Description

  

      Brennstofffilterapparat    für     Motorräder.            Gegenstand    vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein     Brennstoffilterapparat    für Motorräder,  wodurch der     Brennstoff    vollkommen zuver  lässig filtriert wird und somit Vergaserstö  rungen     infolge        unreinen        Brennstoffes        unmög-          liclh    werden.  



  Der Filterapparat besitzt ein ,aus einer  Filterhülse herausnehmbares Filterbassin, in       welchem    ein Filtergewebe     befestigt    ist. Das  Filterbassin kann     infolgedessen    sehr leicht  und gründlich von -den Brennstoffrückständen  gereinigt werden.  



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist -der     Erfin-          dungsgegenstand        in,    einem Ausführungsbei  spiel dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 stellt einen Längsschnitt und     Fig.     2 eine     Draufsioht    des Ausführungsbeispiels  dar.  



  Der     Brennstoff        tritt-,durch    das     Anschluss-          stück    1 in das Filterbassin 4 ein, in welchem  ein Filtergewebe ss eingesetzt ist. 2 ist ein       Anschlussstück,    wodurch der Brennstoff     aus-          und    in der Brennstoffleitung weiter zum       Vergaser    fliesst. 9 ist eine Filterhülse mit       einem    Innengewinde, in welcher das Filter  bassin 4 und die     Anschlussstücke    1 und 2 ein  gesetzt sind.

   7 ist     eine        Rinne    in dem Filter-    Bassin 4, in welcher sich die Brennstoffrück  stände, sowie das Wasser     sammeln.    Die Ge  windemutter 6 dient zum     Zusammenhalten     .des     Filterbassins    4 und der     Anschlussstücke     1 und 2. 5 sind     Dichtungsringe.    welche zu  verlässiges Abdichtendes Apparates sichern.  Der Filterapparat kann leicht in jedes Mo  torrad eingebaut werden an der     Ausflussstelie     des Brennstoffbehälters.

  The fuel enters the filter basin 4 through the connection piece 1, in which a filter fabric ss is inserted. 2 is a connection piece, whereby the fuel flows out and in the fuel line to the carburetor. 9 is a filter sleeve with an internal thread, in which the filter basin 4 and the connecting pieces 1 and 2 are set.

   7 is a channel in the filter basin 4 in which the fuel residues and the water collect. The threaded nut 6 is used to hold the filter basin 4 together and the connecting pieces 1 and 2. 5 are sealing rings. which ensure reliable sealing of the apparatus. The filter device can easily be installed in every motorbike at the outflow point of the fuel tank.
