Description
Pompe à piston, pour soins hygiéniques et médicaux. La présente invention se rapporte à une pompe à piston, pour soins hygiéniques et médicaux; celle-ci est caractérisée en ce que son piston est soumis à l'action d'un ressort qui tend toujours à l'amener en fond de course de compression et en ce qu'elle pré sente un verrou qu'un ressort engage avec le piston, lorsque celui-ci est à fond de course d'aspiration, pour le maintenir dans cette position, le tout de façon qu'il suffise de dé placer le verrou à l'encontre de son ressort pour que le piston, sous l'action de son ressort, effectue sa course de compression.
De préférence, le déplacement du verrou à l'encontre de son ressort, pour le dégage ment du piston, se fera par l'intermédiaire d'un levier porté par le corps de pompe, ce qui diminuera l'effort à exercer pour obtenir ce dégagement.
Le dessin ' ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple et en coupe axiale, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
Le cylindre de la pompe réprésentée comprend un manchon a auquel sont fixés, par des pas de vis, un fond al et un chapeau a2. Dans ce cylindre se meut un piston b formé d'un corps bi et d'une tige b2 terminée par un anneau de manoeuvre bg. Ce piston est constamment soumis à l'action d'un ressort hélicoïdal c logé dans le chapeau et qui tend à amener le piston à fond de course de com pression. Sur le chapeau a2 est monté un verrou d destiné à pénétrer dans l'ouverture horizontale b4 de la tige b2 lorsque le piston est à fond de course d'aspiration, comme représenté au dessin.
Un ressort hélicoïdal dr tend constamment à déplacer le verrou d de droite à gauche à la figure. A son extrémité de droite, ce verrou est articulé à l'extrémité supérieure d'un levier e monté rotativement sur le chapeau en ei.
Pour utiliser la pompe, on la remplit du liquide à injecter en déplaçant le piston à fond de course d'aspiration comme représenté à la figure. Dans cette position, le verrou d pénètre automatiquement- dans l'ouverture b4 et maintient le piston dans la position repré sentée. Pour injecter le liquide, on introduit la tubulure f de la pompe, dans la cavité à laver et on agit sur l'extrémité inférieure du levier e de façon à déplacer le verrou d de gauche à droite, à l'encontre du ressort di, jusqu'à ce qu'il abandonne la cavité b4. Le piston est alors libéré et son ressort c l'amène à fond de course de compression.
Pendant ce mouvement, il est guidé par l'extrémité gauche du verrou d qui est restée engagée dans la rainure verticale b,5 de la tige ba.
Dans le fond ai, à côté de la tubulure d'injection f, est disposée une petite tubulure fi par laquelle on pourra aspirer le liquide à injecter dans le cylindre a. Dans ce cas, les deux tubulures fi et f seront munies, chacune, d'une soupape s'ouvrant à l'aspira tion et se fermant à la compression, et la deuxième d'une soupape fonctionnant en sens contraire.

The cylinder of the pump shown comprises a sleeve a to which are fixed, by threads, a bottom a1 and a cap a2. In this cylinder moves a piston b formed by a body bi and a rod b2 terminated by an operating ring bg. This piston is constantly subjected to the action of a coil spring c housed in the cap and which tends to bring the piston to the full compression stroke. On the cap a2 is mounted a lock d intended to penetrate into the horizontal opening b4 of the rod b2 when the piston is at the bottom of the suction stroke, as shown in the drawing.
A coil spring dr constantly tends to move the latch d from right to left in the figure. At its right end, this lock is articulated to the upper end of a lever e mounted rotatably on the cap ei.
To use the pump, it is filled with the liquid to be injected by moving the piston to the end of the suction stroke as shown in the figure. In this position, the latch d automatically enters the opening b4 and maintains the piston in the position shown. To inject the liquid, the tubing f of the pump is introduced into the cavity to be washed and one acts on the lower end of the lever e so as to move the lock d from left to right, against the spring di, until it leaves cavity b4. The piston is then released and its spring c brings it to the full compression stroke.
During this movement, it is guided by the left end of the latch d which has remained engaged in the vertical groove b, 5 of the rod ba.
In the bottom ai, next to the injection pipe f, is arranged a small pipe fi through which we can suck the liquid to be injected into the cylinder a. In this case, the two pipes fi and f will each be provided with a valve opening on suction and closing on compression, and the second with a valve operating in the opposite direction.
