BESCHREIBUNG

DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a container or a frame for hanging a rubbish bag, on the upper edge of which a frame with a hinged lid is placed. The household garbage mainly consists of empty packaging such as milk and beverage packs, empty cans, egg packs and other disposable casings. Most of this packaging is so stable that it is not compressed in the rubbish bag. As a result, more rubbish bags go to the garbage disposal than would be necessary. Compressing the packs by hand so that they take up less space is tedious. If you step on the floor, you have to clean up the leftovers like milk or fruit juice.
These disadvantages have been recognized and certain garbage bag presses have been created for the household, with the aid of which the garbage accumulating is compressed hydraulically under high pressure. In one system, the garbage is compacted in a separate cardboard box inserted in the garbage bag. In another system, the rubbish bag hangs in a plastic bucket, which in turn is in a ball-bearing cart.
The press force of these presses is specified as 1.5 or more tons. The drive is mechanical or electrohydraulic. Waste presses constructed in this way are structurally complex and so expensive that they represent a distinct luxury. The possible savings in rubbish bags are disproportionate to the acquisition costs.
Nevertheless, the basic idea is correct!
The object of the invention is to implement the basic idea which is correct per se in a simple and inexpensive manner.
It starts from a container or frame for hanging a rubbish bag, on the upper edge of which a frame with a hinged lid is placed. The object is achieved by such a container or frame, which has the features of claim 1.
The particular merit of the invention is that he has recognized that the outer surfaces of the male and female molds of the pressing device must be curved after a circular involute. A pressing device with a horizontal pressing plate arranged in the frame and a pressing plate that swivels with the lid is unusable because the material to be pressed out pushes out during pressing. A pusher plate hinged to the lid tilts when pressed.
Only a press with a pressing surface curved after a circular involute leads to a usable solution. When swiveling around the center of the descriptive circle, it surprisingly shows that the distance between the two press surfaces is evenly reduced over their full length. This eliminates the risk of the object to be crushed being pushed out during pressing. This is explained on the basis of the drawing, which also shows exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
The drawing shows in:
1 shows a circle with its involute.
Fig. 2 is a schematic representation of a medium-sized object;
3 and 4 the pressing device when crushing an extremely large and small object;
Figure 5 shows a waste bin with press device in section.
FIG. 6 shows a waste bin according to FIG. 5, with the cover removed in a view from above;
7 shows the waste bin according to FIG. 5 with the lid closed in a view from above;
8 shows a variant of FIG. 5.
Fig. 1 shows a circle with center Z and the involute E starting from point o of this circle, which is constructed on the principle of so-called thread processing. The schematically illustrated pressing device according to FIG. 24 makes use of the part of this involute that is fully extended in FIG. 1. The outer contour of the male part P and the inner contour of the female part M correspond exactly to the part of the involute E indicated in FIG. 1. Starting from point o, lines a and b lead to the center Z of the circle. In the pressing device, the hinge point Z 'is arranged between the male and female molds exactly where the center of an imaginary circle lies, of which the involute represents the development.
In FIG. 24 it is indicated by a series of dash-dotted circles that the gap between male part P and female part M is always the same width during the pressing process over the area which corresponds to the involute curvature. These circles could also be seen as a cylindrical sleeve to be crushed. You can immediately see that even in such a difficult case the bushing has no tendency to slide out of the press nip. The transition from the involute curvature at point o to the straight line means that a kind of tooth is formed here.
2 and 3, this shape of the tooth is indicated by point o and boundary line a. In particular in FIG. 3 it can be seen that this crack tooth can crack an underlying cylindrical bushing, since the lever ratio is large.
The connecting line from the starting point o of the involute to the center Z could also be guided along the radius R.
The fact that this connecting line is instead broken is purely constructive. This is clear from the exemplary embodiments according to FIG. 98 described below.
97 shows a container 10 with a suspended rubbish bag 20, a frame 30 with a hinged lid 31 and a pressing device generally designated 40. The container 10 has the shape of a circular cylindrical bucket or bucket with a bottom 11 which serves for stability. A plastic bucket bag 20 is suspended in the container in a known manner, in that the upper edge thereof is placed over the edge of the container.
A round frame 30 with a T-shaped cross-sectional profile is placed on the edge of the container. The lid 31 is articulated on its rear side by means of a wide hinge 32. The hinge 32 must be wide and solid, since it also serves as a joint for the pressing device 40.
The pressing device is in accordance with the
2-4 principles described. The male part 41 is fastened to the cover and can be pivoted together with the latter about the hinge 32. The position of the hinge, with respect to the outer surface of the male part 41 curved according to the involute, corresponds to the position of the pivot point Z 'according to FIG. 2. The female part 42 is fastened to the frame 30. For this purpose, an approximately diagonal support bar 33 is attached in the frame 30. The circumferential surface of the die 42, which is curved according to an involute, lies on this support strip 33 and on the inwardly projecting edge of the frame 30. This can be seen particularly clearly in FIG. 6, which shows the frame with the cover removed in a view from above. Fig. 7 shows the container with the lid closed in a view from above. It shows the solid lid handle 34.
The handle must be solid, since it not only serves to open the lid, but also serves as an operating handle for the pressing device.
8 differs from the container according to FIGS. 1-7 in that the garbage bag is suspended in an open frame instead of in a bucket 10. The frame consists of an upper annular edge 51 which is connected by means of four struts 52 to a lower edge 53 which is L-shaped in cross section. The upper edge 51 is dimensioned in such a way that the rubbish bag 20 can be slipped out over it. The frame 30 with the lid and the pressing device 40 is placed on this upper edge 51 as described above.
The patrix shown in Fig. 8 is reinforced by closed side walls so that their involute curved shape is retained even when subjected to greater press loads.
Instead of closed side walls, reinforcing ribs could also be fitted inside the patrix.
When pressing, the frame presses on the rubbish bags placed over the edge of the container. It can therefore be advantageous to insert a rubber ring on the lower inside of the frame 30 so that the material of the rubbish bag 20 is not damaged.
The use of the press device 40 should be clear.
If a beverage pack is placed in the press and crushed, any remaining residue drips into the rubbish bag by itself. The crushed package is then removed from the press and thrown into the sack.
