Abstract
En la presente se divulgan dispositivos y sensores de recolección de energía, y métodos de fabricación y uso de estos. Los dispositivos de recolección de energía pueden comprender una membrana dispuesta en un sustrato, en donde la membrana comprende un material bidimensional (2D) y una o más ondas; y un componente acoplado eléctricamente, magnéticamente, electromagnéticamente, electrostática/capacitivamente, piezoeléctricamente, magnetostrictivamente y/o mecánicamente a la membrana y/o el sustrato, de manera que el componente está configurado para recolectar energía desde la membrana. Los sensores pueden comprender una membrana dispuesta en un sustrato, en donde la membrana comprende un material bidimensional y una o más ondas; y un componente acoplado eléctricamente, magnéticamente, electromagnéticamente, electrostática/capacitivamente, piezoeléctricamente, magnetostrictivamente y/o mecánicamente a la membrana y/o el sustrato, <br /> de manera que el componente está configurado para detectar una señal de la membrana.
