Machine for laying dough threads. The invention relates to a machine for laying dough threads, e.g. B. of pasta or threads of other edible or inedible material.
The machine is eiii-, erielitet for sharing and pulling apart the threads of dough brought into the machine in close succession.
The subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in FIG. 1 in the front view, and in FIG. 2 shown in side view; Fig. 3 zeiat part of the front view on a larger scale.
The machine has a slowly running conveyor belt for receiving the tightly spaced dough threads o brought into the machine and a faster running conveyor belt n, the teeth 12 of which carry the dough threads from the slow belt in bundles t 'wise -imen and the laying supply line,, 7ufüllren, for example a rotating rod 121, which lifts a certain number of highlights s from the band n (Fig. 2).
The slow belt b is provided with lower marks a to take along the dough threads and is guided over rollers 29, 80 , which are placed underneath an inclined sliding plate or board 31 </ B> are stored. The dough threads o are placed on this Gleitbleeli by hand or with special aids in diellter succession so that one half of the threads slides on the sheet and the other half hangs freely over the edge of the band b.
The support roller it for the fast conveyor belt n is mounted under the slow conveyor belt b , specifically on the same pin as the somewhat larger support roller 30 of the slow belt, with both support rollers sit loosely on this bolt.
The rapid transport belt n crosses Tig seen from the front. 3), the slow conveyor belt b, and at the point of intersection, all the incoming dough threads arrive from the upper edge b and the adjoining sliding plate 31 < / B> on the lower band n and the lower sliding plate 32, with each tooth p carrying approximately the same amount of dough threads.
Ulm, the amount of dough threads carried along by each tooth 2) evenly adjust, n it is advisable to arrange a special stripper (Fig. 2 and Ö), which is located in the gap between the lower B and n and the upper band b are moved back and forth and each tooth p is assigned its specific amount.
The drive of this separating finger y sees from the trolley, roller it, of the fast conveyor belt u by means of the gear 33, intermediate gear 3-1 and gear 35, with which the crank disk ö6 is connected-. All of these wheels run loosely on their journals and the journals are attached to an (Irundplatte 37 ) which is set in an inclined position around the machine frame.
The crank disk 36 acts on the joint stt-iii - e 38 which by means of the steering arm 39 on the sheet metal 32 < / B> is articulated, onto which the rear part of the stripped rabbit leads when the strands are taken along by the teeth 1) .
From the joint post 38 a flat spring forming the finger y branches off vertically, which in its upper part has a point z and a spring-in corner forms, in which a strand s finds place.
The corner point moves as the crank disk 36 revolves on the egg-shaped path 40 in the direction of the arrow, so that with each revolution in the dashed position y 'a strand of the closely clustered strands near the thread passing o separated the full and drawn <RTI
ID = "0002.0047"> Immediately Stelluncy is given to the just arriving tooth 1) of the fast conveyor belt, which completely removes the strand from the following threads as it marches on. The side straps 41 attached to the base plate prevent the direct separation of the dough threads by the
Teeth p, which would not correspond perfectly with the separating finger.
The weight of the separated strands 3 # depends on the tightness of the tightly heaped dough strands o on the (k.lubility of the drive of the conveyor roller 30 of the slow conveyor belt.
This drive takes place from the high-speed traction roller, among other things, by means of the Zalinrades 33 and the loosely -Limlaufepde, .- i, firmly connected pair of wheels 42), -13, the latter with the gear 14 , which is formed by the tra (, roll 30 for cht # hin-same band itself (, e, is engaged.
If you change the pair of wheels 12), -13 , the weight changes accordingly.
