Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sistema de cultivo celular en biorreactor que comprende una cámara cerrada que contiene una pluralidad de microcompartimentos celulares, en donde los microcompartimentos comprenden cada uno una capa externa de hidrogel que proporciona una cavidad que contiene un conjunto de células autoorganizadas y una matriz extracelular o un sustituto de matriz extracelular. La invención también trata sobre el uso de dichos biorreactores para la producción de células y/u organoides, y/o moléculas y/o ensamblajes moleculares complejos.
