Description

  

  Füllasche für Füllfederhalter.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine  Flasche zum Füllen von Füllfederhaltern.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des     Erfindungsgegenstandes     dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine     Seitenansicht    der Flasche zum  Teil im Schnitte       Fig.    2 ist eine Ansicht der Flasche von  oben.  



  Die gezeichnete Füllflasche weist eine- Wan  dung 1 aus durchsichtigem, biegsamem Ma  terial     (Zelluloid)    auf. Die Flasche besitzt im       untern    und mittlere Teile flachelliptischen  Querschnitt und läuft oben in einen zylin  drischen Stutzen 2 aus. In letzterem ist eine  Düse 3 eingeschraubt. die mit einem     rohr-          förmigen        Mundstücke    4     versehen    ist. An dein  im Innern der Flasche liegenden Ende des       Mundstückes    4 ist ein     ringförmig        abgebogene     Rohr 5 vorgesehen.

   Die     F,inti,ittsüffnung    des  Rohres 5 liegt nahe an der Stirnwand der  Düse 3. Auf dem Stutzen 2 ist eine Kappe 0  aufgeschraubt, die sowohl an einem am     vor-          dern    Ende des     Mundstückes    4 vorgesehenen  Flansche 7, wie auch an der Stirnwand des       Stutzens    2 anliegt und an beiden Stellen ab-    dichtet, so dass ein Austritt von Tinte ver  hindert ist. An der Flasche 1, deren Boden       durch    eine Platte 8 verstärkt ist, ist noch  eine Einfüllung 9 vorgesehen; die durch eine       Schraubenkappe    10 abgeschlossen ist. Bei ei  nem Drucke auf die Seitenwände der Flasche 1  wird Tinte durch das Rohr 5 und das Mund  stück 4 getrieben.

   Die Bohrung in dem       Mundstück    ist klein, so dass die Tinte in  einem feinen Strahl austritt. Da die Wände  der Flasche 1 durchscheinend sind, kann leicht  der Inhalt desselben festgestellt werden, was  sowohl beire Einfüllen, wie beim Entleeren  vorteilhaft ist.

   Durch die     ringförmige    Aus  gestaltung des     Ausflussrohres    h wird ein     gleich-          fürniiges        Austreten    der Tinte     erreicht,    auch       wenn    auf die     Seitenwände    des Behälters 1  ein     übermässiger        Druck        ausgeübt    wird.

  The filling bottle drawn has a wall 1 made of transparent, flexible material (celluloid). The bottle has a flat elliptical cross-section in the lower and middle parts and runs out into a cylindrical nozzle 2 at the top. A nozzle 3 is screwed into the latter. which is provided with a tubular mouthpiece 4. At the end of the mouthpiece 4 located in the interior of the bottle, an annularly bent tube 5 is provided.

   The opening of the pipe 5 is close to the end wall of the nozzle 3. A cap 0 is screwed onto the connection 2, which is attached to a flange 7 provided at the front end of the mouthpiece 4 as well as to the end wall of the Nozzle 2 rests and seals at both points, so that an escape of ink is prevented. On the bottle 1, the bottom of which is reinforced by a plate 8, a filling 9 is also provided; which is completed by a screw cap 10. When ei nem pressure on the side walls of the bottle 1, ink is driven through the tube 5 and the mouth piece 4.

   The bore in the mouthpiece is small so that the ink emerges in a fine jet. Since the walls of the bottle 1 are translucent, the contents of the same can easily be ascertained, which is advantageous both during filling and emptying.

   The ring-shaped design of the outflow tube h ensures that the ink exits at the same time, even if excessive pressure is exerted on the side walls of the container 1.

Filling bottle for fountain pens, according to patent claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that a cap is screwed onto the bottle over the mouthpiece and seals both the mouthpiece and the bottle. 3.
