Abstract

The envelope contains a form (10, 11) integrated in the front side (2) where it is attached by perforated ideal separating lines (13) along the edges leaving a window opening (5) which is covered by a non-transparent cover sheet (6) set behind same. The non-transparent cover sheet (6) is preferably self-copying over at least the writing area of the form. USE - For COD mail where detachable certificates are required.

  Die Erfindung betrifft einen Briefumschlag nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1. 



  Bei Nachnahmesendungen wird ein Einzahlungsschein beigelegt, der es dem Überbringer ermöglicht, den eingezogenen Betrag per Post weiterzuleiten. Es ist bekannt, solche am Nachnahmecouvert teilweise befestigte Einzahlungsscheine einem Briefumschlag beizulegen. Nachteilig dabei ist, dass der nur lose befestigte Einzahlungsschein leicht verloren geht oder versehentlich abgetrennt wird und dass das Beschriften des Einzahlungsscheins mühselig ist, da er sich meist an der Rückseite des Couverts befindet. Zudem sind entweder die wichtigsten Informationen nicht auf dem Briefumschlag enthalten bzw. aufkopiert oder der Einzahlungsschein enthält Unwesentliches. 



  Neben solchen Nachnahmesendungen mit integriertem Einzahlungsschein sind auch Sendungen bekannt, die mit einem ablösbaren Rückantwort- oder Bestätigungsschein versehen sind. Bei allen  diesen Sendungen ist es erwünscht, dass Unbefugten eine Einsichtnahme in den z.B. Gerichtsakten enthaltenden Umschlag verwehrt ist. 



  Mit der Erfindung soll die Aufgabe gelöst werden, einen Briefumschlag der eingangs genannten Gattung zu schaffen, an welchem das Formblatt, z.B. ein Einzahlungsschein, so angebracht ist, dass es beim Transport nicht beschädigt, jedoch vom Empfänger ohne Schwierigkeiten abgetrennt werden kann und bei dem das Beschriften des Formblattes unkompliziert ist und die auf die Innenseite des Briefumschlages übertragene Kopie dieser Beschriftung nur vom Empfänger einsehbar ist. 



  Dies wird mit einem Briefumschlag erreicht, welcher die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1 aufweist. 



  Dadurch, dass das Formblatt in die Vorderseite des Briefumschlags integriert ist, ist es vor Beschädigungen beim Transport geschützt. Das aus einem undurchsichtigen Blatt bestehende, hinter dem Formblatt befindliche Abdeckblatt kann, sofern nichts gegen eine Einsichtnahme in die Daten spricht, als Kopie für den Empfänger verwendet werden. Soll eine Einsichtnahme vermieden werden, kann gemäss Anspruch 3 hinter dem Abdeckblatt ein weiteres selbstkopierendes Blatt angeordnet sein. 



  Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen mit Bezug auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen 
 
   Fig. 1 einen Briefumschlag-Stanzling mit Falzlinien, teilweise ausgestanzter und teilweise perforierter Fensteröffnung sowie mit hinter der Fensteröffnung angeordnetem selbstkopierendem Blatt, 
   Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf einen fertigen Briefumschlag mit Nachnahme-Einzahlungsschein, 
   Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III in Fig. 2, 
   Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht auf eine zweite Ausführungsform, und 
   Fig. 5 einen Schnitt nach der Linie V-V in Fig. 4. 
 



  Die Fig. 1 zeigt einen Stanzling 1 zur Herstellung eines Briefumschlages mit integriertem abnehmbarem Formblatt. In diesen Stanzling 1 sind bereits Fälze 15 für die spätere Fertigung des Briefumschlages eingeprägt. Gleichzeitig wird auch die Fensteröffnung 5 des Briefumschlages auf drei Seiten mit Stanzschnitten 12 herausgetrennt, während die vierte Seite mit einer Soll-Trennstelle 13 für das Heraustrennen des durch  die Stanzschnitte 12 und die Soll-Trennstelle 13 gebildeten, zur Beschriftung vorgesehenen Formblattes 10, versehen wird. Diese Vorbereitungsmassnahmen erfolgen gleichzeitig, d.h. in einem Arbeitsgang. 



  Danach weist der Stanzling 1 gemäss Fig. 1 folgende Teile auf: 



  Die Vorderseite 2 des Briefumschlages mit dem teilweise herausgestanzten Formblatt 10 in der gebildeten Fensteröffnung 5; zwei seitliche Klebelappen 3 und eine Mundklappe 30, die je über einen Falz 15 mit der Vorderseite 2 des Briefumschlages verbunden sind; die mit der Vorderseite 2 über einen Falz 150 verbundene Rückseite 4 des Briefumschlages; das teilweise über die Stanzschnitte herausgearbeitete und teilweise über die Soll-Trennstelle 13 mit der Vorderseite 2 des Briefumschlages verbundene Formblatt 10, welches die gebildete Fensteröffnung 5 ausfüllt. Besteht der Stanzling aus OCR-90-gm<2>-Papier, bildet das Formblatt 10 einen postalischen Einzahlungsschein. Auf diesen, wie auch auf die Vorder- und die Rückseite des Briefumschlages, können nun die üblichen Aufdrucke aufgebracht werden. 



  In einem weiteren Schritt wird hinter die Fensteröffnung 5 und diese seitlich überragend, ein undurchsichtiges Abdeckblatt 6,  z.B. aus einem bekannten selbstkopierenden Papier angeordnet, sodass nach der Beschriftung des Einzahlungsscheins der Text innerhalb der Fensteröffnung sichtbar wird. Ist dies nicht erwünscht, kann hinter dem Abdeckblatt zusätzlich ein selbstkopierendes Blatt angeordnet sein, sodass die Beschriftung erst nach dem \ffnen des Briefes eingesehen werden kann. Aus dem so vorbereiteten Stanzling 1 (Fig. 1) kann der Briefumschlag durch Falzen und Kleben der Klebelappen 3 auf die hochgeklappte Rückseite 4 fertig façonniert werden (Fig. 2 und 3). 



  Da das Formblatt 10, in diesem Falle der Nachnahme-Einzahlungsschein, an drei Seitenkanten 12 aufgeschnitten ist, kann es bei der Übergabe der Sendungen an den Empfänger über die Soll-Trennstelle 13 vom Briefumschlag herausgetrennt werden. 



  Das Beispiel der Fig. 4 und 5 ist insbesondere für den Versand von z.B. Gerichtsakten vorgesehen, bei welchen der Umschlag mittels der Klebelappen 3 und der Mundklappe 30 auf ein Paket oder einen grösseren Briefumschlag aufgebracht werden kann. Ein zusätzliches selbstkopierendes Blatt 14 befindet sich hinter dem undurchsichtigen Abdeckblatt 6, sodass das insbesondere bei Gerichtsakten angeführte Betreffnis nur vom Überbringer eingesehen werden kann. In den Text selbst kann erst nach  dem \ffnen der Sendung durch den Empfänger Einsicht genommen werden. Das zusätzliche selbstkopierende Blatt 14 ist dabei hinter der Vorderseite des Briefumschlages lösbar angebracht. Das Formblatt 10 ist in diesem Beispiel als an den Absender retournierbarer Empfangsschein 11 ausgebildet. 



   Bei den vorgenannten beiden Ausführungen kann das nicht abgetrennte Formblatt mit Schreibmaschine beschriftet werden. Das selbstkopierende oder das mit Kohlepapier versehene Blatt kann sich lediglich über den Teil, von welchem eine Kopie erstellt werden soll, erstrecken, z.B. Adresse des Bezogenen, Nachnahmebetrag, Kennzeichen für die Postbearbeitung, persönliche Mitteilung des Absender an den Empfänger oder den vom Empfänger zu unterzeichnenden Teil. 



  Statt auf drei Seiten könnte das Formblatt nur auf zwei Seiten durch einen Stanzschnitt von der Vorderseite getrennt sein und die beiden restlichen Seiten als Soll-Trennstellen ausgebildet werden. Anstelle einer Soll-Trennstelle könnte das Formblatt auch über ein lösbares Stufenband mit der Vorderseite verbunden sein.

The disadvantage here is that the payment slip, which is only loosely attached, is easily lost or accidentally detached, and that it is difficult to label the payment slip, since it is usually located on the back of the envelope. In addition, either the most important information is not included or copied on the envelope or the payment slip contains non-essentials.



  In addition to such cash on delivery items with an integrated payment slip, items are also known which are provided with a removable reply or confirmation slip. With all of these programs, it is desirable that unauthorized persons have access to the e.g. Envelope containing court records is prohibited.



  The object of the invention is to create an envelope of the type mentioned at the beginning, on which the form, e.g. a payment slip is attached in such a way that it is not damaged during transport, but can be detached from the recipient without difficulty and in which the lettering of the form is straightforward and the copy of this lettering transferred to the inside of the envelope can only be seen by the recipient.



  This is achieved with an envelope which has the characterizing features of claim 1.



  The fact that the form is integrated into the front of the envelope protects it from damage during transport. The cover sheet, which consists of an opaque sheet and is located behind the form, can be used as a copy for the recipient, unless there is nothing to prevent the data from being viewed. If an inspection is to be avoided, another self-copying sheet can be arranged behind the cover sheet.

  Fig. 1 shows a die cut 1 for producing an envelope with an integrated removable form. Folds 15 are already embossed in this die-cut 1 for the later production of the envelope. At the same time, the window opening 5 of the envelope is cut out on three sides with die cuts 12, while the fourth page is provided with a predetermined separation point 13 for removing the form 10 provided for the lettering and formed by the die cuts 12 and the desired separation point 13 . These preparatory measures take place simultaneously, i.e. in one operation.



  According to FIG. 1, the diecut 1 then has the following parts:



  The front 2 of the envelope with the partially punched-out form 10 in the window opening 5; two lateral adhesive tabs 3 and a mouth flap 30, each of which is connected to the front side 2 of the envelope via a fold 15; the back 4 of the envelope connected to the front 2 by a fold 150; the form 10, which is partly worked out via the die cuts and partly connected to the front side 2 of the envelope via the desired separating point 13 and which fills the window opening 5 formed. If the die cut consists of OCR-90-gm <2> paper, form 10 forms a postal payment slip. The usual imprints can now be applied to these, as well as to the front and back of the envelope.



  In a further step, behind the window opening 5 and projecting laterally, an opaque cover sheet 6, e.g. arranged from a known self-copying paper, so that after the payment slip has been labeled, the text is visible inside the window opening. If this is not desired, a self-copying sheet can also be arranged behind the cover sheet, so that the lettering can only be viewed after the letter has been opened. From the die-cut 1 thus prepared (FIG. 1), the envelope can be finished by folding and gluing the adhesive tabs 3 onto the folded-up rear side 4 (FIGS. 2 and 3).



  Since the form 10, in this case the cash on delivery slip, is cut open on three side edges 12, it can be separated from the envelope when the items are handed over to the recipient via the target separation point 13.



  The example of Figs. 4 and 5 is particularly for the dispatch of e.g. Court files are provided in which the envelope can be applied to a package or a larger envelope by means of the adhesive tabs 3 and the mouth flap 30. An additional self-copying sheet 14 is located behind the opaque cover sheet 6, so that the subject mentioned in particular in court files can only be viewed by the bearer. The text can only be viewed by the recipient after the consignment has opened. The additional self-copying sheet 14 is detachably attached behind the front of the envelope. In this example, the form 10 is designed as a receipt 11 that can be returned to the sender.



   In the above two versions, the non-detached form can be labeled with a typewriter. The self-copying or carbon paper sheet can only extend over the part of which a copy is to be made, e.g. Address of the drawee, cash on delivery amount, identifier for mail processing, personal message from the sender to the recipient or the part to be signed by the recipient.



  Instead of on three sides, the form could only be separated from the front on two sides by a die cut and the other two sides could be designed as target separation points. Instead of a target separation point, the form could also be connected to the front side via a releasable step belt.

Claims

1.
