Description
Kocheinrichtung für Flüssigkeiten. In vielen Fällen wird es notwendig; eine Flüssigkeit, z. B. Öl, aufzukochen, um Was ser auszuscheiden. Dieses Aufkochen kann mittelst Dampfschlangen oder elektrischen Heizwiderständen geschehen. Für den letz teren Fall besteht die Gefahr, dass bei un genügendem Ölumlauf die Heizwiderstände zu warm werden und das Öl verbrennt.
Um auf alle Fälle ein Verbrennen von Öl zu verhüten, ist vorgeschlagen worden, die indirekte Heizung einzuführen. Diese Vor richtung besteht nach Fig. 1 beiliegender Zeichnung -aus einem Heizkessel 1 und einer Wärmeaustauschvorrichtung 2. Das auszu kochende Öl durchfliesst nur die Vorrichtung 2, während eine andere Flüssigkeit den Kreis lauf von der Heizeinrichtung zur Wärmeaus tauschvorrichtung und zurück ausführt. Diese umlaufende Flüssigkeit bringt die Wärme von der Heizeinrichtung zur Wärmeaustausch vorrichtung, gibt daselbst einen Teil ihrer Wärme ab und strömt zur Heizeinrichtung zurück. Damit möglichst wenig Wärme durch Ausstrahlung verloren geht, kann die ganze Kocheinrichtung gut isoliert werden.
Nach der Erfindung lässt sich eine Ver einfachung dieser Kochvorrichtung dadurch erreichen, dass man den Heizkessel in die Wärmeaustauschvorrichtung einbaut, oder auch umgekehrt.
In Fig. 2 ist beispielsweise eine solche vereinfachteEinrichtung dargestellt. DerHeiz- kessel 1 wird von der Wärmeaustauschvor- richtung 2 direkt umgeben, so dass auch der grösste Teil der ausgestrahlten Wärme an das auszukochende Öl übertragen wird. Natürlich könnte umgelehrt auch die Wärmeaustausch vorrichtung von der Heizeinrichtung umgeben sein, nur geht dann mehr Wärme durch Aus strahlung nach aussen verloren.
Cooking equipment for liquids. In many cases it becomes necessary; a liquid, e.g. B. Oil, boil to excrete what water. This boiling can be done by means of steam coils or electrical heating resistors. In the latter case, there is a risk that if there is insufficient oil circulation, the heating resistors will become too warm and the oil will burn.
In order to prevent oil burning at all costs, it has been proposed to introduce indirect heating. This device consists of Fig. 1 of the accompanying drawing -from a boiler 1 and a heat exchange device 2. The trailing oil only flows through the device 2, while another liquid runs the circuit from the heater to the Wärmeaus exchange device and back. This circulating liquid brings the heat from the heating device to the heat exchange device, gives off part of its heat there and flows back to the heating device. The entire cooking facility can be well insulated so that as little heat as possible is lost through radiation.
According to the invention, this cooking device can be simplified in that the boiler is built into the heat exchange device, or vice versa.
For example, such a simplified device is shown in FIG. The heating boiler 1 is directly surrounded by the heat exchange device 2, so that the major part of the radiated heat is also transferred to the oil to be boiled. Of course, conversely, the heat exchange device could also be surrounded by the heating device, but then more heat is lost through radiation to the outside.
