Abstract
Un proceso para la recuperación de iones de litio de una salmuera que contiene litio, que incluye poner en contacto la salmuera que contiene litio con un tamiz de iones de litio (donde ese LIS incluye un óxido de titanio o un óxido de niobio) en un primer reactor agitado para formar un complejo de ion de litio con el tamiz de iones de litio, y descomplejar el ion de litio del tamiz de iones de litio en un segundo reactor gitado para formar el tamiz de iones de litio y un eluato de sal de litio ácido. El pH en el primer reactor se mantiene con un álcali como amoniaco anhidro, hidróxido de amonio o hidróxido de sodio.
