Abstract

The roasting attachment is for a cooking device used for grilling food. There is a cranked main frame member with a spike (10) at one end (17). Near the spike there is a cranked portion (12) joining the end (17) to the main axial portion (14). The other end (15) is cranked and is a sliding fit in a housing or bush (30) at right angles to the axis. The main frame member is or square section. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Bratvorrichtung gemäss dem Oberbegriff des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 1. The present invention relates to a roasting device according to the preamble of independent claim 1.

Auf dem Markt sind Bratkörbe bekannt. Bei einer älteren Ausführungsform sind zwei gegeneinander spannbare Gitterrahmen vorhanden. Der hohe Temperatursprung beim Grillieren kann ein Lösen der zuvor stark angezogenen Schrauben bewirken, so dass das Grillgut nicht sicher gehalten wird. Andererseits ist aber auch das Lösen angezogener Schrauben im heissen Zustand problematisch, und schon manch einer hat sich die Finger verbrannt. Die in Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte Bratvorrichtung umfasst einen Drehspiess 10, der mit einer Einsattelung 11 versehen ist. Diese Einsattelung 11 ist durch zwei seitliche parallele und gleichgerichtete Schenkel 12, 13 und ein die Enden der Schenkel verbindendes Joch 14 gebildet. Am Joch sind zwei Bügel 21, 22 drehbar gehaltert, die je eine Anzahl aus Draht geformter Finger 23-28 tragen.
