Abstract

Un sistema de desulfuración de gas de combustión y método, que comprende: un punto de inyección de sorbente de calcio en forma ascendente a un recipiente absorbente de lavador seco de circulación; un dispositivo de recolección de partícula descendente al recipiente absorbente de lavador seco de circulación, en donde el dispositivo de recolección de partícula separa las partículas sólidas del gas limpio; y un sistema de reciclado que incluye un primer deslizador fluidizado para las partículas sólidas, que se caracteriza porque además incluye: una pluralidad de puntos de inyección de sólidos ubicados entre el punto de inyección de sorbente de calcio y el recipiente absorbente de lavador seco de circulación, que llevan desde el dispositivo de recolección de partícula directamente a un separador; y un punto de inyección de sorbente de mercurio entre el punto de inyección de sorbente de calcio y la pluralidad de puntos de inyección de solidos; en donde el separador separa las partículas sólidas para alimentar por lo menos dos segundos deslizadores fluidizados, y en donde cada segundo deslizador fluidizado alimenta las partículas sólidas directamente a uno de la pluralidad de puntos de inyección de sólidos.
