Abstract

LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA CALENTAR DE FORMA RÁPIDA Y HOMOGÉNEA UN PRODUCTO LÍQUIDO A UNA TEMPERATURA PREDETERMINADA POR MEDIO DE CALENTAMIENTO RESISTIVO. SEGÚN LA INVENCIÓN, SE CONSIGUE UNA INACTIVACIÓN MICROBIANA SUFICIENTE Y EFECTIVA AL APLICAR UNA INTENSIDAD DE CAMPO ELÉCTRICO INFERIOR A 5,0 KV/CM DURANTE UN PERÍODO DE TIEMPO PROLONGADO, SELECCIONANDO ASÍ UNA INTENSIDAD DE CAMPO ELÉCTRICO RELATIVAMENTE BAJA Y UNA DURACIÓN DE PULSO RELATIVAMENTE EXTENDIDA. EL PROCESO DE LA INVENCIÓN ES EFICIENTE A PH NEUTRO Y A PH POR DEBAJO DE 7. ADEMÁS, EL PROCESO DE LA INVENCIÓN ES EFICIENTE PARA INACTIVAR UNA AMPLIA GAMA DE MICROORGANISMOS RELEVANTES. LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN SE REFIERE ADEMÁS A DICHO PROCESO EN EL QUE EL PRODUCTO LÍQUIDO SE PRECALIENTA ANTES DE SOMETER EL PRODUCTO LÍQUIDO AL PROCESO. LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN TAMBIÉN SE REFIERE AL PRODUCTO LÍQUIDO QUE SE PUEDE OBTENER MEDIANTE EL PROCESO DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCIÓN.
