Description
Jauchepumpe. Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfin dung bildet eine Jauchepumpe, bei welcher an Stelle eines auf- und abwärtsbeweglichen Kolbens ein schwingbarer, mindestens mit zwei Ventilen versehenerKolben vorgesehen ist.
Beiliegende Zeichnung veranschaulicht den Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform, und zwar zeigt die Figur denselben im Vertikalschnitte dargestellt.
An das obere Ende des mit einem Fusse versehenen Steigrohres 13 ist ein trichter förmiges Ventilgehäuse 15 angeschlossen, auf welch letzteres ein Kolbengehäuse 12 mit zylindrisch gebogenen Seitenwandungen dicht aufgesetzt ist. Im Kolbengehäuse ist ein mit Dichtungsmanschetten 7 ausgerüsteter Kolben c auf eines' in den Stirnwandungen des Kol bengehäuses gelagerten horizontalen Welle 9 festsitzend angeordnet, welcher mit zwei durch Klappen 5 und 5' abschliessbaren Durch gangsöffnungen 2 versehen ist.
Das Ventilgehäuse 15 ist in so viele Steig rohrstutzen 1, 1' unterteilt und besitzt so viele Rückschlagventile 3, 3' als Hubventile 8, 8' und Kammern a, b unter denselben vorhan den sind. Auf der Welle 9 des Kolbens c sitzen ausserhalb des Kolbengehäuses Handhebel 10, 14, vermittelst welcher dem Kolben eine oszillierende Bewegung erteilt werden kann.
Die Wirkungswei se der gezeichneten Pumpe ist folgende Angenommen, der Kolben c werde ver mittelst des Handhebels 10 in eine oszil lierende Bewegung versetzt, so schlieren und öffnen sich die beiden Klappenventile 8, 8' abwechslungsweise. Wird zum Beispiel der Kolben in der Richtung des Pfeils gedreht., so bleibt das Ventil 8' geschlossen, so dass Flüssigkeit aus dem Steigrohr 1' unter An heben des Rückschlagventils 3' in die Kam iner b angesaugt wird.
Bei einer nun folgen den Drehung des Kolbens in der dem Pfeil entgegengesetzten Richtung schliesst sich das Rückschlagsventil 3', während das Klappen ventil 8' sich öffnet und die in der Kam mer U befindliche Flüssigkeit in den Raum über dein Kolben treten lässt. Das andere Klappenventil 8 bleibt hierbei geschlossen, so dass auch der Raum a sieh mit Flüssig keit füllt, welche bei der nächstfolgenden Bewegung des Kolbens zum Teil ebenfalls durch die Öffnung 2 in den Raum oberhalb des Kolbens C tritt, aus welchem sie durch den Ablauf 11 abfliessen kann.
Bei jeder Be wegung wiederholt sich das Spiel.
Die Bewegung des Kolbens könnte statt durch Hebel<B>10</B> oder 14 auch auf andere Art erfolgen.
