Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Auswechseln eines in einem Kettenglied einer Gleiskette befestigten Kettenpolsters gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Bei weiterer Verdrehung der Spindel wird das Kettenpolster mit entriegelter Sperrklinke aus dem Kettenglied gezogen. Bei diesem Vorgang entsteht zwischen dem Dorn und der Sperrklinke eine starke Reibung, die beim Ausziehen des Kettenpolsters einen hohen Kraftaufwand erfordert und sowohl beim Dorn als auch bei der Sperrklinke einen starken Verschleiss zur Folge hat. Im weiteren besteht der Nachteil, dass diese Vorrichtung lediglich zum Ausziehen nicht aber zum Eindrücken neuer Kettenpolster in das Kettenglied geeignet ist. Ein weiterer Nachteil besteht darin, dass die Vorrichtung nach dem Ausziehen des Kettenpolsters zum nachfolgenden Aufschieben eines neuen Kettenpolsters in ihrer Arbeitsstellung verändert werden muss.
