Abstract

Linea per la produzione di tubi di irrigazione a goccia (3) con emettitori (10) interni integrati comprendente una stazione (D) di calibratura del tubo (3) e di termosaldatura degli emettitori (10), nonché una stazione di foratura (F) del tubo in corrispondenza delle sottostanti camere di erogazione degli emettitori (10), nella quale stazione di calibratura (D) è previsto un calibratore bistadio (1) per l'esecuzione di una calibratura bistadio del tubo (10) con termosaldatura intermedia all'interno di detto calibratore (1), il quale presenta un'apertura (4A) di pressatura e termosaldatura, laddove inoltre o in alternativa nella stazione di foratura (F) è previsto un dispositivo laser (13) con un numero di derivazioni (16) del raggio laser corrispondente al numero di fori (22) da eseguire contemporaneamente nel tubo (3) in corrispondenza delle sottostanti camere di erogazione degli emettitori (10).
