最佳的方案中可移动式轴承挡板放置在履带托架外侧,它改善了维修工作的可达性。
如果可移动的轴承挡板具有一个法兰边基本上是与摇臂的转动轴相平行地伸出,并适于用螺纹将履带托板与其联接,它从所述轴承挡板上弯曲或者将其焊在挡板上就能以特别便利的方法实现轴承挡板与履带托架可拆卸的联接。在此方案中垂直作用的支承力须由轴承挡板来支承,它仍以中间的轴承挡板的整个截面作用于履带托板上。可以看到此法兰边的方向基本是设计成平行于摇臂的转动轴,仅需要防止轴承挡板在摇臂转动轴的方向上侧向移动。在这种结构中联接螺钉所承受的负载保持很低。
在一种特别便利的方法中,其方案是摇臂转动轴由螺钉形成,在可分离轴承挡板的外侧有一个螺帽与其配合,并采用一个向内的面对着内轴承挡板外侧的一个螺钉头使其轴向支承。可以看到螺钉和螺帽在安装好以后按其旋转方向固紧。此时螺帽可以采用最便利的方式设计成一个锁紧螺帽。可以看到此旋转位置可以采用一个锁紧部件来紧固。此部件可以焊在可分离式轴承挡板的外侧。为了拆卸,可以使用一个砂轮来拆开此锁紧元件,此螺钉本身也必须同样的紧固以防止旋转,用来防止此螺钉由于摇臂的旋转运动所造成的从螺帽上的松开。由此目的,螺钉头在其园周上至少有一个平面部份与相应的内轴承挡板外侧的锁紧部件的内面相配合。可以看到些锁紧部件可以由一个长方块形成或者采用焊上其它类似的零件。
下面参考附图中所示的实施例进一步对本发明进行解释。

在图1中表示了一个履带托架1,在托板2上带有一个驱动星轮3,用于履带托架的链节4,轴承挡板5安装在履带托架的托板2上,并装有四轮摇臂7的转动轴6,可以看到两对滚动的滚柱8是支承在分离的可以围绕四轮摇臂7中的轴10而旋转的摇臂9上。
上部的链绳藉助于固定的滚轮11可支承在履带底板的托板2上,也可以采用滑块导引。
图2表示用于摇臂7的转动轴6的外轴承挡板,具有一个法兰边12,其方向与转动轴6平行,并藉助于螺钉13与相应的履带托架的托板2的法兰边14相联接。
摇臂7的转动轴是采用螺钉15来形成,它用细纹16与锁紧的螺帽17相配合,螺钉15的另一端穿过内轴承挡板18,具有一个螺钉头19。螺钉15从内轴承挡板的内面通过,并在拧紧了锁紧螺帽17以后,螺钉头19以及锁紧螺帽固紧以防旋转。为了固定锁紧螺帽的位置,在可分离的轴承挡板5的外侧焊有一个保险元件,所述的保险元件是插入在锁紧螺帽的槽24内,这在图4中再一次清楚地表示出。
在图3中表示了固紧螺钉15的螺钉头的防止转动的方法,螺钉头19具有一个局部的平面部份22,与轴承挡板18外侧的一个长方块23的内面相配合。
最后在图4中也表示了保险元件20,它是被焊在可分离的轴承挡板5上,并插入到锁紧螺帽17的槽21中。

Claims (4)

1、整履带式车辆的履带托架(1),特别是用于采矿机和装料机的履带托架,它包括摇臂(7)。可转动地与履带托板(2)相联,并且轴承式地支承可滚动的滚柱(8)用作履带的链节。其特征为至少有一个用于摇臂(7)的转动轴(6)的挡板(5)是可分离地与履带托板(2)相联接。
2、如权利1中所要求的履带托架其特征为可分离的轴承挡板(5)是置于履带托架(1)的外侧。
3、如权利1或2中所要求的履带托架,其特征为可分离轴承挡板(5)具有一个法兰边(12),可以由其弯曲而成或者焊于其上,所述法兰边,其方向基本平行于摇臂(7)的转动轴(6),并采用螺钉和履带托板(2)相联。
