Dispositif pour le verrouillage de l'épingle d'une broche ou d'un autre objet de bijouterie. L'objet de la présente invention est un dispositif pour le verrouillage de l'épingle d'une broche ou d'un autre objet de bijou terie; il comporte un bras fixé à l'objet por tant l'épingle dont la pointe s'engage dans une échancrure prévue sur ce bras et dans laquelle elle est maintenue par un verrou pouvant osciller à l'extrémité dudit bras, verrou qui, dans sa position de fermeture, bouche ladite échancrure et est retenu dans cette position par un dispositif d'agrafage prévu sur ledit bras.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple seulement, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

Le dispositif selon ces figures est monté à l'une des extrémités du corps 10 de la broche, pourvue d'une épingle 11 pouvant osciller sur un axe 12, disposé dans une oreille 13 fixée au corps 10 de la broche. La pointe de cette épingle est verrouillée par le dispositif 14. Ce dernier comporte un bras 17 qui est fixé au corps 10 de la broche et à l'extrémité duquel peut osciller, sur un pivot 23, fixé au bras 17, un verrou 16.
Ce bras est formé d'une pièce de métal laminé, de forme plane et découpée par estampage, selon la fig. 8, puis repliée suivant une ligne de pliage 18, -de façon à amener les deux ailes 171 l'une vers l'autre, mais séparées néan moins par un espace libre 19 qui, dans le dessin, va en s'élargissant vers le bas en forme de<B>V,</B> ainsi que cela est représenté aux fig. 5 et 6.
Chacune des deux ailes 171 pré sente une extrémité en forme de crochet derrière lequel est prévu un siège 20 sur lequel la pointe de l'aiguille 11 de la broche peut être amenée. LTne découpure 21, prévue dans la partie antérieure du bras 17, permet l'introduction de la pointe de l'aiguille de la broche, sur le siège 20. Les extrémités inférieures 17= des ailes 171 sont plus minces que la partie supérieure desdites ailes. Elles présentent chacune respectivement un orifice 22, dans lesquels est monté le pivot 23 sus dit, et, vers leur bord inférieur, chacune de ces extrémités 17 présente une gorge 24 (fig. 5). Ces gorges 24 sont disposées dans un même plan.
Le bras 17, tel qu'il est construit, est pourvu d'une élasticité très prononcée qui permet l'écartement de ses ailes 171 par le verrou 16, soit pour sa fer meture, soit au contraire pour son ouverture, ainsi qu'on le verra plus bas.
Ce verrou 16, qui peut osciller sur le pivot 23, est monté de façon à pouvoir être amené entre les extrémités inférieures 17= du bras 17. Il est en forme de crochet et pré sente sur ses deux bords latéraux des ner vures 25. Sur sa partie antérieure est, de plus, prévue une saillie 27 qui sert à la manceuvre d'ouverture dudit verrou. Lorsque le verrou 16 est en position de fermeture, ses nervures 25 pénètrent, en raison de l'élasti cité des ailes 171 du bras 17, dans les gorges 24 (fig. 5), par lesquelles il est main tenu.
Dans cette position, l'extrémité en forme de crochet du verrou 16 bouche complètement la découpure 21 prévue dans la partie anté rieure du bras 17, empêchant la pointe de l'aiguille de la broche de sortir du siège 20, sur lequel elle avait été préalablement intro duite. Une pression de haut en bas exercée sur la saillie 27 dégagera le verrou qui sera amené dans la position dans laquelle il est représenté en fi-. 4, ce qui permettra de sortir la pointe de l'aiguille du siège 20. L'extrémité en forme de crochet du verrou 16 prend appui, lorsque le verrou est dans sa position de fermeture, contre la partie in férieure 26 de la ligne de pliage 18, partie 26 qui sert de butée audit verrou.

The device according to these figures is mounted at one of the ends of the body 10 of the spindle, provided with a pin 11 which can oscillate on an axis 12, arranged in a lug 13 fixed to the body 10 of the spindle. The tip of this pin is locked by the device 14. The latter comprises an arm 17 which is fixed to the body 10 of the spindle and at the end of which can oscillate, on a pivot 23, fixed to the arm 17, a lock 16.
This arm is formed from a piece of rolled metal, planar and cut by stamping, according to fig. 8, then folded back along a fold line 18, so as to bring the two wings 171 towards each other, but nevertheless separated by a free space 19 which, in the drawing, widens towards the bottom in the form of <B> V, </B> as shown in fig. 5 and 6.
Each of the two wings 171 has a hook-shaped end behind which is provided a seat 20 on which the tip of the needle 11 of the spindle can be brought. LTne cutout 21, provided in the front part of the arm 17, allows the introduction of the tip of the needle of the spindle, on the seat 20. The lower ends 17 = of the wings 171 are thinner than the upper part of said wings. . They each have respectively an orifice 22, in which the aforementioned pivot 23 is mounted, and, towards their lower edge, each of these ends 17 has a groove 24 (FIG. 5). These grooves 24 are arranged in the same plane.
The arm 17, as it is constructed, is provided with a very pronounced elasticity which allows the separation of its wings 171 by the latch 16, either for its iron meture, or on the contrary for its opening, as is will see it below.
This lock 16, which can oscillate on the pivot 23, is mounted so as to be able to be brought between the lower ends 17 = of the arm 17. It is in the form of a hook and has ribs 25 on its two lateral edges. its front part is, moreover, provided with a projection 27 which is used for the opening maneuver of said lock. When the latch 16 is in the closed position, its ribs 25 penetrate, due to the elasticity of the wings 171 of the arm 17, into the grooves 24 (FIG. 5), by which it is held by hand.
In this position, the hook-shaped end of the latch 16 completely blocks the cutout 21 provided in the front part of the arm 17, preventing the tip of the pin needle from coming out of the seat 20, on which it had been. previously introduced. A pressure from top to bottom exerted on the projection 27 will release the latch which will be brought into the position in which it is shown in fi-. 4, which will allow the point of the needle to come out of the seat 20. The hook-shaped end of the latch 16 bears, when the latch is in its closed position, against the lower part 26 of the line of. folding 18, part 26 which serves as a stop for said lock.
