Description
BESCHREIBUNG
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gerät zum Stellen und Transportieren einer Stahlflasche.
Es sind diverse Geräte zum Stellen und Transportieren einer Stahlflasche bekannt. Nachteilig ist es dabei, dass diese Geräte nach Art einer Stichkarre ausgebildet sind. Dabei ist an einem zweirädrigen Fahrgestell ein Ständer angeordnet an dessen unterem Ende eine Auflage für die Stahlflasche vorgesehen ist. Das Aufsetzen einer solchen Stahlflasche auf die Auflage ist stets umständlich und mühevoll. Ausserdem gewährleistet ein solches Gerät nur eine ungenügende Standfestigkeit, sodass die Stahlflasche in der Regel vom Gerät abgenommen werden muss. Bei einem anderen Gerät wird dieser Nachteil dadurch vermieden, dass das Gerät mit einer sehr grossen plattenartigen Flaschenauflage versehen ist.
Dadurch wird allerdings das Aufbringen der Stahlflasche auf das Gerät weiter erschwert. Da die Auflageplatte ein Mehrfaches des Durchmessers der Stahlflasche ausmacht, wird auch die Handhabung des Gerätes während des Transportes erschwert.
Es sind weiter Geräte bekannt, die zum Transportieren anderer Gegenstände wie Kisten, Tonnen und dergleichen bestimmt sind. Solche Geräte sind aber zum Stellen und Transportieren von Stahlflaschen wenig geeignet, da sie zu schwer und zu kompliziert aufgebaut und deshalb als Geräte zum Verbleib an der Stahlflasche und zu deren Handhabung ungeeignet sind.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Gerät zum Stellen und Transportieren einer Stahlflasche zu schaffen, dass es ohne Flaschenauflage auskommt und dennoch sowohl einen sicheren Stand wie einen einfachen Transport der Stahlflasche ermöglicht und insbesondere einen einfachen Aufbau aufweist und leicht zu handhaben ist.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Das Fahrgestell wird direkt an die Stahlflasche herangefahren, sodass sich die Stahlflasche direkt am Ständer befestigen lässt, ohne die Stahlflasche handhaben zu müssen.
Zum Transport der Stahlflasche ist es dann lediglich erforderlich, die Einspannvorrichtung am Ständer mittels der Stellvorrichtung anzuheben, sodass die Stahlflasche vom Boden freikommt und nunmehr mittels des Gerätes ungehindert transportiert werden kann. Soll das Gerät als Standgerät dienen, so braucht die Stahlflasche am Bestimmungsort mittels der Stellvorrichtung lediglich wieder am Boden abgestellt zu werden, sodass ein sicherer Stand der Stahlflasche gewährleistet ist. Das Gerät weist einen so einfachen und leicht zu handhabenden Aufbau auf, dass es dauernd an der Stahlflasche verbleiben kann und erst abgenommen wird, wenn die Stahlflasche leer ist und gegen eine volle ausgetauscht werden muss.
Auch für die Anordnung und Ausbildung des Exzenterhebels bestehen verschiedene Ausführungsvarianten, doch ist eine Ausbildung nach Anspruch 2 besonders einfach und vorteilhaft.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gerätes nach der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher beschrieben, dabei zeigen:

Wie aus den Figuren 1 und 2 hervorgeht, besteht das Gerät zum Stellen und Transportieren einer Stahlflasche aus einem Fahrgestell 2, das zwei Gabelarme 4, 6 aufweist, die über einen Querträger 8 miteinander verbunden sind. An den Enden der Gabelarme 4, 6 sind Laufrollen 10 verschwenkbar befestigt.
Am Querträger 8 ist ein vertikaler Ständer 12 angeordnet, der aus einer im Querschnitt viereckigen Tragsäule 14 gebildet ist, über der ein Hebegestell höhenverstellbar angeordnet ist. Dieses Hebegestell 16 besteht aus einer Hülse 18, die über der Tragsäule verschiebbar angeordnet ist. Eine Stellvorrichtung 20 weist einen Exzenterhebel 22 auf, der eine Kurvenscheibe 24 enthält, die exzentrisch zwischen zwei Armen 26, 28 der Hülse 18 gelagert ist. Die Steuerkurve 30 der Kurvenscheibe 24 wirkt mit der oberen Stirnfläche der Tragsäule 14 zusammen.
Das Hebegestell 16 weist überdies eine Einspannvorrichtung 32 für die strichpunktiert angedeutete Stahlflasche 34 auf. Hierzu sind an der Hülse 18 beispielsweise prismatisch oder U-förmig ausgebildete Lager 36 angeordnet, zwischen denen eine Spannvorrichtung 38 vorgesehen ist. Diesebe- steht im gezeigten Beispiel aus zwei Gurtteilen 40, 42, die über eine Spannschnalle 44 miteinander verbunden sind.
Zum Aufnehmen einer Stahlflasche wird das Gerät mit seinen Gabelarmen 4, 6 um eine Stahlflasche 34 gefahren, sodass sich diese zwischen den Gabelarmen 4, 6 des Fahrgestells 2 befindet und am Ständer 12 an den Lagern 36 anliegt.
Die Gurtteile 40, 42 der Spannvorrichtung 38 werden um die Stahlflasche 34 geschlungen und mit der Spannschnalle 34 verbunden und gespannt. Die Stellvorrichtung 20 ist vor dem Schliessen der Spannvorrichtung 38 in die in Figur 1 gezeigte Stellung zu bringen, bei der der Exzenterhebel 22 die Kurvenscheibe so einstellt, dass der Abstand zwischen der Achse der Kurvenscheibe und der Tragsäule 14 klein ist.
Nun wird die Spannschnalle 44 geschlossen, sodass die Stahlflasche 34 fest an der Tragsäule 14 anliegt. Durch Abschwenken des Exzenterhebels 22 wird das Hebegestell 16 angehoben, wodurch die Stahlflasche 34 vom Boden freikommt und mittels des Gerätes verfahren werden kann. Am Bestimmungsort wird die Stellvorrichtung wieder betätigt und die Stahlflasche 34 am Boden abgestellt.

DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a device for placing and transporting a steel bottle.
Various devices for placing and transporting a steel bottle are known. It is disadvantageous here that these devices are designed in the manner of a stab cart. In this case, a stand is arranged on a two-wheeled chassis, at the lower end of which a support for the steel bottle is provided. The placement of such a steel bottle on the support is always cumbersome and tedious. In addition, such a device only ensures insufficient stability, so that the steel bottle usually has to be removed from the device. With another device, this disadvantage is avoided in that the device is provided with a very large plate-like bottle support.
However, this further complicates the application of the steel bottle to the device. Since the support plate is a multiple of the diameter of the steel bottle, handling the device during transport is also made more difficult.
Devices are also known which are intended for transporting other objects such as boxes, bins and the like. However, such devices are not very suitable for placing and transporting steel bottles, since they are too heavy and too complicated and are therefore unsuitable as devices for remaining on the steel bottle and for handling it.
The object of the invention is to provide a device for placing and transporting a steel bottle that does not require a bottle support and yet enables both a secure stand and easy transport of the steel bottle and in particular has a simple structure and is easy to handle.
The object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claim 1.
The chassis is moved directly to the steel bottle, so that the steel bottle can be attached directly to the stand without having to handle the steel bottle.
To transport the steel bottle, it is then only necessary to lift the clamping device on the stand by means of the adjusting device, so that the steel bottle is released from the floor and can now be transported unhindered by the device. If the device is to be used as a standing device, the steel bottle only needs to be placed on the ground again at the destination by means of the adjusting device, so that the steel bottle is held securely. The device is so simple and easy to use that it can remain on the steel bottle for a long time and is only removed when the steel bottle is empty and must be replaced with a full one.
There are also different design variants for the arrangement and design of the eccentric lever, but a design according to claim 2 is particularly simple and advantageous.
An embodiment of the device according to the invention is described below with reference to the drawing, which show:

As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the device for placing and transporting a steel bottle consists of a chassis 2 which has two fork arms 4, 6 which are connected to one another via a cross member 8. At the ends of the fork arms 4, 6 rollers 10 are pivotally attached.
On the cross member 8, a vertical stand 12 is arranged, which is formed from a support column 14 which is square in cross section and above which a lifting frame is arranged to be adjustable in height. This lifting frame 16 consists of a sleeve 18 which is arranged displaceably over the support column. An adjusting device 20 has an eccentric lever 22 which contains a cam disk 24 which is mounted eccentrically between two arms 26, 28 of the sleeve 18. The control curve 30 of the cam disc 24 interacts with the upper end face of the support column 14.
The lifting frame 16 also has a clamping device 32 for the steel bottle 34 indicated by dash-dotted lines. For this purpose, for example, prismatic or U-shaped bearings 36 are arranged on the sleeve 18, between which a clamping device 38 is provided. In the example shown, this consists of two belt parts 40, 42 which are connected to one another via a tensioning buckle 44.
To hold a steel bottle, the device is moved with its fork arms 4, 6 around a steel bottle 34 so that it is located between the fork arms 4, 6 of the chassis 2 and rests on the stand 36 on the bearings 36.
The belt parts 40, 42 of the tensioning device 38 are wrapped around the steel bottle 34 and connected to the tensioning buckle 34 and tensioned. Before the clamping device 38 is closed, the adjusting device 20 is to be brought into the position shown in FIG. 1, in which the eccentric lever 22 adjusts the cam disc in such a way that the distance between the axis of the cam disc and the support column 14 is small.
The tensioning buckle 44 is now closed, so that the steel bottle 34 lies firmly against the support column 14. By pivoting the eccentric lever 22, the lifting frame 16 is raised, whereby the steel bottle 34 is released from the floor and can be moved by means of the device. At the destination, the adjusting device is actuated again and the steel bottle 34 is placed on the ground.
