Abstract
Dispositivo (1) per trattamenti di resezione/rimozione endoscopica dei tessuti comprendente: – un manipolo (2) atto ad essere impugnato da un utilizzatore; – un elemento tubolare esterno (3) comprendente una estremità prossimale, una estremità distale ed una apertura di taglio disposta in corrispondenza della detta estremità distale; – un elemento tubolare interno (4) atto ad essere girevolmente ricevuto nell’elemento tubolare esterno (3) e comprende una estremità prossimale, una estremità distale ed una punta di taglio in corrispondenza della sua estremità distale. Il dispositivo comprende inoltre dei mezzi, di guida (5) per porre in rotazione, e/o in oscillazione l’elemento tubolare interno (4) rispetto all’elemento tubolare esterno (3). I mezzi di guida (5) comprendono un motore elettrico (19) e dei mezzi di alimentazione elettrica per il motore elettrico (19) e sono contenuti completamente all’interno del manipolo (2).
Description
[0001] La presente invenzione concerne un dispositivo per trattamenti di resezione/rimozione endoscopica dei tessuti. In particolare, l’invenzione riguarda un dispositivo endoscopico per trattamenti di resezione di tessuto molle e tessuto osseo (con relativa asportazione dei frammenti prodotti da tale azione).
[0002] In alternativa atta chirurgia tradizionale, che richiede una incisione relativamente ampia per accedere al sito chirurgico interno al corpo umano, le procedure endoscopiche utilizzano accessi naturali c in alternativa la creazione di piccoli portali (minime incisioni tissutali); pertanto ci si riferisce spesso atta chirurgia endoscopica con il termine di chirurgia mini-invasiva. I due principali vantaggi della chirurgia endoscopica sono la più rapida guarigione dei tessuti dopo l’intervento e la minore esposizione dei tessuti interni al rischio di infezione. Gli sviluppi tecnologici in questo settore della chirurgia, definita anche «chiusa», hanno condotto atta realizzazione di molti strumenti minimamente invasivi: poiché l’accesso al sito chirurgico avviene attraverso uno o più portali. Tali strumenti devono essere sufficientemente allungati e lisci da consentire l’ingresso e l’impiego con un minimo trauma per i tessuti circostanti. Una porzione delio strumento, solitamente indicata come «porzione distale», viene concepita per accedere al sito chirurgico; la porzione opposta, solitamente indicata come «porzione prossimale», rimane al di fuori del corpo del paziente. La porzione distale dello strumento è tipicamente progettata per trattare il tessuto con il quale viene a contatto, la sua forma e le sue dimensioni sono pertanto appositamente studiate in funzione della particolare operazione chirurgica a cui è destinata.
[0003] La porzione prossimale, invece, è dotata di un meccanismo per controllare dall’esterno del corpo del paziente la suddetta funzione. Gli strumenti chirurgici endoscopici motorizzati, utilizzati nella chirurgia «chiusa», spesso identificati come «shaver» endoscopici, sono tipicamente costituiti da una coppia di elementi tubolari coassiali, disposti concentricamente: un elemento estemo che termina distalmente con una apertura o «finestra di taglio» e un elemento interno rotante che reca una superficie tagliente in corrispondenza della finestra di taglio. L’azione di rotazione dell’elemento tubolare interno produce per abrasione l’asportazione o la rifinitura del tessuto, processo questo definito come «resezione».
[0004] Come in qualsiasi atto chirurgico, anche nella chirurgia endoscopica è prevista la presenza di due campi ben distinti: il campo sterile, quello a stretto contatto con paziente, laddove il chirurgo eserciterà la sua azione, e quello nettamente separato dal paziente e da qualsiasi oggetto venga in contatto con esso. Al campo sterile possono accedere solo personale e strumenti debitamente trattati (processi di sterilizzazione per gli strumenti, processi di lavaggio pre-operatorio e adozione di presidi di protezione per il personale, come guanti e camici): tutto ciò che non può entrare in contatto con il campo sterile deve rigorosamente rimanere al di fuori di esso.
[0005] US 2007/0 010 823 descrive uno «shaver» per operazioni in artroscopia ed un sistema per fornire l’aspirazione e l’irrigazione durante una procedura medica con il suddetto «shaver».
[0006] US 5 669 921 descrive un dispositivo di taglio comprendente:
– un tubo esterno allungato che presenta una estremità prossimale, una estremità distale ed in corrispondenza di detta estremità prossimale una boccola per consentire l’attacco del tubo esterno ad un manipolo alimentato elettricamente; e
– un tubo interno allungato atto ad essere ricevuto in detto tubo esterno, che presenta una estremità prossimale, una estremità distale, una apertura interna in corrispondenza di detta estremità distale, una punta di taglio ed una boccola posta in corrispondenza dell’estremità prossimale. La boccola permettendo la connessione del tubo interno a dei mezzi di guida per il dispositivo di taglio.
[0007] La Richiedente ha osservato che negli «shaver» endoscopici attualmente esistenti e/o in quelli sopra descritti l’elemento tubolare interno viene messo in rotazione e controllato da un manipolo che possiede al suo interno un piccolo motore elettrico: l’azionamento e il controllo avvengono o tramite dei pulsanti posizionati sul manipolo stesso o tramite dei pulsanti posizionati su di una pedaliera. In entrambi i casi la potenza e il segnale di controllo giungono al manipolo attraverso un cavo connesso con una console esterna. Questa «console» trova solitamente collocazione su di un carrello sufficientemente distante dal campo operatorio al fine di non contaminare il campo sterile. Il manipolo (che viene in contatto con il campo sterile) subisce un trattamento di sterilizzazione prima di ogni intervento chirurgico; la console dovendo rimanere al di fuori di ogni contatto con la zona sterile, viene alloggiata al di fuori di suddetto campo; nei sistemi attualmente esistenti, è previsto un cavo di collegamento tra manipolo e «console». Tale cavo di collegamento prima di ogni impiego viene trattato al fine di renderlo completamente sterile e all’atto della preparazione dell’intervento chirurgico viene assemblato da un lato con il manipolo (sterile) e dall’altro con la console (non sterile). Negli «shaver» attualmente esistenti il manipolo è costituito in materiale metallico, quindi di un peso non trascurabile, e il cavo di connessione ha un peso e un ingombro tali da limitare la maneggevolezza dell’operatore.
[0008] Il personale di sala operatoria che ha in cura il trattamento e la gestione dello strumento deve farsi carico al termine di ogni intervento di lavare (con appositi disinfettanti e detergenti) e poi di sterilizzare le parti ri-sterilizzabili (manipolo e cavo); la pulizia e la sterilizzazione incidono negativamente sulla vita utile dei componenti sterilizzabili.
[0009] Il personale di sala deve inoltre provvedere allo stoccaggio in appositi contenitori che garantiscano la sterilità, con conseguente impegno di tempo e di spazio.
[0010] Non di meno il personale di sala operatoria si deve fare carico della manutenzione dei componenti non sterilizzabili, vale a dire la console e la eventuale pedaliera, prevedendo delle ispezioni periodiche che possono richiedere più complessi interventi tecnici da parte di personale qualificato.
[0011] La Richiedente ha inoltre notato che nelle attuali soluzioni tecnologiche presenti sul mercato o ad esempio descritte nei sopra citati documenti permangono alcune necessità non soddisfatte e alcuni limiti non ancora superati: maneggevolezza, ergonomia, sicurezza relativa atta sterilità, semplificazione nella gestione e manutenzione.
[0012] La Richiedente ha trovato che con un dispositivo per trattamenti di resezione/rimozione endoscopica dei tessuti che prevede un motore elettrico e dei mezzi di alimentazione elettrica contenuti all’interno del manipolo é possibile aumentare la maneggevolezza e l’ergonomia del dispositivo stesso semplificandone al contempo la gestione e la manutenzione.
[0013] In un suo primo aspetto, l’invenzione riguarda un dispositivo per trattamenti di resezione/rimozione endoscopica dei tessuti comprendente:
– un manipolo atto ad essere impugnato da un utilizzatore;
– un elemento tubolare esterno comprendente una estremità prossimale, una estremità distale ed una apertura di taglio disposta in corrispondenza della detta estremità distale;
– un elemento tubolare interno atto ad essere girevolmente ricevuto in detto elemento tubolare esterno e comprendente una estremità prossimale, una estremità distale ed una punta di taglio in corrispondenza della sua estremità distale;
– mezzi di guida per porre in rotazione e/o in oscillazione detto elemento tubolare interno rispetto a detto elemento tubolare esterno; caratterizzato dal fatto che:
– detti mezzi di guida comprendono un motore elettrico e dei mezzi di alimentazione elettrica per il motore elettrico; e
– detti mezzi di guida sono contenuti all’interno del detto manipolo.
[0014] Il dispositivo per trattamenti di resezione/rimozione endoscopica dei tessuti secondo la presente invenzione è quindi privo di cavo di alimentazione poiché possiede al suo interno i mezzi di guida comprendenti motore e alimentazione.
[0015] Viene quindi migliorata notevolmente l’ergonomia e la flessibilità operativa dei dispositivi per trattamenti di resezione/rimozione endoscopica
[0016] Non di meno il personale di sala operatoria non si deve più fare carico della manutenzione dei componenti quali la console e la eventuale pedaliera, prevedendo delle ispezioni periodiche che possono richiedere più complessi interventi tecnici da parte di personale qualificato.
[0017] La presente invenzione, nel suddetto aspetto, può presentare almeno una delle caratteristiche preferite che qui di seguito sono descritte.
[0018] Secondo un aspetto preferenziale, il manipolo può comprendere un unità di controllo per regolare i mezzi di guida.
[0019] Prevedendo l’unità di controllo all’interno del detto manipolo viene ulteriormente migliorata la maneggevolezza e la precisione del dispositivo.
[0020] Vantaggiosamente, l’unità di controllo può comprendere almeno un circuito elettronico per regolare le funzioni e la velocità del motore elettrico ed una pluralità di pulsanti.
[0021] Preferibilmente, il dispositivo comprende inoltre un gruppo di trasmissione del moto azionato dal motore elettrico per porre in rotazione l’elemento tubolare interno rispetto all’elemento tubolare esterno.
[0022] Vantaggiosamente, il gruppo per la trasmissione del moto comprende almeno un albero che supporta in rotazione l’elemento tubolare interno ed almeno un pignone motore che pone in rotazione, azionato dal motore elettrico, l’albero.
[0023] Vantaggiosamente almeno il suddetto albero può essere in plastica, in questo modo si riduce ulteriormente il peso del dispositivo a favore dell’ergonomia e della maneggevolezza del dispositivo stesso.
[0024] Preferibilmente, il dispositivo può comprendere un circuito di raffreddamento comprendente un allacciamento per una apparecchiatura di aspirazione ed un dispositivo di regolazione dell’ aspirazione.
[0025] Vantaggiosamente il circuito di raffreddamento presenta una porzione di scambio termico con il motore elettrico per contenere il riscaldamento del motore elettrico, in tal modo viene aumentata l’ergonomia del dispositivo. Preferibilmente il dispositivo di regolazione dell’aspirazione comprende un rubinetto ed una leva per comandare dall’esterno il rubinetto.
[0026] Secondo un aspetto vantaggioso il motore elettrico è un motore brushless.
[0027] Preferibilmente il manipolo è stagno.
[0028] Vantaggiosamente, almeno uno tra detto manipolo e i mezzi di guida è usa e getta.
[0029] Preferibilmente solo il manipolo è usa e getta.
[0030] Ulteriori caratteristiche e vantaggi dell’invenzione appariranno maggiormente dalla descrizione dettagliata di alcune forme di esecuzione preferite, ma non esclusive, di un dispositivo per trattamenti di resezione/rimozione endoscopica dei tessuti, secondo la presente invenzione.
[0031] Tale descrizione verrà esposta qui di seguito con riferimento agli uniti disegni, forniti a scopo solo indicativo e, pertanto non limitativo, nei quali:

[0032] Con riferimento alle fig. 1–3, un dispositivo per trattamenti di resezione/rimozione endoscopica dei tessuti viene indicato con il riferimento numerico 1.
[0033] L’elemento tubolare esterno 3 comprende una estremità prossimale, una estremità distale ed una apertura e/o finestra di taglio disposta in corrispondenza dell’estremità distale.
[0034] L’elemento tubolare interno 4 è conformato e dimensionato per essere girevolmente accolto nell’elemento tubolare esterno 3 e comprende un’estremità prossimale, una estremità distale ed una punta di taglio in corrispondenza della sua estremità distale, per affacciarsi atta finestra di taglio. L’azione di rotazione dell’elemento tubolare interno 4 produce per abrasione l’asportazione o la rifinitura del tessuto, processo questo definito come «resezione».
[0035] I mezzi di guida 5 comprendono un motore elettrico 19 e dei mezzi di alimentazione elettrica 20 per il motore elettrico 19. I mezzi di alimentazione elettrica 20 e il motore elettrico 19, secondo un aspetto importante della presente invenzione sono contenuti, completamente, all’interno della manipolo 2.
[0036] La capacità di inserire all’interno del manipolo, tutte le parti funzionali del dispositivo, in particolare il motore elettrico 19 e i mezzi di alimentazione elettrica 20, consente di aumentare considerevolmente la maneggevolezza e la precisione di movimento del dispositivo secondo la presente invenzione rispetto ai dispositivi di taglio per artroscopia attualmente presenti sul mercato.
[0037] Il motore elettrico 19, preferibilmente è un motore di tipo brushless, ma un altro tipo di motore elettrico di dimensioni adeguate e di potenza simile potrebbe essere adatto allo scopo. Il motore 19 è in grado di ruotare ad una velocità compresa tra i 400 e i 4000 giri al minuto.
[0038] Il motore elettrico 19 è comandato da un unità di controllo che controlla tutte le funzioni del dispositivo 1, vale a dire l’accensione, la rotazione o la semplice oscillazione dell’elemento tubolare interno 4 rispetto all’elemento tubolare esterno 3, e la velocità di rotazione dell’elemento tubolare, interno 4.
[0039] L’unità di controllo comprende almeno un circuito elettronico principale 26, supportato da un supporto circuito elettronico 22 ed un circuito elettronico ausiliario 25.
[0040] Il supporto circuito elettronico 22 si estende assialmente all’interno del manipolo 2 tra il motore elettrico 19 e un contenitore 23 dei mezzi di alimentazione elettrica 20, descritti in maggior dettaglio nel seguito.
[0041] Il circuito elettronico principale 26 è collegato a dei comandi a pulsante 27; 28, 29 che permettono di selezionare dall’esterno il tipo di istruzione da inviare al circuito elettronico principale 26, vale a dire l’accensione o lo spegnimento del dispositivo 1, il tipo di funzione oscillazione/rotazione dell’elemento tubolare interno 4 e la velocità di rotazione.
[0042] Vantaggiosamente, può essere prevista una protezione in gomma 30 per i suddetti comandi a pulsante 27; 28, 29.
[0043] Il dispositivo di fig. 1mostra inoltre cinque led luminosi 37 collegati all’unità di controllo per indicare la velocità di rotazione impostata.
[0044] Inoltre, si evita che il personale di sala operatoria che ha in cura il trattamento e la gestione del dispositivo debba farsi carico al termine di ogni intervento di lavare (con appositi disinfettanti e detergenti) e poi di sterilizzare parti del dispositivo.
[0045] Il personale di sala non deve inoltre provvedere allo stoccaggio del dispositivo in appositi contenitori che garantiscano la sterilità, con conseguente impegno di tempo e di spazio.
[0046] Come visibile in fig. 1, l’elemento tubolare esterno attraverso una ghiera di bloccaggio 35 é collegato al manipolo 2.
[0047] All’interno del manipolo 2 è presente un grappo di trasmissione del moto, comprendente un riduttore. In dettaglio, l’elemento tubolare interno 4 è portato da un albero 17 che attraverso un pignone motore 18 collega in modo funzionale l’elemento tubolare interno con il motore elettrico 19.
[0048] Tra il pignone motore 18 e l’albero 17 è inoltre previsto un perno di rotazione dei pignoni di prima riduzione 36, i pignoni di prima riduzione 37 e delle rondelle di rasamento 38, si veda fig. 3.
[0049] L’albero 17 è supportato in modo girevole da un cuscinetto 32 e da una bronzina 34. disposta in corrispondenza dell’estremità assialmente distale dell’albero 17.
[0050] Frontalmente, il grappo di trasmissione presenta una tenuta frontale 33, rotante solidalmente all’albero 17 che comprende inoltre due rondelle di rasamento 15 e 16. La tenuta frontale 33 separa il gruppo di trasmissione da un circuito di raffreddamento, meglio descritto nel seguito.
[0051] I mezzi di alimentazione elettrici 20 sono rappresentati da batterie alcaline o al litio, ma qualsiasi altro tipo di batterie potrebbe essere usato per tale scopo senza uscire dall’ambito di tutela della presente invenzione. Le batterie sono contenute all’interno di un contenitore 23 previsto in corrispondenza dell’estremità prossimale del manipolo 2.
[0052] II contenitore 23 presenta i collegamenti elettrici idonei ad alimentare il motore elettrico 19 ed un coperchio amovibile 10 per la sostituzione delle batterie e l’ispezionabilità dei collegamenti elettrici.
[0053] Preferibilmente, il contenitore 23 è anch’esso stagno.
[0054] Il motore elettrico 19 è alloggiato in una carcassa motore 42 che sia estende assialmente all’interno del manipolo 2.
[0055] La carcassa motore 42, contiene centralmente il pignone motore 18, in posizione prossimale almeno parte dell’unità di controllo che comanda e controlla il motore 19 e frontalmente il gruppo di trasmissione del moto.
[0056] Preferibilmente, il dispositivo 1 secondo la presente invenzione comprendere un circuito di aspirazione e raffreddamento comprendente un allacciamento 9 per una apparecchiatura di aspirazione, esterna al manipolo 2 e non mostrata nelle figure, almeno un condotto 43 che da detto allacciamento 9 dirige il fluido di raffreddamento all’elemento tubolare interno 4 ed un dispositivo di regolazione dell’aspirazione.
[0057] Il dispositivo di regolazione dell’aspirazione comprende un rubinetto 14 ed una leva 13 per comandare dall’esterno il rubinetto 14. Vantaggiosamente iI circuito di raffreddamento presenta una porzione di scambio termico 45 con il detto motore elettrico 19 per contenerne il riscaldamento.
[0058] A tale scopo, la porzione di scambio termico 45 si estende assialmente all’interno del manipolo 1 in modo da percorrere assialmente tutto il motore 19.
[0059] Secondi un aspetto vantaggioso della presente invenzione il manipolo 2 è stagno.
[0060] Nelle figure da 4–6 è mostrata una forma di realizzazione alternativa e preferenziale della presente invenzione del tutto simile a quella delle figure da 1 a 3 salvo per il fatto che almeno una porzione del dispositivo 1, ed in particolare il manipolo 2 è usa e getta o monouso. A tale scopo, i mezzi di guida 5 sono contenuti all’interno di un’apposita scocca 40 alloggi abile completamente, all’interno della manipolo 2.
[0061] In questo modo, la porzione del dispositivo maggiormente costosa, alimentazione e motore, viene recuperata.
[0062] Per consentire una facile e rapida estrazione dei mezzi di guida 5 rispetto al manipolo 2, il manipolo 2 può comprendere una porzione distale 2a che supporta l’elemento tubolare esterno 3 e l’elemento tubolare interno 4 ed una porzione prossimale 2b accoppiabile amovibilmente atta porzione distale 2a.
[0063] La capacita di realizzare alcune parti, quali il manipolo 2, l’elemento tubolare esterno 3 ed interno 4 usa e getta, vale a dire monouso, riduce comunque sensibilmente le problematiche connesse allo stoccaggio e atta sterilizzazione di tali parti da parte del personale operativo.
[0064] Inoltre, la capacità di inserire all’interno della scocca 40, alcune parti funzionali del dispositivo, in particolare il motore elettrico 19 e i mezzi di alimentazione elettrica 20, consente di aumentare considerevolmente la maneggevolezza e la precisione di movimento del dispositivo secondo la presente invenzione rispetto ai dispositivi di taglio per artroscopia attualmente presenti sul mercato.
[0065] Nella forma di realizzazione mostrata nelle fig. 4–6anche l’unità di controllo è prevista nella scocca 40.
[0066] L’unità di controllo comprende, anche in questo caso, almeno un circuito elettronico principale 26, supportato da un supporto circuito elettronico ed un circuito elettronico ausiliario 25.
[0067] Il circuito elettronico principale 26 è collegato a dei comandi a pulsante 27; 28, 29 che permettono di selezionare dall’esterno il tipo di istruzione da inviare al circuito elettronico principale 26, vale a dire l’accensione o lo spegnimento del dispositivo 1, il tipo di funzione oscillazione/rotazione dell’elemento tubolare interno 4 e la velocità di rotazione.
[0068] Vantaggiosamente sul manipolo esterno a tale scopo può essere prevista una protezione in gomma 30 per i pulsanti 27; 28, 29 posta in posizione corrispondente ai suddetti comandi.
[0069] Preferibilmente, secondo questa forma di realizzazione, all’interno della scocca 40 è inoltre presente un gruppo di trasmissione del moto, comprendente un riduttore a satelliti.
[0070] In dettaglio, l’elemento tubolare interno 4 è portato da un albero 17 che attraverso un pignone motore 18 collega in modo funzionale l’elemento tubolare interno con il motore elettrico 19.
[0071] Tra il pignone motore 18 e l’albero 17 è inoltre prevista la scatola 145 del riduttore a satelliti 141 che comprende i satelliti 142 e l’albero di supporto satelliti 143.
[0072] Il gruppo di trasmissione del moto 60 prevede inoltre due cuscinetti radiali 144, radialmente interposti, tra l’albero motore 17 e la scatola 145 del riduttore a satelliti.
[0073] Il pignone motore 18 ingrana sui satelliti 142 che attraverso l’albero di supporto satelliti 143 trasferiscono il moto all’albero 17.
[0074] Alternativamente al gruppo di trasmissione coassiale appena descritto potrebbe essere previsto un gruppo di trasmissione a catena di ingranaggi come quello descritto nella forma di realizzazione delle fig. 1–3 senza uscire dall’ambito di tutela della presente invenzione.
[0075] I mezzi di alimentazione elettrici 20 sono rappresentati da batterie alcaline o al litio ricaricebili, ma qualsiasi altro tipo di batterie potrebbe essere usato per tale scopo senza uscire dall’ambito di tutela della presente invenzione.
[0076] Come mostrato nelle fig. 4e 5, le batterie sono contenute all’interno di un contenitore 23 previsto in corrispondenza dell’estremità più prossimale della scocca 40.
[0077] II contenitore 23 presenta i collegamenti elettrici idonei ad alimentare il motore elettrico 19 ed un coperchio amovibile per la sostituzione delle batterie e l’ispezionabilità dei collegamenti elettrici.
[0078] Preferibilmente, il contenitore 23 è anch’esso stagno.
[0079] In questa forma di realizzazione, Il motore elettrico 19 è alloggiato nella scocca 40 che sia estende assialmente all’Interno del manipolo 2.
[0080] La scocca 40 contiene centralmente il pignone motore 18, in posizione prossimale all’unità di controllo che comando e controlla il motore 19 e frontalmente il gruppo di trasmissione del moto.
[0081] Preferibilmente, anche in questa forma di realizzazione il dispositivo 1 comprendere un circuito di aspirazione e raffreddamento comprendente un allacciamento 9 per una apparecchiatura di aspirazione, esterna al manipolo 2 e non mostrata nelle figure, almeno un condotto che da detto allacciamento 9 dirige il fluido di raffreddamento all’elemento tubolare interno 4 ed un dispositivo di regolazione dell’aspirazione.
[0082] Il dispositivo di regolazione dell’aspirazione anche in questo caso comprende un rubinetto 14 ed una leva 13 per comandare dall’esterno il rubinetto 14. Vantaggiosamente iI circuito di raffreddamento presenta una porzione di scambio termico con il detto motore elettrico 19 per contenerne il riscaldamento.
Claims (12)
1. Dispositivo (1) per trattamenti di resezione/rimozione endoscopica dei tessuti comprendete:
– un manipolo (2) atta ad essere impugnato da un utilizzatore;
– un elemento tubolare esterno (3) comprendente una estremità prossimale, una estremità distale ed una apertura di taglio disposta in corrispondenza della detta estremità distale;
– un elemento tubolare interno (4) atto ad essere girevolmente ricevuto in detto elemento tubolare esterno (3) e comprendente una estremità prossimale, una estremità distale ed una punta di taglio in corrispondenza della sua estremità distale;
– mezzi di guida (5) per porre in rotazione e/o in oscillazione detto elemento tubolare interno (4) rispetto a detto elemento tubolare esterno (3); caratterizzato dal fatto che:
– detti mezzi di guida (5) comprendono un motore elettrico (19) e dei mezzi di alimentazione elettrica (20) per il detto motore elettrico (19); e
– detti mezzi di guida (5) sono contenuti all’interno del detto manipolo (2).
2. Dispositivo (1) secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che detto manipolo (2) comprende un unità di controllo atta a regolare i detti mezzi di guida (5).
3. Dispositivo (1) secondo la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzato dal fatto che detta unità di controllo comprende almeno un circuito elettronico (25; 26) atta a regolare le funzioni e la velocità del detto motore elettrico (19) ed una pluralità di comandi a pulsante (27, 28, 29).
4. Dispositivo (1) secondo una qualsiasi delle precedenti rivendicazioni, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere un gruppo di trasmissione del moto azionato dal detto motore elettrico (19) atta a porre in rotazione il detto elemento tubolare interno (4) rispetto al detto elemento tubolare esterno (3).
5. Dispositivo (1) secondo la rivendicazione, caratterizzato dal fatto che detto gruppo per la trasmissione del moto comprende almeno un albero (17) che supporta in rotazione il detto elemento tubolare interno (4) ed almeno un pignone motore (18) atta a porre in rotazione, azionato dal detto motore (19), il detto albero (17).
6. Dispositivo (1) secondo una qualsiasi delle precedenti rivendicazioni, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere un circuito di raffreddamento comprendente un attacciamento per una apparecchiatura di aspirazione, almeno un condotto atta a dirige il fluido di raffreddamento al detto elemento tubolare interno (4) ed un dispositivo di regolazione dell’aspirazione.
7. Dispositivo secondo la rivendicazione 6, caratterizzato dal fatto che detto circuito di raffreddamento presenta una porzione di scambio termico (41) con il detto motore elettrico (19) atta a contenere il riscaldamento del detto motore elettrico (19).
8. Dispositivo secondo la rivendicazione 6, caratterizzato dal fatto che detto dispositivo di regolazione dell’aspirazione comprende un rubinetto (14) ed una leva (13) atta a comandare dall’esterno il detto rubinetto (14).
9. Dispositivo secondo una qualsiasi delle precedenti rivendicazioni, caratterizzato dal fatto che detto motore elettrico (19) è un motore brushless.
10. Dispositivo secondo una qualsiasi delle precedenti rivendicazioni, caratterizzato dal fatto che detto manipolo (2) è stagno.
11. Dispositivo secondo una qualsiasi delle precedenti rivendicazioni, caratterizzato dal fatto che almeno uno tra detto manipolo (2) e detti mezzi di guida (5) è usa e getta.
12. Dispositivo secondo la rivendicazione 11, caratterizzato dal fatto che solo detto manipolo è usa e getta.
