Abstract

Un método para la fabricación de un fertilizante a partir de un material orgánico que contiene biosólidos que comprende: Proporcionar un material orgánico que contiene biosólidos en el que el material orgánico tiene un contenido de sólidos de al menos diez por ciento; Añadir un agente de control de olor al material orgánico para crear una mezcla; Añadir un ácido a la mezcla bajo una primera presión y a temperatura elevada durante un primer periodo de tiempo; Añadir amoniaco a la mezcla licuada bajo una segunda presión y a temperatura elevada durante un segundo periodo de tiempo; y Procesar la mezcla licuada para formar el fertilizante.
