The invention relates to a driver for a Endlageeinzugs- and Endlage damping device and a Endlageeinzugs- and Endlage damping device for a sliding door according to the preamble of claims 1 and 4.
To close sliding doors, especially large-scale heavy sliding doors, relatively large shear forces are needed to accelerate the sliding door from a standstill. Once the heavy sliding door has been set in motion, it must be braked again with correspondingly large counterforce in order to avoid a hard impact in the end position. From imprudence or negligence, these physical facts are often ignored and it is caused by the impact of the sliding door in the final position on the one hand unpleasant noise and on the other hand, the sliding door by its own elasticity from the final position spring back, so that a gap is created and the door be pushed later got to.
This problem is known and there are damping and Endlagenschliesselemente on the market. A known device is described in EP 1 426 535. With a damping and retraction element comprising a fluid damper with a gas or liquid filling and a spring incorporated in the same housing, e.g. a coil spring, on the one hand the impact is absorbed and damped, and on the other hand brought by the tensioned in the previous opening of the sliding door spring, the sliding door in the last centimeters of the displacement in the closed position.
The known damping and retraction member or its common push rod is connected to a transmission member which transmits the movement of the push rod around the housing of the element at its rear side to a rotatably mounted on the end of the transmission member driving and control device. The rotatably mounted on an axis driver and control device is used to solve the connection between the sliding door and the damping and retraction device after a short distance to the end position and connect again when closing the door.
This known device solves the task asked of them, however, their structure is relatively expensive and complicated.
There are also so-called. Door damper known with which, especially in elevators, the door is braked to the last degree before closing and pulled into the closed position. These known dampers in turn comprise a damping element in the form of a fluid damper and a spring element in the form of a helical spring, the common push rod is connected to the end of a pivot lever. The free end of the pivot lever is temporarily guided in a curved path in the context of an elevator door. Also, this device has been fulfilling its task for decades, but it has the disadvantage that the Abbrems- / Dämpfungsstrecke is very short and therefore it is only partially suitable for heavy sliding doors.
In the known Endlageeinzugs- and Endlagedämpfungsvorrichtungen for sliding doors, a driver is arranged in each case for triggering the pivotal movement of the lever on the damping element. This at the moving part, i. attached to the sliding door driver, performs a role in the damping element at the end of the sliding movement of the sliding and elevator doors at the end of the pivoting movement and transmits the triggered by the damping and closing element sliding and damping function. In normal use of the sliding door, the roller always moves into the driver at the same moment and arrives in the correct position. In case of incorrect manipulation, a mutual displacement of the two elements can occur so that the roller can no longer enter the guide slot.
Then, the lever with the roller on the damping element by hand in the correct starting position must be returned. This is cumbersome and difficult for inexperienced or unfamiliar with the locking system people.
An object of the present invention is to provide a driver for a small space unterbringbare Endlageneinzugs- and Endlädämpfungsvorrichtung for sliding doors, which allows the return of the guide roller on the Endlageneinzugsvorrichtung in the driver in mishandling.
This object is achieved by a driver and by a Endlageeinzugs- and Endlage damping device according to the features of claims 1 and 4.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are described in the dependent claims.
At the inventive driver, the role of the damping device can be performed safely and thereby the collection and the damping of moving in the end position sliding door can be ensured. Particularly advantageous is the driver proves false manipulation, because it allows the return of the role in the correct position between the closing leg and the opening leg on the driver.
Compared with the known driver of the invention comprises only a single component without joints and springs.
Reference to an illustrated embodiment, the invention will be explained in more detail. Show it

<Tb> FIG. 5 <sep> is a schematic perspective view of the device with its housing and the driver.
An Endlageeinzugs- and Endlädämpfungsvorrichtung, short device 1, comprises a mounting plate 3, which receives the mechanical elements of the device 1 and on which fastening means 5 are formed for fixing the device 1 to the ceiling of a room or a cabinet 7. The only schematically indicated in Figs. 1 and 2 cabinet 7 comprises a side wall 9 and a sliding door 11 which is displaceable in the direction of the arrows Y. The sliding door 11 is suspended by means of a drive (not shown) on a guide rail (not visible). The guide rail is fixed to the ceiling 13 of the cabinet 7 or the room. On the mounting plate 3, a gas spring 15 is held on one side with the mounting plate 3, preferably by means of a bolt 17.
The end 21 of the protruding from the housing 19 of the gas spring 15 push rod 23 engages the knee 25 of a two-armed or v-shaped lever 27 at. The connection between the end 21 of the push rod 23 and the lever 27 via a bolt 29. The first lever arm 31 carries a guide member 32, in the example a roller whose axis is parallel to the axis of the bolt 29. On the second lever arm 33 is seated a guide roller 35, whose axis of rotation is also arranged parallel to the axis of the bolt 29. At the free end of the push rod 23, a slider 37 is preferably attached, which is guided longitudinally between two side guides 39. Preferably, the end 21 of the push rod 23 directly engages the slider 37 and the bolt 29 is mounted on the slider 37 (see Figs. 1 and 2).
The longitudinal guide of the push rod 23 with the slider 37 serves to keep the gas spring 19 axially guided at its push rod end. Of course, the slider 37 can be guided longitudinally in other ways, for example on a guide rod which is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 3 or in a dovetail groove, which is embedded in the mounting plate 3 (no Fig.).
The guide roller 35 on the second lever arm 33 is located in the first, rectilinear portion 41 of a cam track 43 when the device 1 is in the end position (Fig. 1). At the first rectilinear portion 41 of the cam track 43 is followed by an arcuate second section 45 at. The second section 45 initially extends approximately at right angles or at slightly acute angles to the first section 41, in order subsequently to assume a purely acute angle to the first section 41. The mean radius R of the arcuate second portion 45 of the cam track 43 corresponds to the distance s of the axis of the bolt 29 from the axis of the guide roller 35th
These geometrical relationships allow the two-armed lever 27 to pivot when the guide roller 35 arrives at the end 40 of the first rectilinear portion 41 of the cam track 43 and the first lever leg 31 is slid in the direction of the arrow Y +. This pivoting movement takes place when the sliding door 11 is pushed out of the closing or end position (FIG. 1) in the direction of the arrow Y +, ie. is opened. The triggering of the pivoting movement takes place by a driver 47, which is connected to the inside of the sliding door 11.
The driver 47 comprises a closing leg 49, which is longer than the opening leg 51, which is opposite to the closing leg 49. The distance between the two legs 49, 51 is larger, preferably slightly larger than the diameter of acting as a guide member roller 32 at the end of the first lever leg 31. The two legs 49 and 51 are mounted on a base plate 53, which in turn connects to the sliding door 11th manufactures. The closing leg 49 comprises a bending-stable profile, preferably a hollow profile, which is connected on one side to the base plate 53. On the closing leg 49, a hose 61 is pushed from a resilient material such as rubber or plastic. Alternatively, the elastic coating on the closing leg 49 may also be applied by 2K spraying.
The elastic surface on the closing leg 49 is used for noise and impact insulation.
At the opening leg 51, a wedge-shaped ramp 63 is formed. The greatest vertical extension of the ramp 63 is located at the slot 65 between the closing leg 49 and the opening leg 51. The ramp 63 on the opening leg 51 is connected to the base plate 53 by an elastic connecting element 67. The connecting element 53 comprises an arcuate portion 69, which connects the ramp 63 with the base plate 53. The arcuate portion 69 causes the ramp 63 to descend in a vertical downward direction; parallel to the surface of the base plate 53, can swing out elastically. This allows reinserting the roller 32 in the slot 65. The roller 32 slides when driving over the ramp 63, which evades short-term down.
The operation of the device will be described in more detail, starting from the closed position of the sliding door 11, as shown in Fig. 1dargestellt. The guide member, i. the roller 32 on the end of the first lever leg 31, lies between the long closing leg 49 and the shorter opening leg 51 of the driver 47. The push rod 23 of the gas spring 19 is extended, i. the gas pressure spring 19 is not cocked, but it is in a neutral position, so that no forces (neither tensile nor compressive forces) load on the two-armed lever 27 by the push rod 23.
When moving the sliding door 11 in the direction of the arrow Y + presses the opening leg 51 of the driver 47 in the direction of the arrow Y + on the two-armed lever 27 and always leads this in the output angular position to the right until the guide roller 35, the end of the first straight section 41 of the cam track 43rd reached. At this point, since the end of the rectilinear portion 41 is reached, pivotal movement of the two-armed lever 27 starts counterclockwise, the guide roller 35 is guided in the arcuate second portion 45 of the cam track 43 upwards. At the same time, the guide member shifts with the roller 32 at right angles to the sliding door direction Y along the closing leg 49 and thus moves out of the sphere of influence of the opening leg 51 and is no longer moved by this in the direction of the arrow Y +.
The two-armed lever 27 now remains in the position shown in Fig. 2 and the sliding door 11 is moved without connection to the device 1 on.
Until the stop of the guide roller 35 at the end of the rectilinear portion 41, the push rod 23 and thus the piston in the gas spring 15 is displaced by the sliding door 11 to the right and thereby tensioned the gas spring 15. The energy now stored in the gas spring 15 is used in the subsequent closing of the sliding door 11, i. when moving in the direction of the arrow Y- to ensure that the sliding door 11 is held in the end position. The triggering of the stored in the gas spring 15 closing energy takes place through the closing leg 49 when it detects the guide member 32 during the manual displacement of the sliding door 11 in the direction Y- and the two-armed lever 27 leads out of its rest position clockwise and so a shift or the Extending the push rod 23 in the direction of the arrow Y- triggers.
At the same time, however, the gas spring 15 acts as a damping element, since in the housing 19 also push rod side air must be displaced to the other side of the piston.
The operation of the device described above corresponds to the normal sequence. By not to be excluded faulty manipulation, it is possible that the roller 32 of the guide member does not enter into the slot 65 of the driver 47, but runs on the front side of the opening leg 51. Due to the ramp-like design of the opening leg and the resilient mounting / connection of the ramp 63 with the base plate 53, the ramp 63 deviates downward as soon as the roller 32 runs on this. Once the roller 32 is again in the slot 65, the normal position is restored and the course of the closing and Entdämpfungsvorgangs runs as programmed.
Of course, the driver according to the invention can also be used on Endlageeinzugs- and Endlage damping devices that work without gas pressure spring.
