Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevos compuestos de tienopirrolotriazinacetamida de la fórmula (I), en donde R1, R2 y R3 se definen en el presente documento, que inhiben la actividad inflamatoria de la proteína 3 receptora de tipo NOD (NLRP3). La invención se refiere, además, a los procesos para su preparación, composiciones farmacéuticas y medicamentos que los contienen, y su uso en el tratamiento de enfermedades y trastornos mediados por NLRP3.
