Fig. 3 eine Variante nach Fig. 2,
Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht nach Fig. 4.
The invention relates to a method for producing prefabricated concrete parts which serve as lost formwork, the concrete which has not yet solidified being poured into a negative mold.
It is known to manufacture precast concrete parts in the factories and to deliver the finished precast concrete parts to the construction site, where they are then installed. The precast concrete elements are also used as lost formwork. Negative molds are used to manufacture the precast concrete parts, into which the liquid concrete is poured.
The properties of concrete strongly depend on the composition of the concrete. Concrete mainly consists of cement, water, aggregates and other additives. Depending on the proportion of the different materials, the physical properties, e.g. Density or compressive strength can be set. Conventional concrete, for example, has a compressive strength of 45 Newtons per square millimeter. This concrete is called B45 concrete. If you now want a corresponding strength of a precast concrete element, a minimum thickness of the precast concrete element is calculated when using a concrete of quality class B45. The precast concrete parts are manufactured by dimensioning the negative molds accordingly.
By developing high-strength concrete (HSC = High Strength Concrete), it is now possible to produce concretes in the strength class between B60 and B135 and more. This makes it difficult to reduce the cross-sectional areas in the precast concrete so that the load capacity of the precast remains the same. The negative forms have small cross sections. However, there is the problem that the concrete no longer flows into the negative form with the relatively small cross sections.
The invention has set itself the task of proposing a method of the type described in the introduction with which it is possible to produce prefabricated concrete parts whose cross-sectional area is so small.
To achieve the object, the invention is based on a method of the type described above and proposes that the concrete be filled into the negative mold under pressure. The concrete is pressed into the negative form due to the pressure applied, whereby the concrete now also flows through the small cross-sections that are now possible.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is proposed that the concrete is pumped in at the lowest point of the negative mold. The negative form is e.g. sloping or upright. If the concrete is now pumped in at the lowest point, it is simultaneously provided that the air in the form can escape at the highest point of the negative form. This prevents air bubbles from forming in the precast concrete part.
It is advantageous if glass fibers are added to the concrete. Glass fibers, e.g. crocheted glass fibers are added to the concrete to increase the elasticity of the concrete. At the same time, the brittleness of the concrete is reduced with the glass fibers. The flow properties of the concrete deteriorate due to the introduction of the glass fibers. It is possible to use the method according to the invention to produce a precast concrete element with small cross sections, the concrete also containing glass fiber components.
It is an advantage if plasticizer is added to the concrete. The liquefier increases the lubricity since the liquefier reduces the surface tension of the water in the concrete.
Very good results have been achieved when silicon compounds are added to the concrete. Sintered silicates of the smallest dimensions are produced by introducing silicon or silicates, in particular obtained from flue gas combination plants, into high-strength concrete. When the concrete sets, the heat of hydration released is used to grow silicon crystals. These silicon crystals now fill the voids in the concrete tightly and thus continue to compact the concrete.
For example a weight fraction of 15 to 30% of silicon or silicates is added to the concrete. The silicon not only increases the strength of the concrete, it also acts as a filler in the concrete. In addition, the use of silicon is cheaper than the use of concrete. This results in lower manufacturing prices for the precast concrete.
It has been found that it is advantageous if the concrete is pressed into the mold under a pressure of up to 4 bar.
Furthermore, the invention proposes that the filled concrete is preferably shaken during the filling. It is known that shaking is used to solidify concrete. In connection with the pumping in of concrete or tough concrete in negative molds with a small cross-section, shaking not only strengthens the concrete, but also increases the slidability of the concrete, since it is literally shaken into the still empty cavities of the negative mold. This proposal according to the invention shortens the manufacturing process of the precast concrete part, since the concrete can be filled into the negative mold more quickly. At the same time, the concrete is compacted.
It is advantageous if the device for performing the method has a negative mold, which consists of several molded parts and the molded parts are sealed off from one another with rubber seals. It is convenient to use rubber seals for sealing. At the same time, it is possible to assemble different molded parts as a kit for a desired negative mold, a large number of variations of precast concrete parts being possible, only a small number of molded parts being necessary. Furthermore, the rubber compensates for slight inaccuracies in the dimensions of the individual molded parts. By using the rubber seals between the individual molded parts, it is also possible to quickly produce different types of negative molds with a small stock of corresponding molded parts.
According to the invention, it is possible to produce a prefabricated concrete part whose cross-sectional areas are small. With the method described above, it is possible to produce a precast concrete element, the load capacity of which is the same due to the high-quality concrete used as precast concrete elements with significantly larger cross-sections. Such a precast concrete element according to the invention saves concrete. On the one hand, this results in a price advantage and a lower weight of the precast concrete part.
It is advantageous if the precast concrete is cast as a one-piece basement window wall. Basement window walls are heavily used as part of the basement formwork of a building. For this proposal according to the invention, it is possible to manufacture basement window walls with a high load-bearing capacity, the production costs being lower than in the known basement window walls.
It is advantageous if the basement window wall consists of two one-piece cast frame parts. One frame part forms the outer frame, the other the inner frame of the basement window. By dividing the basement window garment into two parts, it is easily possible to design different types of basement window garments with different interior and exterior parts.
The invention is shown schematically in the drawing. Show it:
1 is a vertical section through a prefabricated concrete part according to the invention,
2 is a vertical section through an inventive device for performing the method,
3 shows a variant according to FIG. 2,
4 shows a vertical section of a detail of a prefabricated concrete part according to the invention,
5 is a plan view of FIG .. 4
1 shows a prefabricated concrete part according to the invention. The precast concrete part is designed as a basement window wall 5. This is designed here in two parts, the inner frame 51 and the outer frame 50 being connected to one another by a connecting element 52. The gap 53 between the two frames 50, 51 provides insulation for sound and heat, since the inner area is decoupled from the outer area. Insulation material 2 is provided in the gap 53 in order to increase the thermal insulation of the basement window robe 5.
Both the outer frame 50 and the inner frame 51 have stop edges 54 (on the outer frame 50) and stop edges 55 (on the inner frame 51). The basement window is inserted and fastened to these stop edges 54, 55. The basement window 5 has e.g. on three sides on an outer stop edge 54, against which the window, which is not shown here, is inserted and rests. The window is then pushed behind the inner stop edge.
The production of the basement window garment 5 from two parts has several advantages. On the one hand, it is possible to combine different outer frames 50 with different inner frames 51.
A small number of basic shapes thus form a large number of finished basement window walls 5. Furthermore, e.g. the inner frame 51 has inner surfaces 56 which run obliquely from the outside inwards. These inner surfaces are difficult to manufacture in a one-piece production of the basement window garment 5 (ie with the outer frame 50). It is cheaper here to manufacture the outer frame 50 and the inner frame 51 as separate prefabricated concrete parts. The manufacture of the various frame parts 50 and 51 is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
2 shows a device according to the invention for producing the prefabricated concrete parts. The negative mold 1 is formed by several molded parts 10, 11 and 12. The molded parts 10, 11 and 12 are sealed against one another with seals 4. The material of the seals 4 is e.g. Rubber used. Rubber is distinguished here by its elasticity, as a result of which certain dimensional differences between the molded parts 10, 11 and 12 are compensated for by squeezing the seals 4.
Furthermore, the rubber seal is not attacked by the concrete 3 pressed into the negative mold 1.
2 shows the vertical section through a negative mold 1 forming the outer frame 50. Several molded parts are used to produce the negative mold 1. E.g. it is possible for the molded part 12 to be guided in one piece around the entire edge of the negative mold. In the manufacturing process, for example, insulating material 2 is applied to the molded part 11 forming the upper and lower edge of the frame. This can e.g. be glued. The introduced insulation material 2 thus forms filled cavities 20 in the prefabricated concrete part. Corresponding deposits between the insulation materials 2 result in rib-like supports between the cavities 20 (not shown in FIG. 2). This is indicated, for example, in FIG. 3, the rib-like supports 21 simultaneously forming the legs 60, 61, 62 of the inner frame 51.
The individual molded parts 10, 11 and 12 are e.g. clamped together with screw clamps and thus form the negative form 1. The molded part 11 is here U-shaped, the legs of the U abutting the seal 4. The molded part 10 is designed asymmetrically S-shaped. The molded part 12 is U-shaped and has a bulge 71. A spacer block 70 is provided between the molded parts 12 and 10. This spacer block 70 lies on the bulge 71. A fastening plate 67 is provided on the molded part, which cooperates with a seal 4 on the molded part 12.
The production of the inner frame 51 is shown schematically in FIG. 3. On average, this frame has an E-shape, the long web of the E being inclined, since the three legs forming the E have decreasing lengths. The legs are each designated 60, 61 and 62, the web 63. Between the legs 60, 61 there is a cavity 20 which is filled with insulation material 2, as well as between the legs 61 and 62. The negative mold 1 for forming one 3 ordered from four molded parts 13, 14, 15, 16. The molded parts 13, 14, 15, 16 are also sealed off from one another with seals 4. For simple assembly of the negative mold 1, the molded part 15 in the region of the web 63 has a support plate 65 fastened by a welding bead 64, on which the molded part 16 essentially forming the web 63 rests.
The molded part 13 is e.g. U-shaped, with the legs pointing outwards. The molded part 15 is S-shaped, the molded parts 16 and 14 are elongated. For better manageability, the molded part 14 has L-shaped angles 66 at its ends. The angles 66 are also on the seal 4.
For the production of the precast concrete element according to the invention, the negative mold 1 consisting of the molded parts is e.g. placed upright. The liquid, viscous, e.g. high-strength concrete is now opened at an opening e.g. in the lower area of the negative form of the molded parts (which is not shown here) pumped into the negative form under pressure. The negative mold 1 has an air discharge opening, not shown, on its upper side. The air displaced by the pumped-in concrete escapes through this air outlet opening.
4 shows the connecting element 52 in detail, by means of which the two frames 50 and 51 are connected to one another. The connecting element 52 is e.g. Bent in a U-shape, the free ends carrying a thread and projecting, for example, into the inner frame 51. The two frames 50 and 51 have openings through which the connecting element 52 is guided. The connecting element 52 is e.g. secured with nuts 58. On the outer frame side of the connecting element 52 there is a gap 59 in which a sleeve 56 can be hung. This sleeve 56 carries e.g. a thread and is used to connect this precast concrete element to other precast concrete elements. It is e.g. provided if, for example, the proposed precast element is designed as a basement window wall, to connect the basement window shaft to the sleeve 56.
