Emptying device for dust container
The invention relates to emptying devices for dust containers with loosening hoses running along the container bottom, which are fixed with their one end to sleeves protruding into the container and supported by a container partition wall and by their porous sleeves
Wall compressed air is blown into the container.
In the known emptying devices of this type, the hoses are fixed on sockets with a circular cross-section and supported by the container partition, the center-to-center spacing of which is approximately equal to the width of the hoses lying flat on the container bottom, with the result that between adjacent sockets there is a relatively high and wide space from which the dust contained therein cannot be made to flow away.
In order to eliminate this disadvantage, the invention primarily provides that the sleeves carrying the hoses have a flat oval cross-section and are inserted with their longitudinal axis parallel to the container bottom in correspondingly designed flat oval openings in the container partition that are provided close above this. If the hoses lying on the container bottom are held flat by inserts lying in them, the flat oval of the cross-section of the sleeves carrying the hoses is selected to correspond to the flat oval of the cross-section of the hoses held flat by the hose inserts, with the flat ones serving to accommodate the sleeves oval openings in the container partition wall are provided so close to one another that the walls of the parts of the hoses sitting on the sleeves touch.
Since the compressed air only emerges from the hose walls at the end of the sleeves carrying the hoses, even with emptying devices designed in this way, a dust residue that extends over the sleeves or the hose parts drawn onto them can be used in a known manner to avoid them , provided with an air-permeable wall, also fed with compressed air hose, and with regard to this cover hose, the invention also provides that it is kept flat by an insert and connected to a pipe socket with a flat oval cross-section lying close to the sleeves. This reduces the amount of dust residue left on top of the sleeves carrying the loosening hoses to a minimum.
In the drawing, an emptying device for dust containers according to the invention is shown in one embodiment, u. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a dust container provided with an emptying device according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a section through the dust container along the line li-li in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a partial section through the hose connections on a larger scale 4 shows a view of the lower part of the intermediate wall which serves to accommodate the hose sleeves and divides a compressed air distribution chamber in the container, FIG. 5 shows one of the hose sleeves to be inserted into said container intermediate wall, and FIG. 6 shows a section along the line VI-VI in FIG 3.
The dust container 1 shown in Fig. 1 is provided with an outlet 2 at its end. Loosening hoses 4 with porous walls run along the bottom 3 of the container, through which compressed air is blown into the dust so that it passes through when the container 1 is only inclined by a few degrees
