Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a moléculas de unión a antígeno que se unen a CD3 y CD137 (4-1BB); a composiciones que comprenden la molécula de unión a antígeno; y a métodos de uso de los mismos. La presente invención proporciona moléculas de unión a antígeno que comprenden: una región variable de anticuerpo que es capaz de unirse a CD3 y CD137 (4-1BB), pero no se une a CD3 y CD137 al mismo tiempo; y una región variable que se une a un tercer antígeno diferente de CD3 y CD137. Tales moléculas de unión a antígeno exhiben una actividad de citotoxicidad dependiente de células T mejorada inducida por estas moléculas de unión a antígeno a través de la unión a los tres antígenos diferentes.
