Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vereinzelungsvorrichtung gemäss dem Anspruch 1. The present invention relates to a separating device according to claim 1.

Es müssen jeweils die Stapel der gewünschten Plattengrösse mit einem Regalbedienungsgerät aus dem Regalfach geholt, auf die Verkehrsebene abgesenkt, von Hand eine Platte entnommen, auf einen Sammelwagen gelegt und der Reststapel ins Regalfach zurückgelegt werden. Die erfindungsgemässe Vereinzelungsvorrichtung 1 ist an einem durch einen Fahrer bedienbaren Hubstapler 2 bekannter Art angebracht. Dieser ist mit einer Teleskopsäule 3 versehen, an der eine Tragtraverse 4 befestigt ist. Auf die Tragtraverse 4 sind zwei Klauen 5 aufgeschoben, an denen die Traggabel 6 befestigt ist. Auf diese stellt man zwei voneinander distanzierte Vertikalträger 7, so dass von deren Fussende die Horizontalträger 8 der Traggabel 6 wegragen. In den Vertikalträgern 7 senkrecht verfahrbar ist ein Teleskopausleger 9 mit seinem Ende gelagert. Das Auf- und Niederfahren des Auslegers 9 in Richtung des Doppelpfeiles 10 in der Vertikaltraverse 7 erfolgt mittels eines von der Fahrerkabine 11 aus steuerbaren Motors 12. Mit dem Teleskopausleger 9 fest verbunden und vertikal verfahrbar ist ein Infrarotfühler 13. Mit dessen Taststrahl 14 kann die Oberkante des in einem Regallager 19 befindlichen Stapels 15 angefahren werden. Das freie Ende des Teleskopauslegers 9 trägt einen Sauggreifer 16 mit dem plattenförmige Gegenstände an ihrer Oberfläche fassbar sind. Sobald der Taststrahl die vordere Oberkante der obersten Platte 18 signalisiert, befindet sich der Ausleger 9 in der richtigen Stellung und der Bedienungsmann kann mit dem Start-knopf den vorzugsweise automatisierten Vereinze-lungsvorgang auslösen. Im Feingang wird der Teleskopausleger 9 so weit nach oben gefahren, bis der Abstand zu den Horizontalträgern 8 bzw. zur obersten auf der Vereinzelungsvorrichtung liegenden Platte 17 genügend Raum für die Übernahme einer weiteren Platte 18 lässt.
