Definitions
- the invention relates to a reversible bearing for blinds with lamella elements according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Reversible bearings for blinds with lamella elements with torque driving, a bearing housing and a rocker pivotally mounted in the bearing housing by a turning angle for pivoting the lamella elements are known from the prior art. Furthermore, the reversible bearing has a reversible coupling for coupling the torque entrainment with the rocker, the reversing angle being defined by two stop means.
- a disadvantage of this known reversible bearing is that depending on the design or the geometric design of the lamella elements, different reversible bearings are required, since the turning angle is different. For a manufacturer of the known swivel bearing, this means that he has to produce different swivel bearings for different lamella blinds.
- EP 0 356 590 A1 discloses a turning mechanism for slats of a Roman blind.
- the turning mechanism comprises a ring-like clutch actuating element which is arranged coaxially with a drive shaft of the blind and is rotatably mounted.
- the swivel positions of the slats in one The closed position and in an open position are determined by engagement surfaces arranged peripherally on the clutch actuation element. When the drive shaft rotates, these engagement surfaces are brought into contact or are brought into engagement with a retractable stop, as a result of which the clutch actuating element is prevented from rotating further.
- a protruding cam on the clutch actuating element serves as a stop element for contact surfaces of a cam receptacle of a pivotable turning body, to which the turning cords are attached.
- the turning body includes further stops for the end legs of the wrap spring of a slip clutch.
- the end positions of the turning body are essentially predetermined by the position of the engagement surfaces on the clutch actuating element and the freedom of movement between the cam and the cam receptacle.
- the engagement surfaces can be arranged on break-out parts. This allows the usable swivel range to be increased irreversibly. A replacement or replacement of the clutch actuating element is only possible with considerable effort.
- EP1435426A1 discloses another turning mechanism for slats of a Roman blind.
- a ring-like rocker for a reversible cord is pivotally mounted coaxially to the axis of rotation of the elevator shaft on a rotating body which can be connected in a rotationally fixed manner to an elevator shaft of the blind.
- the rocker By means of a wrap spring, the rocker can be turned with a rotating body be coupled.
- an axial cam of the rocker extends between the end legs of the wrap spring.
- a first cam element mounted coaxially on the rocker comprises a circular rib with a gap as a stop, which is used to decouple the wrap spring from the rotating body. The position of this stop can be changed by changing the rotational position of the first cam element.
- the first cam element can be held in a predetermined position for a certain number of revolutions of the drive shaft, so that the slats maintain their pivot position during lowering.
- the cam element can then continue to rotate.
- the maximum freedom of movement for the pivoting movement of the cam element is limited by two pins. These pins can be inserted into axially aligned recesses, which are arranged at uniform angular intervals along the periphery of an annular further cam element.
- This further cam element is non-rotatably connected to the housing.
- the pins are stop elements for a wall that protrudes axially on the first cam element. The arrangement of the pins in the recesses limits the freedom of movement of the first cam element and indirectly determines the rotational positions of the drive shaft at which the rocker is uncoupled from the rotating body.
- the bearing housing of the reversible bearing comprises an interchangeable stop part with stops for a wrap spring, which is used to couple a rocker with the elevator shaft of the store.
- the stops determine the end positions of the rocker when swiveling and serve to uncouple the wrap spring from the drive shaft.
- the position of the stops can be adapted to the requirements of different slat blinds or differently designed slats, either by inserting stop parts with different stop positions into the bearing housing, or by making at least one of the stops on the stop part adjustable.
- the bearing housing preferably has a receiving area into which the stop part can be inserted in order to ensure simple and efficient assembly of the reversible bearing according to the invention.
- This design of the bearing housing according to the invention ensures that the structurally identical bearing housing can also be used for turning bearings with different turning angles, since the stop parts with differently designed stop means can be inserted or mounted in the receiving area of the bearing housing.
- the stop part advantageously has a plug-in area which is essentially complementary to the receiving area, in order to fix the stop part inserted into the receiving area relative to the housing and to ensure simple mounting of the stop part in the bearing housing.
- the stop part preferably has a marking means and the bearing housing has an opening in the area of the stop part in order to provide a user of the reversible bearing according to the invention with information about the technical design of the reversible bearing. especially about the turning angle of the turning bearing, without having to disassemble the turning bearing.
- Equivalent means such as a bearing housing with a viewing window, are of course also conceivable.
- the marking means is advantageously machine-readable in order to ensure efficient access to the technical data of the turning bearing, in particular the turning angle of the turning bearing, in the manufacture of the turning bearing according to the invention and the use of the turning bearing according to the invention.
- the stop part preferably has a visual identification means, in particular a color different from the bearing housing, in order to implement the identification means in an economical manner.
- stop parts the corresponding stop means of which are of identical design, have identical marking means, in particular of the same color.
- FIG. 1 shows a turning bearing 1 for blinds with lamellar elements in a perspective view.
- the reversible bearing 1 comprises a multi-part bearing housing 2 with a trough-like housing base 2a and a hood 2b detachably connected to the housing base 2a, for example by means of snap-in spring tongues.
- Figure 2 shows an exploded view of the turning bearing 1 without the housing base 2a and hood 2b.
- a rotating body 28 is located in the bearing housing 2 with a coil 27 for an elevator belt (not shown) and a hollow shaft 19 rotatably mounted.
- Two corresponding semicircular recesses 25 ( Fig. 1 , 4th ) on the side walls of the housing base 2a and on the hood 2b.
- the hollow shaft 19 comprises a continuous polygonal bore 21 for non-rotatable pushing onto the drive shaft of the store. Due to the recesses 25 on the bearing housing 2, the hollow shaft 19 is freely accessible from the outside.
- a wrap spring 33 with two radially protruding end legs 34 is mounted on a cylindrical sleeve 36 of the rotating body 28 and can be non-positively coupled to this rotating body 28.
- a reversible cord 29 is inserted into a groove 38 and is held locally on the rocker 5, for example by means of a pearl 39 or another fixing means.
- a stop part 13 with two stop means 15, 17 for the end legs 34 of the wrap spring 33 is designed as an exchangeable insert for the bearing housing 2.
- the lower part of the insert is designed as a plug-in area 41 and, if the housing 2 is open, can optionally be inserted into a corresponding receiving area 23 with little play ( Figure 4 ) at the Housing bottom 2a are inserted.
- the plug-in area 41 and the receiving area 23 are coordinated with one another in such a way that a pivoting movement of the stop part 13 is prevented.
- the stop part 13 can be secured in its end position on the housing base 2a, for example by means of a releasable latching connection (not shown).
- a recess accessible from the outside could be formed in the housing base 2a, into which a corresponding stop part 13 can be inserted up to a stop and can be held or secured in the end position, for example by means of a snap-in connection on the housing 2 (not shown).
- the swivel range of the rocker 5 is predetermined by the two stops 15 and 17.
- the wrap spring 33 is non-positively connected to the rotating body 28 until the end leg 34, which is in the direction of rotation, bears against the front stop 17.
- the wrap spring 33 is coupled to the rotating body 28 and is also rotated when the elevator shaft is rotated. Due to the torque exerted by the stop 17 on the front end leg 34 in the direction of rotation, the wrap spring 33 is uncoupled from the rotating body 28 and is therefore no longer rotated relative to the housing 2.
- the wrap spring 33 is pivoted when the curtain is pulled up in the opposite direction of rotation of the elevator shaft until it is in this direction of rotation rear end leg 34 is present at the rear stop 15.
- the wrap spring 33 is uncoupled from the rotating body 28.
- the two end legs 34 protrude through the recess 35 of the rocker 5 and serve as drivers when the wrap spring 33 is pivoted, the front end leg 34, which is in the direction of rotation, abuts the respectively adjacent edge of the rocker 5 that delimits the recess 35.
- the relative position of the stops 15 and 17 and the angle ⁇ enclosed by the two end legs 34 determine the swivel range or the maximum swivel angle ⁇ ( Figure 6 ). This is dimensioned such that the slats of the store carried by the two strands of the turning cords 29 can be pivoted between the open position and the closed position.
- the maximum swivel angle ⁇ can be adapted in a simple manner for different blinds by selecting the appropriate one from several stop parts 13 with differently arranged stop means 15, 17 and installing them in the bearing housing 2.
- the matching stop part 13 - like the other parts of the reversing bearing 1 - can be inserted into the housing base 2a in a simple manner and then the hood 2b is latched to the housing base 2a will.
- This design enables the turning bearing 1 to be manufactured extremely efficiently.
- FIG. 7 shows an exploded view of a further turning bearing 1, in which, in addition to the stops 15, 17 on the stop part 13, a further stop 43 is formed on a working position lever 45.
- This working position lever 45 comprises a cylindrical end section 47, which is pivotably mounted in a corresponding bearing point (not shown) in the housing base 2a between the receiving area 23 and the adjacent side wall 4 of the housing base 2a transversely to the pivoting plane of the closer end leg 34 of the wrap spring 33.
- the working position lever 45 is pressed in the direction of the wrap spring 33 in such a way that the further stop 43 temporarily prevents the adjacent end leg 34 from lowering the curtain as far as the stop 17, which corresponds to the closed position of the Slats determines to move on.
- This working position lever 45 can be temporarily pushed back against the force of the spring tongue 49 by triggering means (not shown) shortly before reaching the lowest lowered position of the curtain.
- the stop 43 releases the movement path for the end leg 34 of the wrap spring 33, so that the latter can continue to rotate until the stop 17 is reached.
- the working position lever 45 can be inserted in a simple manner from above into the housing base 2a, analogously to the stop part 13 and the other parts of the reversible bearing 1.
- components such as the working position lever 45 or the stop part 13 can be manufactured in different designs and combined with one another in different variants.
- working position levers can be used in which the position of the stop 43 is different. This makes it possible to easily adapt the swivel position of the slats in the working position to different requirements.
- the housing base 2a can simply be removed again if necessary.
- the stop part 13 can be easily replaced.
- one or both stop means 15, 17 can be made adjustable on the stop part 13, e.g. several locking positions can be provided for different maximum swivel angles ⁇ (not shown).
- Certain parts such as the working position lever 45 can optionally also be inserted retrospectively into the housing 2.
- the stop part 13 is preferably provided with a marking or a code which is uniquely assigned to the respectively associated maximum swivel angle ⁇ is.
- a marking or a code which is uniquely assigned to the respectively associated maximum swivel angle ⁇ is.
- a color code or a preferably machine-readable other code can be printed on the narrow side of the plug-in area 41 formed on the stop part 13.
- an opening 37 or viewing window is formed through which the code or the identification of the stop part 13 used in each case is visible.
- the respective setting can be made visible from the outside in an analogous manner.
- Figure 5 shows a cross section through the turning bearing 1 in the engaged state.
- the wrap spring 33 is non-positively connected to the rotating part 28.
- Figure 6 shows a cross section of the turning bearing 1 in the disengaged state, one end leg 34 of the wrap spring 33 being pressed against the stop 17 when the elevator shaft is rotated.

Description
The invention relates to a reversible bearing for blinds with lamella elements according to the preamble of
Reversible bearings for blinds with lamella elements with torque driving, a bearing housing and a rocker pivotally mounted in the bearing housing by a turning angle for pivoting the lamella elements are known from the prior art. Furthermore, the reversible bearing has a reversible coupling for coupling the torque entrainment with the rocker, the reversing angle being defined by two stop means. A disadvantage of this known reversible bearing is that depending on the design or the geometric design of the lamella elements, different reversible bearings are required, since the turning angle is different. For a manufacturer of the known swivel bearing, this means that he has to produce different swivel bearings for different lamella blinds.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a reversible bearing which can be produced more economically and can be used for lamella elements of different designs or geometrical designs.
The object is achieved by a turning bearing according to the features of
Advantageous embodiments of the reversible bearing are described in the dependent claims.
The bearing housing of the reversible bearing comprises an interchangeable stop part with stops for a wrap spring, which is used to couple a rocker with the elevator shaft of the store. The stops determine the end positions of the rocker when swiveling and serve to uncouple the wrap spring from the drive shaft. According to the invention, the position of the stops can be adapted to the requirements of different slat blinds or differently designed slats, either by inserting stop parts with different stop positions into the bearing housing, or by making at least one of the stops on the stop part adjustable. As a result, the storage of a manufacturer of the reversible bearing according to the invention for different slat blinds is simplified, since apart from the stop parts, it is only the same trained parts must be manufactured or kept in stock.
The bearing housing preferably has a receiving area into which the stop part can be inserted in order to ensure simple and efficient assembly of the reversible bearing according to the invention. This design of the bearing housing according to the invention ensures that the structurally identical bearing housing can also be used for turning bearings with different turning angles, since the stop parts with differently designed stop means can be inserted or mounted in the receiving area of the bearing housing.
The stop part advantageously has a plug-in area which is essentially complementary to the receiving area, in order to fix the stop part inserted into the receiving area relative to the housing and to ensure simple mounting of the stop part in the bearing housing.
The stop part preferably has a marking means and the bearing housing has an opening in the area of the stop part in order to provide a user of the reversible bearing according to the invention with information about the technical design of the reversible bearing. especially about the turning angle of the turning bearing, without having to disassemble the turning bearing. Equivalent means, such as a bearing housing with a viewing window, are of course also conceivable.
The marking means is advantageously machine-readable in order to ensure efficient access to the technical data of the turning bearing, in particular the turning angle of the turning bearing, in the manufacture of the turning bearing according to the invention and the use of the turning bearing according to the invention.
The stop part preferably has a visual identification means, in particular a color different from the bearing housing, in order to implement the identification means in an economical manner.
Advantageously, stop parts, the corresponding stop means of which are of identical design, have identical marking means, in particular of the same color.

In the manufacture of the
If the
