BESCHREIBUNG

DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a mountable on a vertical wall. cabinet or table furniture containing one or more pieces of furniture. the positions of the furniture parts can be changed between an upper and a lower end position.
The application is based on the prior art DE-GM 8610 994.4.
The subject of this utility model is characterized by the following features: a) at least one vertical base plate which can be attached to a vertical wall is equipped with at least one guide device for a piece of furniture adjustable in height thereon; b) the guide device for a box-shaped cabinet consists of at least two guide elements.
which are arranged on the one hand on the base plate and on the other hand movably support the cabinet between an upper end position close to the wall and a lower end position remote from the wall; c) the guide device for a table consists of at least two sets of guide rails, which are fastened on the one hand parallel to each other perpendicular to the base plate and on the other hand carry the table vertically movable between an upper and a lower end position: d) each table is on its wall edge provided a vertical support plate. to which the table-side parts of the guide rail sets are attached: e) each piece of furniture arranged on the base plate (cupboard and or table) is non-positively connected to the base plate by at least one fluid-actuated cylinder drive arranged in the direction of movement of the relevant piece of furniture.
Another feature of utility model 8 610 994.4 is. that the guide device for a box-shaped cabinet has a pair of guide plates attached to the base plate and attached to the side walls of the cabinet, each of which has a guide profile running in the direction of movement of the cabinet on its side facing the cabinet.
The device described above for adjusting the positions of the furniture parts on the base plate has the advantage on the one hand. that all furniture parts arranged on the base plate can be adjusted separately. This is particularly advantageous. if a longer row is heavier. with different. contents of filled cabinets that are not required at the same time are arranged next to one another on the base plate.
The disadvantage here, however, is that the individual cylinder drives are relatively expensive and the separately movable arrangement of the furniture parts is very complex.
Another disadvantage is. that the furniture parts are only lifted from the cylinder drives. lowered and held in the desired position. but cannot be managed. A special guide device is therefore required for each piece of furniture.
DE-G 8 609 441.6 is already a height adjustment device for furniture. especially wall cabinets and the like have become known. in which a previously known winding shaft in the form of a tube is used in roller shutter construction with a tube motor arranged in a torsion-proof manner. Here, the drive is carried by a frame that can be connected to the furniture part. the drive having gears arranged at an axial distance from one another. which are rotatably mounted in the frame and each engage in a toothed belt which is stationary and vertical with respect to altitude.
In this document it is proposed to provide guide elements on the frame and, or on the furniture. those with stationary. e.g. B. on the wall to be attached guide rails in engagement so that the aligned with the height adjustment furniture are safely guided.
However, the height adjustment according to DE-G 8 609 441.6 also has disadvantages. In particular, this device is not suitable. e.g. B. Moving closets between an upper wall-near and a lower wall-far position. without special support and guide elements for the cabinets being required. In any case, this document does not indicate that the cabinets can move in such an oblique direction.
It is also to be doubted. whether timing belts, whose teeth are made of elastic material. a permanent load.
how it is by constantly carrying the entire weight of the filled cupboards z. B. withstand a long time in an upper end position. If additional holding elements are not attached, it can be assumed. that the teeth deform over time and that a perfect engagement with the gears is no longer guaranteed.
The invention is based on the object. to design a cabinet and / or table furniture of the type described at the beginning. that a plurality of furniture parts arranged next to one another can be moved simultaneously between the end points of their movement path by an adjusting device and can be held in any position within this movement path. For this purpose, a new adjustment device is to be created using a tubular shaft already known from roller shutter construction with a tubular motor arranged therein. which is suitable for the position adjustment of the furniture parts. In particular, the power transmission elements between the tubular shaft with the motor located therein and the furniture parts should be designed in this way.
that special guide elements - at least with the Hän cabinets - are no longer required.
This task is solved on a cabinet and or table furniture of this type. that such furniture is equipped with the features according to the characterizing part of claim 1.
A particularly suitable drive and guide element is disclosed in claim 2.
Perfections and variants of such drive and guide elements as well as details of their arrangement in the furniture are evident from claims 3 to 12.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to a drawing, for example. Show it:

Fig. 6 is a schematic representation of the storage of the tubular shaft in a cabinet side wall;
Fig. 7 is a schematic representation of the arrangement of a drive and guide element on a wall cabinet.
A base plate 2 is fastened to a vertical wall 1. on which a plurality of interconnected wall cabinets 3 are arranged movably between an upper end position close to the rear wall and a lower end position remote from the rear wall. whereby they can be held in any position on this movement path.
Also arranged on the base plate 2 are a plurality of tables 4 arranged next to one another and connected to one another, with a support plate 4a provided near the rear edge of the table between an upper and a lower end position. They can also be held in any position on this route.
For holding and guiding the wall cabinets 3, a pair of guide plates 5 flanking the outer side walls 3a of the wall cabinets 3 are fastened to the base plate 2.
The side walls 3a of the wall cabinets 3 each have a bore 6 in their upper area near the rear wall. in which a tubular shaft 7, which is guided transversely through the wall cabinets 3, can be rotated with a tubular motor arranged in a rotationally secure manner. In the bores 6 of the outer side walls 3a of the wall cabinets 3, a bearing 8 is secured against rotation by means of a flange collar 8a, in which the tubular shaft 7 is mounted. With these bearings 8, the wall cabinets 3 are carried on the tubular shaft 7. If several wall cabinets 3 are arranged next to one another, the bore 6 for the tubular shaft 7 can also be provided with an intermediate bearing enclosing this for at least one inner side wall 3a of a wall cabinet 3.
The ends of the tubular shaft 7 are non-positively connected outside the wall cabinets 3 with a drive and guide element. which has a guideway extending in the direction of movement of the wall cabinets 3 and extending over the entire movement distance and in turn is fastened to the guide plate 5 flanking the adjacent side wall 3a of a wall cabinet 3.
The drive and guide elements for tables each have a rectangular C-shaped guide profile 9, which is fastened in connection with wall cabinets 3 with its wide profile side (rear) to the inside of the relevant guide plate 5 in the direction of movement of the wall cabinets 3. In the guide profile 9, an elongated bearing plate 10 is arranged to be movable in the longitudinal direction, the length of which is so much shorter than the guide profile 9. how the movement distance of the wall cabinets is. In the middle of the bearing plate 10, the tubular shaft 7 is rotatably mounted with a bearing pin 11 and a chain drive wheel 12 secured against rotation.
In the two end regions of the bearing plate 10, two guide rollers 13, 14, 15, 16 are rotatably supported laterally on the bearing plate 10, axially parallel to the tubular shaft 9, and are used to support the latter on the two narrow sides of the guide profile 9.
On a narrow side of the guide profile 9 there is a drive chain 17 running in the longitudinal direction next to the bearing plate 10 on the side of the chain drive wheel 12 and in engagement therewith under tension with its two ends on the wall of the guide profile 9.
For this purpose, abutments 18, 19 are provided on both ends of the guide profile 9, each of which is penetrated by a screw 20, 21 holding one end of the drive chain 17 and serve as an abutment on nuts 20a, 71a screwed onto the screw ends.
At one end of the drive chain 17 there is a chain tensioner 22 in the form of a package of disc springs, which are arranged outside the abutment 19 on the screw 21 and tensioned by the screw nut 21 a.
The two guide rollers 13, 14 provided on the drive chain-side long side of the bearing plate 10 are arranged on the surface of the bearing plate 10 opposite the drive chain 17, while the guide rollers 15, 16 provided on the other long side of the bearing plate 10 are arranged on the surface of the bearing plate facing the tubular shaft 7 10 are arranged.
Between the chain drive wheel 12 and the guide rollers 13, 14, 15 mounted on the bearing plate 10 in the two end regions of the bearing plate 10, guide sliders 23 with plastic sliding bodies are fixedly arranged on both sides of the bearing plate 10 on the opposite side of the drive chain 17. with which the bearing plate 10 is supported on the one hand on the wide side (rear) of the guide profile 9 and on the other hand on the edges thereof on its open side.
On the bearing plate 10 in front of and behind the chain drive wheel 12, a chain deflection wheel 24, 25 engaging with the drive chain 17 is mounted in the longitudinal direction thereof. whereby the chain drive wheel 12 is in engagement with the drive chain 17 over a larger part of its circumference.
For the tilt-proof connection of the wall cabinets 3 to the guide plates 5, the bearing plates 10 are each fastened to the relevant side wall of a wall cabinet 3 via a plurality of spacers, while the broad side of the guide profile 9 is fastened to the inside of the relevant guide plate 5.
To connect the tables 4 to the base plate 2, a support rail 26 in the form of an angular profile with one of its profile legs is arranged on the bearing plate 10 in a plane parallel to this in each case on the bearing plate 10 in a plane parallel to this and the other profile leg is attached to the base plate 2. The longitudinal axis of the support rail 26 in the plane of its leg connected to the bearing plate 10 can be inclined against the longitudinal axis of the bearing plate 10 about a pivot axis 27 near its one end and can be determined in any inclination within certain limits.
For this purpose, the support rail 26 has, near its end opposite the pivot axis 27, an elongated hole in the longitudinal direction in which an eccentric 29 can be rotated. This can be determined by means of a locking screw 30 on a bracket piece 31 arranged under the carrier rail 26 on the bearing plate 10.
On the broad side of the guide profile 9 is arranged with its horizontal leg under a table under chair 32 made of square steel tube, the vertical. leg resting on the guide profile 9 is firmly connected to the carrier plate 4a of the table in question.
Due to the inclinability of the longitudinal axis of the support rail 26 to the longitudinal axis of the bearing plate, it is possible to adjust the table or tables 4 in such a way that their surface is horizontal even when the base plate 2 is not quite vertical or under great weight loads.
In the case of a plurality of tables 4 arranged next to one another, the length of the tubular shaft 7 is approximately half as long as the total width of the two tables 4, wherein a rail and roller guide 33, known per se, is arranged perpendicularly next to the two tubular shaft ends, each consisting of one on the base plate 2 attached profile rail with a substantially U-shaped cross section and inwardly angled profile leg edges, in which several roller bodies 4 are attached to the support plate 4a of the table in question. This gives the tables additional support that increases the load-bearing capacity of the tables.
The drive and guide elements for the wall cabinets 3 differ for those for tables 4 in that two spacers 10a are provided on the bearing plate 10 instead of a carrier rail 26, via which the bearing plate 10 is firmly connected to a side wall 3a of a wall cabinet. Furthermore, the ends of the guide rail 9 are chamfered according to their oblique arrangement and the guide rollers are placed differently on the bearing plate 10 due to the chamfered guide rail ends.
Finally, the guide slider 23 can also be dispensed with here.
