[0001] L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture et de serrage pour chaussure de sport, en particulier chaussure de ski, tel que défini au préambule de la revendication 1.
[0002] De tels dispositifs sont connus de EP-A-0 705 545. Ces dispositifs comprennent un système de serrage principal de puissance constitué d'un levier-tendeur agissant sur une pièce d'accrochage venant s'accrocher dans une crémaillère. Dans un mode d'exécution, le moyen d'accrochage auxiliaire est constitué, par exemple, d'une barre médiane rétractable dans la crémaillère et terminée par une dent venant, en position rétractée, s'engager dans un créneau de la première dent de la crémaillère de telle manière que son profil coïncide avec le profil de cette dent.
Le moyen d'accrochage auxiliaire prolonge temporairement la crémaillère dans le but de faciliter la fermeture et le serrage d'une chaussure, en particulier du collier équipant une telle chaussure, dont la relative rigidité rend difficile l'accrochage, du premier coup, de la pièce d'accrochage à la crémaillère, comme décrit dans le document cité. La dent auxiliaire doit être rétractable pour ne pas gêner l'accrochage subséquent de la pièce d'accrochage dans la crémaillère, notamment lorsqu'on doit augmenter le serrage de une ou plusieurs dents. Si la dent auxiliaire n'était pas rétractable, la pièce d'accrochage devrait présenter une découpe très profonde pour la dent auxiliaire, ce qui exigerait une longueur inacceptable de cette pièce d'accrochage.
Les autres modes d'exécution décrits dans ce document présentent des inconvénients similaires.
[0003] Du document US 5 768 804 on connaît également une crémaillère présentant un prolongement formé d'un fil métallique formant une dent auxiliaire. Cette dent n'est que partiellement escamotable dans la crémaillère et présente le même inconvénient que l'exécution précédente.
[0004] Il a également été proposé de munir la pièce d'accrochage d'un prolongateur rabattable.
Une telle construction est décrite dans le document EP-A-0 677 254.

[0010] Le dispositif représenté aux fig. 1 à 3 comprend, d'une part, une crémaillère 1 présentant des dents 2 et une patte 3 pour sa fixation sur un rabat d'une chaussure, par exemple une chaussure de ski et, d'autre part, une pièce d'accrochage 4 destinée à venir s'accrocher dans la crémaillère 1. La pièce 4 est articulée sur un tirant lui-même articulé sur un levier-tendeur articulé sur un étrier fixé sur le rabat opposé de la chaussure. Le tirant et le levier-tendeur sont de conception conventionnelle et bien connue telle que décrit et représenté, par exemple, dans le brevet US 4 051 611.
[0011] Le dos de la crémaillère 1 présente une série d'encoches parallèles 5 de profil arrondi présentant un léger rétrécissement à la surface du dos de la crémaillère.
Dans ces encoches 5 est fixé un organe d'accrochage auxiliaire 6 constitué d'un fil métallique de section circulaire plié de manière à former une boucle rectangulaire 7. Les extrémités du fil métallique sont coudées de manière à former deux parties parallèles 8 et 9, distantes l'une de l'autre et engagées dans deux encoches 5. Cet engagement s'effectue par écartement des extrémités du fil métallique. Cette fixation assure le maintien de l'organe d'accrochage auxiliaire 6 dans le prolongement de la crémaillère 1. L'organe d'accrochage auxiliaire 6 peut être détaché de la crémaillère pour être fixé dans une position différente sur la crémaillère.
[0012] La pièce d'accrochage 4 présente une découpe longitudinale 10 permettant à la crémaillère 1 de s'engager dans la pièce 4.
A l'avant, la découpe 10 est fermée par une barrette 11 destinée à venir s'accrocher dans la crémaillère comme représenté à la fig. 2. La découpe forme deux bras 12 et 13 dont les extrémités sont en forme de crochet 14, 15 s'étendant en dessous de la barrette 11. Ces crochets 14 et 15 sont destinés à l'accrochage de la pièce 4 à la boucle 7, plus précisément sur la partie transversale rectiligne 7a de cette boucle comme représenté à la fig. 1. Cet accrochage peut être exécuté par l'utilisateur plus aisément qu'un accrochage de la barrette 11 à la crémaillère. L'utilisateur peut donc procéder à un préserrage de la chaussure. Après ce pré-serrage, l'utilisateur peut accrocher plus aisément la barrette 11 à la crémaillère 1.
Si la chaussure est munie, par exemple, d'un collier comportant au mois deux dispositifs de fermeture et de serrage, le pré-serrage d'un des dispositifs permettra généralement d'accrocher aisément et directement la barrette 11 de l'autre dispositif à la crémaillère.
[0013] Dans la variante représentée à la fig. 4, la boucle 7 présente un resserrement 16 de telle sorte que la boucle forme un rectangle pratiquement complet. Les crochets 14 et 15 de la pièce 4 peuvent venir s'accrocher sur les demi-côtés 7b et 7c. On a ainsi deux positions d'accrochage de la pièce 4 à la boucle 7.
[0014] Selon une variante d'exécution de la pièce d'accrochage 4 représentée à la fig. 5, cette pièce présente une seconde paire de crochets 17 analogues aux crochets 14 et 15, offrant une seconde position d'accrochage de la pièce 4 à la boucle 7.
Le nombre de paires de crochets pourrait être supérieur à deux.
[0015] La crémaillère 1 et la pièce 4 peuvent être en métal, en particulier en aluminium ou en matière synthétique.
[0016] En variante, l'organe d'accrochage auxiliaire pourrait être fixée à demeure, de manière non réglable à la crémaillère. Cet organe d'accrochage auxiliaire pourrait être une pièce emboutie ou injectée.
Quant à la pièce d'accrochage 4, elle pourrait être en une seule pièce, c'est-à-dire sans barrette auxiliaire 11, par exemple comme décrit dans la demande de brevet EP 1 086 629.
[0017] Dans le mode d'exécution représenté à la fig. 6, on retrouve une pièce d'accrochage 18 semblable à la pièce d'accrochage 4 du premier mode d'exécution, cette pièce d'accrochage venant s'accrocher dans une crémaillère 19 analogue à la crémaillère 1 du premier mode d'exécution, par une barrette 20. Les moyens d'accrochage auxiliaires sont constitués, d'une part, d'un bras 21 articulé sur le côté de la pièce d'accrochage 18, autour de la barrette 20 et, d'autre part, d'un ou deux tenons 22, 23 faisant saillie latéralement sur la crémaillère 19, en dessous du niveau du fond des dents de la crémaillère.
L'extrémité du bras 21 est en forme de crochet 24 et le bras présente en outre une encoche intermédiaire 25. Le bras 21 peut être relevé dans le sens de la flèche F et tendu dans le prolongement de la pièce 18, comme représenté en trait mixte dans la position 21 ¾, pour venir s'accrocher sur l'un ou l'autre des tenons 22 ou 23. Si le bras 21 est accroché au tenon 23, le tenon 22 est engagé dans l'encoche 25. Lors de l'accrochage ultérieur de la pièce 18 par la crémaillère 19, le bras 21 glisse sur les tenons 22 et 23 par les rampes 26 et 27 situées respectivement en arrière du crochet 24 et de l'encoche 25. Le bras 21 se relève ainsi de lui-même et il est ensuite rabattu dans la position représentée en trait continu dans un logement 28 dont l'extrémité 29 constitue une surface de butée pour l'extrémité du bras 21.
En position de non-utilisation, le bras 21 ne fait ainsi pas saillie latéralement sur la pièce d'accrochage principale 18.
[0018] D'autres modes d'exécution sont bien entendu possibles sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.
The invention relates to a closure and clamping device for sports shoes, in particular ski boots, as defined in the preamble of claim 1.
Such devices are known from EP-A-0 705 545. These devices comprise a main power clamping system consisting of a tensioning lever acting on a hooking part coming into a rack. In one embodiment, the auxiliary attachment means consists, for example, of a retractable center bar in the rack and terminated by a tooth coming, in the retracted position, to engage in a slot of the first tooth of the rack in such a way that its profile coincides with the profile of this tooth.
The auxiliary attachment means temporarily extends the rack in order to facilitate the closure and tightening of a shoe, in particular the collar equipping such a shoe, the relative rigidity makes it difficult to hook, the first shot, the fastening piece to the rack, as described in the cited document. The auxiliary tooth must be retractable so as not to hinder the subsequent attachment of the attachment piece in the rack, especially when it is necessary to increase the tightening of one or more teeth. If the auxiliary tooth was not retractable, the attachment piece should have a very deep cut for the auxiliary tooth, which would require an unacceptable length of this attachment piece.
The other embodiments described in this document have similar disadvantages.
US 5,768,804 also discloses a rack having an extension formed of a wire forming an auxiliary tooth. This tooth is only partially retractable in the rack and has the same drawback as the previous execution.
It has also been proposed to provide the attachment part of a foldable extension.
Such a construction is described in EP-A-0 677 254.
The invention aims to provide a closure and clamping device provided with auxiliary hooking means not interfering with the main power clamping system.
The closing and clamping device according to the invention is defined in claim 1.
The auxiliary attachment means being present on the two complementary parts of the main clamping system and located at a different level of the parts of the main clamping system, they do not interfere with them.

The device shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 comprises, on the one hand, a rack 1 having teeth 2 and a lug 3 for fixing it to a flap of a boot, for example a ski boot and, on the other hand, a fastening piece 4 to be hooked in the rack 1. The part 4 is articulated on a pulling itself articulated on a lever-tensioner hinged on a stirrup fixed on the opposite flap of the shoe. The tie rod and the tensioning lever are of conventional and well known design as described and shown, for example, in US Patent 4,051,611.
The back of the rack 1 has a series of parallel notches 5 of rounded profile with a slight narrowing to the surface of the back of the rack.
In these slots 5 is fixed an auxiliary attachment member 6 consisting of a wire of circular section folded so as to form a rectangular loop 7. The ends of the wire are bent so as to form two parallel parts 8 and 9, spaced from each other and engaged in two notches 5. This commitment is effected by spacing the ends of the wire. This attachment ensures the maintenance of the auxiliary attachment member 6 in the extension of the rack 1. The auxiliary attachment member 6 can be detached from the rack to be fixed in a different position on the rack.
The attachment piece 4 has a longitudinal cutout 10 allowing the rack 1 to engage in the room 4.
At the front, the blank 10 is closed by a bar 11 intended to hook into the rack as shown in FIG. 2. The cut forms two arms 12 and 13 whose ends are hook-shaped 14, 15 extending below the bar 11. These hooks 14 and 15 are intended for attachment of the part 4 to the loop 7 , more precisely on the rectilinear transverse portion 7a of this loop as shown in FIG. 1. This attachment can be performed by the user more easily than a snap of the bar 11 to the rack. The user can therefore proceed with a pre-tightening of the shoe. After this pre-tightening, the user can more easily hang the bar 11 to the rack 1.
If the shoe is equipped, for example, with a collar comprising at least two closing and tightening devices, the pre-tightening of one of the devices will generally allow easy and direct hooking the bar 11 of the other device to the House warming party.
In the variant shown in FIG. 4, the loop 7 has a constriction 16 so that the loop forms a substantially complete rectangle. The hooks 14 and 15 of the part 4 can hook on the half-sides 7b and 7c. There are thus two attachment positions of the piece 4 to the loop 7.
According to an alternative embodiment of the attachment piece 4 shown in FIG. 5, this piece has a second pair of hooks 17 similar to the hooks 14 and 15, providing a second attachment position of the piece 4 to the loop 7.
The number of pairs of brackets could be greater than two.
The rack 1 and the part 4 may be metal, in particular aluminum or synthetic material.
Alternatively, the auxiliary attachment member could be fixed permanently, non-adjustable way to the rack. This auxiliary attachment member could be a stamped part or injected.
As for the attachment piece 4, it could be in one piece, that is to say without auxiliary bar 11, for example as described in patent application EP 1 086 629.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, there is a fastening piece 18 similar to the attachment piece 4 of the first embodiment, this attachment piece being hooked in a rack 19 similar to the rack 1 of the first embodiment, by a bar 20. The auxiliary attachment means consist, on the one hand, of an arm 21 articulated on the side of the attachment piece 18, around the bar 20 and, on the other hand, of one or two tenons 22, 23 projecting laterally on the rack 19, below the bottom level of the teeth of the rack.
The end of the arm 21 is hook-shaped 24 and the arm further has an intermediate slot 25. The arm 21 can be raised in the direction of the arrow F and stretched in the extension of the part 18, as shown in the line mixed in the 21 ¾ position, to hang on one or other of the tenons 22 or 23. If the arm 21 is hooked to the pin 23, the tenon 22 is engaged in the notch 25. At the subsequent attachment of the piece 18 by the rack 19, the arm 21 slides on the tenons 22 and 23 by the ramps 26 and 27 respectively rearward of the hook 24 and the notch 25. The arm 21 is thus raised from him and it is then folded down in the position shown in solid lines in a housing 28 whose end 29 constitutes a stop surface for the end of the arm 21.
In the non-use position, the arm 21 does not project laterally onto the main attachment piece 18.
Other embodiments are of course possible without departing from the scope of the invention.
