Fig. 2 eine Ansicht der Treppe im Bauwerk aus Richtung des Pfeiles A in Fig. 1.
The invention relates to an entry for rain pools according to the preamble of claim 1.
Rain pools of rainwater systems have an opening in the ceiling of the building, which is mostly made of concrete, through which an entry into the pool is possible. To make it easier and safer to get started, it is known to link a staircase to the ceiling of the building and, if necessary, a railing connected to the staircase. A float at the bottom of the stairs lifts them up as the water level rises inside the pool, avoiding immersion and thus contamination of the stairs by the pool contents. It is also known to pivot the stairs from the inclined to a horizontal position by other means.
The known stairs are inserted into the entry opening after the construction of the building and then the bearing blocks for the joints on the ceiling or, if the entry opening connects to a side wall, attached to this. Regardless of the attachment of the joints, a lid is placed on the outside of the ceiling of the pool and pivotally connected to it. In the case of access stairs, which are connected to the cover via an articulated lever system, the articulated connection must be used after the assembly of the stairs and the cover and adapted to the usually large tolerances of the concrete structure. The effort for the assembly of such a known staircase is large and therefore expensive.
The object of the present invention is now to provide an entry that can be manufactured inexpensively and in the manufacturing plant and then used on the building with little assembly effort.
This problem is solved by an introduction with the features of claim 1.
The lid, which closes the entry opening, and the entry stairs are attached to a common frame that supports the linkages of both elements. The entire unit, with the levers connecting the staircase and the cover, can be made to measure in the manufacturing plant. A later adjustment to inaccuracies in the concrete structure is not necessary. The construction of the entrance is easy, since only the frame has to be inserted into the entrance opening in the ceiling of the building, fastened and then the stairs and the lid have to be hinged to the frame. The entry according to the invention is also extremely safe, since all fastenings are welded to the frame and no individual parts have to be fastened to the structure by attaching dowels etc.
The invention is explained in more detail with the aid of an illustrated embodiment. Show it
1 shows a cross section through a building with the staircase inserted in the use position with the lid open,
2 is a view of the stairs in the building from the direction of arrow A in Fig. 1st
From the rain basin 1, only the ceiling 3 and the floor 5 are visible in the figures. In the ceiling 3, an entry opening 7 is visible, which has a rectangular plan. The inflow and outflow into and out of the rain basin 1 are not visible.
A frame 9 is inserted in the entry opening 7 and is connected to the ceiling 3 by fastening means 11, such as screws, anchor rails or the like, in the cross-section of the opening. Arranged on the frame 9 are two support plates 13 which lie parallel to one another and project downward from the frame 9 and the ceiling 3. As an alternative to support plates 13, a support structure welded together from profiles can also be provided. On the support plates 13 joints 15, 17 are formed, on which the upper end of a staircase 19 and a lever beam 21 serving as coupling means are articulated. The two-armed lever beam 21 carries at its lower end a roller 23 which is guided in a guide 25 on the spar 27 of the stairs 19.
The upper end of the second lever arm 22 carries a joint 29, on which a lever 33 connecting the lever beam 21 with an access cover 31 is articulated on both sides. The access cover 31 is also articulated to the frame 9 with a joint 35.
A fixed stairway section 37 is inserted between the frame 9 and the joint 15 to which the stairway 19 is articulated.
The fixed stair section 37 can be omitted if the entry opening 7 is in the level of the ceiling 3. In the example shown, the entry opening 7 is inserted in a shaft-like elevation 39 of the ceiling 3. In the simplest embodiment of the invention, i.e. with an entry opening 7 in the plane of the ceiling 3, the joint 15 for the stairs 19 and also the joint 17 for the lever beam 21 are arranged very close to the underside of the ceiling 3.
In the use position, the two spars 27 of the stairs 19 lie at an angle of, for example, 50 ° to the surface of the bottom 5 of the basin 1. The lower end 20 of the stairs 19 is supported on the bottom 5. The open manhole cover 31 lies approximately at an angle of 90 ° to the surface of the ceiling 3 or, if a shaft-like elevation 39 is placed thereon, to the surface of the elevation 39. The upper lever arm 22 of the lever beam 21 is approximately parallel to the spar 27 and forms a railing. As a continuation of the upper lever arm 22 serving as a railing, a railing rail 41 can be articulated on the frame 9 and is carried on a support 43 which is articulated to the spar 27.
If access to pool 1 is no longer required or if access to pool 1 is not possible because the latter is filled to water level h1, the access cover 3 is closed by swiveling. When closing the access cover 31, the lever 33 pivots the lever beam 21 in the counterclockwise direction. With the roller 23 at the lower end of the lever beam 21, the stairs 19 are also pivoted counterclockwise and, when the access cover 31 is horizontal, also lies parallel to the ceiling 3 or to the liquid level in the basin 1. With the staircase 19, the railing 41 is simultaneously pivoted upwards and placed in parallel on the spar 21 of the staircase 19.
With very long stairs 19, i.e. Basin 1 with a large height, it may be necessary to attach a counterweight 45 to the access cover 31 in order to keep the stairs 19 in the horizontal position and to reduce the force required for the swiveling up of the stairs 19.
