Abstract

Un aparato y el método para recuperar metales de una solución. El aparato comprende una membrana selectiva de metales configurado para el transporte, aislamiento, retención y recuperación selectivos de iones y compuestos metálicos. La membrana se puede utilizar en combinación con un sorbente selectivo de metales y un sistema modular para procesar una solución en un sitio de campo remoto. El proceso es un proceso verde y produce una cantidad limitada o nula de desechos industriales. Otras formas de realización dan lugar al uso de aparatos de electrodiálisis y ósmosis directa para recuperar metal de una solución. Otras formas de realización presentan un diseño mejorado de las columnas y un método para sintetizar una membrana selectiva de metales.
