[0001] Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Wendelager für Stören mit Lamellenelementen gemäss Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
[0002] Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Wendelager für Stören mit Lamellenelementen mit einer Drehmomentmitnahme, einem Lagergehäuse und einer im Lagergehäuse um einen Wendewinkel verschwenkbar gelagerten Wippe zum Verschwenken der Lamellenelemente bekannt. Ferner weist das Wendelager eine Wendekupplung zur Kupplung der Drehmomentmitnahme mit der Wippe auf, wobei der Wendewinkel durch zwei Anschlagmittel definiert ist. Nachteilig an diesem bekannten Wendelager ist, dass je nach der Bauart oder der geometrischen Ausbildung der Lamellenelemente unterschiedliche Wendelager benötigt werden, da der Wendewinkel unterschiedlich ist. Dies bedeutet für einen Hersteller des bekannten Wendelagers, dass er für verschiedene Lamellenstoren verschiedene Wendelager herstellen muss.
[0003] Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Wendelager bereitzustellen, das wirtschaftlicher herstellbar ist und für Lamellenelemente unterschiedlicher Bauart oder geometrischer Ausbildung anwendbar ist.
[0004] Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch ein Wendelager gemäss den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.
[0005] Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Wendelagers sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen umschrieben.
[0006] Dadurch, dass das Lagergehäuse ein Anschlagteil aufweist, an dem die beiden Anschlagmittel angeordnet sind, wobei das Anschlagteil einteilig ausgebildet ist, lässt sich durch ein Teil, dem Anschlagsteil, das erfindungsgemässe Wendelager für verschieden ausgebildete Lamellen beziehungsweise Lamellenstoren anwenden. Daraus resultierend vereinfacht sich die Lagerhaltung eines Herstellers des erfindungsgemässen Wendelagers für verschiedene Lamellenstoren, da bis auf die Anschlagteile nur gleich ausgebildete Teile hergestellt beziehungsweise an Lager gehalten werden müssen.
[0007] Vorzugsweise weist das Lagergehäuse einen Aufnahmebereich auf, in den das Aufnahmeteil einführbar ist, um eine einfache und effiziente Montage des erfindungsgemässen Wendelagers sicherzustellen. Diese erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung des Lagergehäuses gewährleistet, dass auch für Wendelager mit unterschiedlichen Wendewinkeln das baugleiche Lagergehäuse zur Herstellung des erfindungsgemässen Wendelagers anwendbar ist, da Aufnahmeteile mit unterschiedlich ausgebildeten Anschlagmitteln in den Aufnahmebereich des Lagergehäuses einführbar beziehungsweise montierbar sind.
[0008] Vorteilhafterweise weist das Aufnahmeteil einen im Wesentlichen zum Aufnahmebereich komplementär ausgebildeten Steckbereich auf, um das in den Aufnahmebereich eingeführte Aufnahmeteil gegenüber dem Gehäuse festzulegen und eine einfache Montage des Aufnahmeteils im Lagergehäuse sicherzustellen.
[0009] Vorzugsweise weist das Anschlagteil ein Kennzeichnungsmittel und das Lagergehäuse im Bereich des Anschlagteils einen Durchbruch auf, um einem Anwender des erfindungsgemässen Wendelagers Informationen über die technische Ausbildung des Wendelagers bereitzustellen, insbesondere über den Wendewinkel des Wendelagers, ohne eine Demontage des Wendelagers durchführen zu müssen. Selbstverständliche sind auch äquivalente Mittel, wie beispielsweise ein Lagergehäuse mit einem Sichtfenster, denkbar.
[0010] Vorteilhafterweise ist das Kennzeichnungsmittel maschinenlesbar, um in der Herstellung des erfindungsgemässen Wendelagers und der Anwendung des erfindungsgemässen Wendelagers einen effizienten Zugang zu den technischen Daten des Wendelagers, insbesondere dem Wendewinkel des Wendelagers, sicherzustellen.
[0011] Vorzugsweise weist das Anschlagteil ein visuelles Kennzeichnungsmittel insbesondere eine zum Lagergehäuse unterschiedliche Farbe auf, um auf eine wirtschaftliche Art und Weise das Kennzeichnungsmittel umzusetzen.
[0012] Vorteilhafterweise weisen Aufnahmeteile, deren korrespondierende Anschlagmittel identisch ausgebildet sind, gleichartige Kennzeichnungsmittel insbesondere der gleichen Farbe auf.

[0014] Fig. 1 bis 6 zeigen ein Wendelager 1 für Stören mit Lamellenelementen, umfassend eine Drehmomentmitnahme 2, ein Lagergehäuse 3 und eine im Lagergehäuse 3 um einen Wendewinkel a verschwenkbar gelagerte Wippe 5 zum Verschwenken der Lamellenelemente. Das Lagergehäuse 3 weist einen unteren Gehäuseteil 7 und einen oberen Gehäuseteil 9 auf. Die beiden Gehäuseteile 7 und 9 nehmen die Elemente zum Verschwenken sowie zum Aufziehen der Lamellenelemente auf. Ferner weist das Wendelager 1 eine insgesamt mit 11 bezeichnete Wendekupplung zur Kupplung der Drehmomentmitnahme 2 mit der Wippe 5 auf. Die Wendekupplung 11 weist ein Anschlagteil 13 mit zwei Anschlagmitteln 15 und 17 auf, die den Wendewinkel a der Wippe 5 definieren.
Im unteren Gehäuseteil 7, das insbesondere in Fig. 4 dargestellt ist, sind ein Aufnahmebereich 23 sowie zwei Lagerschalen 25 ausgebildet, auf denen eine durchgehende Hohlwelle 19 drehbar gelagert ist. Der Aufnahmebereich 23 dient der Lagerung des Anschlagteils 13, wobei das Anschlagteil 13 einen im Wesentlichen komplementär zum Aufnahmebereich 23 ausgebildeten Steckbereich 41 aufweist. Die Hohlwelle 19 weist innen als Drehmomentmitnahme 2 eine Mehrkantbohrung 21 zur Aufnahme einer nicht dargestellten Aufzugswelle auf.
[0015] Auf der Hohlwelle 19 ist eine Spule 27 und die Wippe 5 koaxial zur Drehachse der Hohlwelle 19 angeordnet. Auf dem Kern der Spule 27 ist ein nicht dargestelltes Aufzugsband befestigt und auf dem Kern der Wippe 5 eine Wendeschnur 29. Die Wendeschnur 29 ist mittels eines Festlegemittels 39 an der Wippe 5 verdrehsicher gelagert. Die Wendekupplung 11 weist eine auf der Hohlwelle 19 angeordnete Bremsscheibe 31 und eine Schlingfeder 33 auf, die an der Peripherie der Bremsscheibe 31 sitzt.
Die beiden freien Enden 34 der Schlingfeder 33 sind radial nach aussen gebogen und liegen in der jeweiligen Querschnittsebene der Drehachse der Hohlwelle 19 des korrespondierenden Anschlagmittels 15, 17. Über die Schlingfeder 33 kommt die Wippe 5 zu liegen, die eine Ausnehmung 35 zur Durchführung der freien Enden 34 der Schlingfeder 33 in den Bereich des Anschlagteils 13 aufweist, insbesondere der Anschlagmittel 17. Die Wendekupplung 11 weist einen eingekuppelten und einen ausgekuppelten Zustand auf, wobei im eingekuppelten Zustand, der in Fig. 5 dargestellt ist, ein auf die Drehmitnahme 3 aufgebrachtes Drehmoment mittels der Wendekupplung 11 auf die Wippe 5 übertragbar ist und im ausgekuppelten Zustand der Wendekupplung 11 die Wippe 5 in ihrer Position relativ zum Lagergehäuse 2 fixiert bleibt.
Im ausgekuppelten Zustand, in Fig. 6 dargestellt ist, ist eines der beiden freien Enden 34 der Schlingfeder 33 in Kontakt mit seinem korrespondierenden Anschlagmittel 15 oder 17 und ein auf die Drehmomentmitnahme 2 aufgebrachtes Drehmoment, welches ein freies Ende der Schlingfeder 33 gegen das korrespondierende Anschlagmittel 15 oder 17 drückt und die Schlingfeder 33 spannt, sodass sich der Innenradius wenigstens bereichsweise vergrössert und dadurch die Spule 27 ohne die Schlingfeder 33, insbesondere die Wippe 5, dreht. Die Ausnehmung 35 an der Wippe 5 dient als Drehmitnahme, um im eingekuppelten Zustand der Wendekupplung 11 das Drehmoment der Spule 27 mittels eines oder beider freien Enden 34 der Schlingfeder 33 auf die Wippe 5 zu übertragen.
[0016] Das Anschlagteil 13 mit den Anschlagmitteln 15 und 17 ist einteilig ausgebildet und weist je nach Ausbildung des durch die beiden Anschlagmittel 15 und 17 definierten Wendewinkels eine korrespondierende Farbgebung, beispielsweise rot, gelb oder blau auf. Insbesondere in Fig. 3 sind mehrere Anschlagteile 13 mit unterschiedlich angeordneten Anschlagmitteln 15, 15 und 17, 17 abgebildet. Um einem Anwender des Wendelagers 1 die Information über den Wendewinkel a. ohne eine Demontage des Wendelagers 1 zugänglich zu machen, weist das Lagergehäuse 2 im Bereich des Aufnahmeteils 13 einen Durchbruch auf.
