Abstract
Se revela un sistema de desulfuración de gas combustible de lavador seco de circulación. Se inyecta cal hidratada en la corriente ascendente de gas combustible de la columna del CDS (por la versión en inglés Circulating Dry Scrubber). El gas combustible pasa después a través de un dispositivo de recolección de partículas, en donde se capturan los sólidos. Por lo menos una porción de los sólidos son reciclados a partir del dispositivo de recolección de partículas a un separador, en donde los sólidos son divididos entre los puntos de inyección. No se necesita caja de distribución, que permite que se reduzca la altura y/o se reestructure la ubicación de muchos componentes del sistema, reduciendo los costos. También se revela un sistema de transporte de sólidos mejorado. El gas combustible puede ser reciclado desde la corriente descendiente y utilizarse como un gas fluidizante para transportar sólidos entre diferentes ubicaciones. Los ejemplos de sistemas incluyen transportadores de gravedad deslizantes fluidizados, almohadillas de fluidificación, y tolvas. El gas fluidificado generalmente ya está a una temperatura elevada, con lo que se reduce el consumo de energía necesario para calentar el gas fluidificante.
