Abstract
En la presente se divulga un aceite de PUFA refinado con una palatabilidad mejorada en comparación con el mismo aceite de PUFA sin refinamiento. Además, se divulga una composición alimenticia para un animal de compañía o un alimento para consumo humano en donde dicha composición alimenticia comprende el aceite de PUFA refinado anterior y, por lo tanto, tiene una palatabilidad mejorada. Una divulgación adicional en la presente es un método para fabricar el aceite de PUFA refinado antes mencionado en donde dicho método comprende el paso de desodorización.
